Usually I dont write reviews. I have to write it for my experience.One of most annoying Visa service centre. My parents had to apply for a visa to Ireland. They were not allowed to attend the appointment because some lady on the gate verified the document and find out that some stupid fee transaction receipt is missing. That can be easily emailed or downloaded. My parents have to reschedule the appointment to next day. I thought that next day everything will be sorted, but not. Next day, the documents were verified as verified service I opted for, now invitation letter didnt have a sponsor signature. I have to wake at 04:30 am Irish time to sign the letter. My question is1. Why documents were not verified on day first thoroughly by the service I paid extra for. Why some lady on the gate is verifying it.2. Why you make non-english speaker in my case my parents, to fill a 5 page form, that is already filled during online application process?I live in Ireland for last 7 years and I know visa process here is not fussy at all. If the document is missing, visa officer will email you to request for missing documents and process it once they receive the documents.This indianised version of Irish visa process is just flawed and so annoying. Very disappointed.

I had purchased online premium service, paying almost twice the amount of normal services. Forget the hot drinks service mentioned in the premium service, they dont even let anyone enter the premium counter line, as that line is just for show, not for functioning. The entire place treats you badly in general, there is no one standing on premium service counter. When you politely mention there that you are premium customer, they ignore it and make you stand in the regular and long line. When I finally made it to the Norwegian visa counter, the guy there tells me that I could have avoided all the issues and got services faster if I had entered in the premium service counter instead which I paid for (which does not exist as nobody lets you go there!).I understand the security personnel there are strict for a reason, but there is a limit to their ignorant and rouge behavior with even the rule following disciplined Indians. The entire atmosphere there is over the top aggressive and hard. They can make things better by following simple discipline rules instead of being unnecessarily aggressive. I think they should take an example from their VFS SINGAPORE branch, where I had really good experience. DO NOT TAKE PREMIUM SERVICES AT VFS GLOBAL DELHI, its seriously useless! Also, unlike VFS Singapore, VFS Delhi does nothing to contact the embassies, if you need your passport back for some other pressing reason. They let you deal with it completely and do not provide any basic assistance what so ever, even when they know that contacting/reaching few European embassies is quite challenging.

The worst service I ever faced. I had asked for refund, and its been almost 3.5 weeks, but there is no appropriate response from VFS global. I had also shared my ticket number on twitter, and that service is also very bad. Very disappointing service with such a global firm. They are just giving bad service because of their monopoly in this area. I think Indian government should banned their service in India, and hire some other commercial platform to do these things. I am genuinely fed up with their service, and really disappointed by it.

Hi,Claiming it to be premium lounge service but the services dont match up to it. I was not expecting any add-on services of tea /coffee or even least waiting period. The obvious expectation for me as an applicant was that the person Im submitting the application to must go thru the docs and advise. However, the lady at the counter was least interested in checking the docs meticulously and was just concerned about getting over with the customer. She kept grumping about how many customers have come that too right in front of me. She said for dependent visa to France not many documents are required and my docs are fine as per checklist. However my visa was rejected at the last moment and I could not fly with my husband. We married three weeks ago and now Im stuck in india without him. There was no add on benefit of taking premium lounge service. its better to take a regular one. My experience at VFS mumbai was much better where I had submitted on my own in past. This lounge service in Delhi was hopeless and customer service extremely poor.

I got an mail from consular to submit my docs in vfs Delhi. they dont let ppl to make appointment via their website . Lots of brokers are doing this and charging plenty of monies to make an appointment.

I had to proceed with my uk visa process after making all the payment,I paid extra 1000 for the scanning too but later in a week I got a mail from uk that they didnt receive my pcc which the vfs office had to scan and sent because if which my process is again delayed.

I am aware of covid 19 situation. I know it impacts work of VFS and embassy. But VFS are most unprofessional irresponsible people. They even just closed them helpline numbers also. I believe if they keep them helpline number on then it will not spread Corona virus. It will just assist people who paid unnecessary huge money + tax for your service and assistance. Your telephonic operators can work from home too. Come on guys its 2020.

Enter the metro station, go down and take a left. Very well organized, with clear instructions in English. Buying premium services becomes pertinent because waiting time is high and seats are few. The staff is helpful and professional and the place is in order. Take a chocolate because entry is restricted. Place doesnt allow photography. Provides biometric and Document scanning/collection service for Visas. The lounge is for 3100 per person and valid for another access in one year.

I was with my mom to submit biometric and apply forms for UK visa and the staff told me if you want answers within 3-5 business days for your application or if you want us to prioritize you have to pay 21500 rupees, because I paid what They said because I was in a hurry and couldnt wait any longer because I came all the way from Afghanistan to India but I had to wait 10 business days instead of 3-5 what they promised me. why they give or deceive the wrong information and require an additional 21500 to respond to my application during the time they promise.

Dear VFS Uk New Delhi VAC,Trying to sell premium lounge services to unassuming customers just to help them with simple task of sorting and separating documents is just plain greed.If that is not what you are there for then what visa facilitation are you serving?Better put such clauses on your website for when people are booking appointment.Going for biometrics now.Will update my review after completion of whole process.

Excellent facilities in spite of Cricket World cup rush. I got my appointment in 30 minutes and within one hour, I came out after giving bio-metric data. Thanks to staff for their cooperation.

Worst visa service, I am waiting for 4 hours to make my documents submission for my UK visa. What a shame, I have 200 people in front of me. I cant believe VFS wasting thousands of man hours like this. These private companies should be thrown out as theyre only here to make money and fleece, harras people. Its such a shame that in a country like india theres no regard for time a d resources. Promoting companies like VFS is the reason this country will not progress. They have probably taken hundreds of more appointments where as that cant even handle half of the load efficiently. Bloddy hell charging 145 bucks per sms just to send an status of your application. SHAME

Amazed to see any positive review, Pathetic services and very greedy, they will keep on upselling services and have very low service levels , they will charge 4K premium for walk in , when you come by 10:00 am , you will be given token for 4:00 pm and on reaching at 4:00 pm you will be told waiting for 4:00 -5:00 as SLA for walk-in , they miss calculating the token time of 6:00 hour waiting . So in today’s time be ready for 10:00 hr waiting just to submit your paper , unbelievable. On top of it no air conditioning in small waiting area , really pathetic

Vfs is very gud with his work but the thing i din’t like is the facilities. If you carry credit or debit card for payment there is no atm machine and u need to book a lounge which again cost you around ₹4000/- just to swipe your card. And its not noted that u have to carry cash for payment in vfs. So i found it cheating and wrong way to collect money at that crucial time. Either they should have atm machine in Vfs office or starting mentioning to carry cash for payment.

I applied for UK visa on 30/10/2018..And in 20 hours I got my VISA done (normal standard tourist VISA). Excellent service by VFS global...extremely professional..Biometric was done in less than 10 minutes....What else u need?

I wish to say all pls dont go here they use to talk in a rude behavior to us and AMD when the person is not able to come to collect visa and their family member comes they they use to decline and even on the customer care phone no. They use .too say that u have too bring this documents and they will give u but here the person are very bad dont go otherwise u will also be listen their bad behaviour of talking.
