Authority time is 8.30 to 11 saturday but working start and officer came in authority 10 am

This authority deserves negative rating. I dont know how come no any govt. and concerned organisations never make any improvement in the functional staff and services. This is one of the worst experience you can ever have!!No one in their department wants to help. They will try to find out reasons to reject your application and Voila!! Fees is not even refundable.Servicing sucks! If you struggle at using computer then this would be your worst nightmare there. They wont even touch your system to figure out your issue. And you will be failed.I didnt face this technical issue luckily but a person besides me failed due to their negligence. I had applied for LL which I got after 10 months can you imagine ???You wont even get slots as per your inconvenience. They provide slots at a gap of 2-3 months 😑😑😑😑😑.Worst ever! Negative 5 rating is needed for the authority.

MLO was quite good but other staff was very rude and their way of talking is like youCant even talk to them overall only one person is good and rest of are dud

They reschedule my appointments 5 times without my permission and i get my driving test slot after 8 months from my schedule date

They have a nice sitting arrangements and the queue was really long but Womens are allowed to go first as there were really less no. of ladies. The parking lot is also provided and most importantly if you go to enquiry counter the staff there is very helpful. The place is clean (better than most offices Ive visited till now). Ya so overall it was not a bad experience👍

Chaotic place, horrible, totally mess!!You will go from one counter to another to another. You will feel like govt office of 2010. Despite being fee online, you need to submit every documents hard copy. First they will SCRUTINY, then PHOTO and then respective works as per requirement. And when you ask any person working in this for this rude behavior then thay say that mostly uneducated people come and it is located in densely populated District but what a Lame excuse!!MY EXPERIENCE - The whole place is a mess of counters, Get ready to go from one counter to another like 5 -> 8 -> 23 -> 8 -> 17 -> 19... wait times up, come again tomorrow, we work only till 1pm !! And then the same sequence happens and a work which can get done easily in 1-2 hr gets done in atleast 2-3 days.

Worst place.. Employees are irresponsible and lazy.. They dont do the work in right time. You have to wait for long time.if i talk about my experience I waited almost 6 months for my bike transfer paper. I time they missed my papers then I arranged it again then I waited again and again even I complained to MLO but I got no solution overall whole department is irresponsible.

I had to visit Loni RTO today as I have to add LMV in my existing DL(MCWG). So if this is your scenario you can get some help from my review.1. You need to apply online, Apply for Learner license and add COV as LMV.2. Pay fee online which is Rs. 950 and then you have to visit RTO to complete the procedure.3. Before visiting please get all the required documents which are as mentioned below:I. Application formIi. Form 1Iii. Form 1AIv. Acknowledgment slipV. Fee slipVi. 2 passport size photosVii. Driving license copy n original, aadhar and voter ID copy and original, 10th marksheet copy n originalNote : All the copies must be self attested.When you have all these docs ready, go to counter no. 2 and verify all your docs and complete biometric on counter no. 3.Once this is done go to room no. 15 and reverify your docs, in 10 mins you will be having the Learners license for LMV.☺️👍I got LL in 1 hour, though its a crowded queue but staff is working quick as compared to offline.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I hope this is helpful for you people...17/12/2020Its been a month I have my LL so I had to book slot for Driving test as it is being done prior 3 months due to so many applicants.So the next step would be Endorsement to the DL services on Sarathi portal.Add your LMV COV to the Permanent DL which you already have for Motorcycle.Once you add and submit it, you will get a new application number then pay the fee and book the slot while proceeding to the next step.I have booked my slot for March 2020. We need to take the printouts of all documents I mentioned earlier .Please download all the documents with the new application number and carry originals with 2 passport size photos.Thanks, I will update my experience after the test ☺️👍

