We had always wanted to do a cooking class at Jaipur, as we wanted to learn to make the local cuisine of Jaipur. We must admit that it was one of the best experiences that we had while in Jaipur. Not only did we learn, but we were also a part of the dinner with the family.

I took cooking class in Jaipur. There I got the chance to interact with the Indian family that hosted. I was taught to cook Rajasthan platter and was served with delicious meal including starters and juices.

We had an excellent vacation this time. On an overnight tour of Taj Mahal, we visited the glorious Taj Mahal at sunrise as well as at the sunset. Both of the experiences were dramatically different from each other. I must say that Taj Mahal looks different at different times of the day.
