Anybody knows whats going on with the HR of LBF? They dont have experience in setting up Provident Funds accounts online. They make us wait for months. Its not supposed to take that long. I guess they need more training or somebody honestly need to take action if they are not willing to do their assigned work.

Very bad experience with operational round, personally i will not recommend any of my known or friend for interview. a single word not professional company.

LBF is a joke when it comes to handling ex-employees Provident Fund. Im pretty sure it because they honestly dont care and there is no one to monitor whether the HR is doing their job properly or not. Somebody honestly needs to look into the matter.

LBF is downright miserable when it comes to dealing with Provident Fund. They are too lazy to update KYC of employees, and the finance department are such liars. Whenever you call them, they will keep saying that someone went to PF office to update KYC, but never processed. They will keep buying time from you, saying that you have to call back after a week or so. And when you call them after a week they will say the same thing again. Oh, someone went to PF office to submit documents, call back in a week. They have really become a habit of not working but just lying and pending the file. Its like govt office. You can speak to Anu, Manish etc etc... from Finance. But nothing will happen. In Amex and fareportal, the process is so quick, they dont wast the time of employees or ex-employees. They treat their ex-employees with respect but HR and Finance team of LBF is no less than govt service, Downright miserable as I mentioned.

Bhenchods stole my money

PF is getting delayed from LBF travel, HR team blames Finance Team and Finance team blames the PF office... I mean, is there a way to get it resolved instead of playing the blame game. Why is it so difficult to get it done for LBF when other companies are getting it done without delay???? Very inefficient team.

A really nice organization to work with. Higher management is extremely helpful. They always take care of each and every employee which is why employee satisfaction is extremely high with LBF.

Me too, Getting Provident fund is really an issue with LBF travel. I thought Im the only one facing the problem but I guess this is happening to everyone. They have become a habit of lying to employees that it is under process which is next to forever. I too have seen the trend of blaming one another within the department, and no one actually taking responsibility.

I too face the same issue. If you want to take out your PF on time, you have to keep pushing them otherwise they dont work. Just like donkeys wont work without a whip. It works only when you beat them. But other companies are not like that.

Cheater company, worst management.On one hand the VP of the company Mr. Vikas Prabhakar fired me saying I am running my IT firm but on the other hand he himself runs a travel company VMS Holidays in his wifes name. shame on lbf mgmt.