Within 2 hours i got my DL soft copy and wo bhi free 😍😍Hi..I saw lots of negative comments there.I just came after my successfully clearing my ground trial test ( 07-mar-2020) and my experience from start to end is smooth.No doubt this RTO improves a lot from past (when only offline forms are allowed).The online process is bit new for peoples specially for uneducated peoples who dont know what is the whole process and go to Dalals end up paying 2500 of bucks which is nonsense.I will give you tips & tricks to make your Money and give you experience seamless.1) Dont fall into dalals trap . Fill form yourself and of only that class of vehicle you know to ride very well. ( Agar 4 wheller ni atta to koi ni sirf 2 wheller ka bnwao. Avoid Dalals advice ki Car ka bnwalo sabh,kha dubara line m lgoge and fees bharoge.hm karadege sabh 2000 me ).2) After online form filling bring proper documents which includes 1) Payment slip,Acknowledgment slip, 2 valid proofs ( voter card,adhaar card,pan card etc), Form 1 & Form 1 A,2-3 passport size photos and pen,glue with yourself.3) Sign and write mobile no. on every pages.Otherwise line s nikaldege.4) Directly go to counter no. 2 for docs. scrutiny and then 3 for bio metrics. Thats it. Its all done for Learning license.After one month you have to apply again on saarthi portal for DL and pay requisite fees again and then book your slot for DL ground test.5) Reached before 15 minutes of your slot time and go directly at counter no. 5 no where else by taking proper documents which includes :a) Acknwledgment of DLb) Form 1 and Form 1 AC) DL slot acknowledgmentd) 2 Payment slip ( must carry 2 slips)After stamping on your documents directly go to ground with your vehicle and be in queue6) Must make L on front and back of your vehicle7) Your Vehicle number plate must be high security number plate exception is to vehicle registered before april 2012 only otherwise you are not allowed to give trial.8) Write your name and vehicle number on first page which is your payment slip of DL.9) You have to off your vehicle and wait for your turn for Driving trial.10) After suceesfully pass the DL test. you can go home or bring your 2nd vehicle in case you also apply for more class of vehicle ( eg. car,bike etc)11) If you apply for bike and car both or scooty and bike both or scooty and car both. you have to bring all class of vehicles with you.Thats it. :)Please like comment if you find this helpful. :)

Parking outside w/o any discipline manner & due to heavy traffic at Loni, rto makes it Congested Road.. Otherwise there is no problem at all.

Fast and smoothening of work. Got learning license and then permanent license at very ease. But they should help in the computer test, m saying not in the question answers but how to submit answers etc. so that less educated people could not fail by mistake.

Lots of chaos was there. No body is helpful although there is help desk. If you are going for (DL)driving license /(LL) Learning licence please go with two people so that if one can stand in another queue. If one is going for scrutiny (you can do it in counter no 2/5/8.)tell the 2nd people to stand in in queue for LL test.

This is not a place you would ever want to go. Its a government office and as always the staff is rude and lazy. There are long queues and the waiting time is also very long. The work here is done very slowly. Visiting this place to get something done means wasting a whole day. The place is so crowded that you cant even find a seat despite the seating arrangement being good. This place is unclean and mismanaged. Hope they can fix the problems

This RTO office doesnt even deserve a star. So pathetic staff, so much mismanagement. I applied for a duplicate RC, and its been over a month, and havent received it yet. The speedpost tracking number which I got in the message is wrong, so there is no way for me to track it. The registered phone number has been dead for ages now, and nobody is willing to get it rectified. The people over there do not understand the value of ones time. They are way too slow. I hope that the situation can be improved in future. I really hope so.

Horrible staff. I came here to apply for learning license for which I submitted all the required documents. Later, in the application form, they wrote wrong spelling of my name. When I pointed it out, they shrugged and told me to get it corrected when I come for my LL test.On the specific date, they didnt allow me to take the LL test because the spelling of my name didnt match with that on my documents. I mean like whose fault is that, that youre such an illiterate to write wrong spellings!???!!!!So they told me to contact M.L.O after 1 week because HE WAS ON VACATION!Extremely horrible experience.
