Worst air line ever, they rescheduled my flight without informing me now when I am trying to contact them no one is answering. This is how airindia is earing ridiculous.

I BOOKED 3 TICKETS OUT OF WHICH 2 GOT CANCELLED WITHOUT MY CONCENT.I AM TRYING TO GET INFORMATION ABOUT MY BOOKINGS SINCE TODAY MORNING (26-11-2020). NO ONE FROM YOUR SIDE CAN BE OF USE. YOU PEOPLE FRAUD ME. YOU CANCELLED MY FLIGHT WITHOUT MY CONCENT. WHEN TALKED TO YOUR REPRESENTATIVE THEY HAD NO IDEA WHY MY TICKETS GOT CANCELED.YOU ARE PATHETIC COMPANY TO USE FOR FLIGHT BOOKINGS. I REGRET USING YOUR COMPANY.ITS A SHAME THAT YOU PEOPLE FRAUD WITH OTHERS.YOU PEOPLE SAID EASEMYTRIP DID THE CANCELLATION AND EASEMYTRIP SAYS AIR INDIA DID THAT.

No wonders the company is going for bankruptcy.... Absolutely unprofessional behaviour, seems as if they are doing some favour on the customers by answering their queries. God save air India because I am not using this airlines again.

Over a period of time, AI services have improved. Still it serves food/refreshments on flight. It has got direct flights to Chicago, Newark etc. Air Hostess needs to be more professional. Most of its flights reaches on time. All its flight in Delhi take off from T-3 Terminal.

Came here for an official engagement. Situated near Election Commission office. The nearest metro station is Patel Chowk. It is difficult to spot this place on Google maps by its name, Air India building. Its situated in a by lane diverging from Ashoka Road. Reference points- Election Commission office, PNB head office and Bangla Sahib gurudwara.

On 18th December 2016 I tried to make an online booking at Air India website. The transaction failed but the amount around Rs 19,000 got debited to my bank account. I contacted Air India who accepted the error and promised to reverse the charge.Two months and over 20 reminders later the amount has still not been credited to my account.The e Commerce Dept claims the refund has been sent but through copies of my bank statements I have conclusively and repeatedly shown it has not come into MY account.They have now stopped responding to my follow up messages.I would like to file a lawsuit but am told itll take years. Im 74 years old and suspect some persons in Air India are counting on my losing patience and giving up ..... or better still popping off!

The location is very good. Calm environment and good staff.

I issued 2 tickets from Chennai-dubai-nairobi-Accra and Accra -Nairobi-mumbai-Chennai on the 9th of August,2017. ticket were issued with ticket numbers on the 9th of August 2017 but by 6pm Nigerian time on the 11th of August 2017 passengers tried to check in online and said their ticket status on Air India was saying cancelled. I contacted the call centre and they said i have to contact their sale team, so i asked them to give me the contact number of the sale team or email and they said they dont have it. Can you believe this.Please i would really appreciate it if anyone has the contact number of their sales team please its really urgent. Passengers are to travel on the 13th of August. And i need to rectify this issue and know why their tickets were cancelled.

Worst!!i traveled from NewDelhi to Newark(USA).. my boarding pass is issue to above citys. but i dnt know y the flight landed in mumbai, may be it has landed even we the passengers who got imigration clearance are got out for security check in delhi, were taken out 2nd tym in mumbai airport and again got into the same flight....carrying entire hand baggage, rushing for Security check....🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 seen God today!!Simple words Wats this... Dirty!! Worst!! Rediculus....
