Very frustrating experience and the staff is very unhelpful. They didnt let come along my nephew who I needed him to help my documents. I requested but they dont listen at all. I am 62 years old I needed help. After a while 20 minutes later then they let him but have caused me so pain and its very frustrating! This must be looked into. My daughter in London who is really upset about this. She will compliant this further too.

I had an appointment on 04/10/2021at the VFS Visa Application Centre, New Delhi for a German Long Term Visa for Master students. Four VFS employees, namely Ms. Binita Thapa, Ms. Bhawna Talwar, Mr. Gagandeep Singh and Mr. Nitin S had rendered me exceptional services.Ms. Thapa and Ms. Talwar had very ably helped me with compiling my documents in the correct order and expedited the whole process. Mr. Gagandeep Singh had assisted me with the biometric process whereas Mr. Nitin S personally printed a very important document which was required.I am highly impressed with their attitude, sincerity, professionalism and commitment to their work. Not only are they thorough professionals, but also good human beings.Therefore, I highly recommend anyone visiting the Visa Application Centre regarding a German visa to contact the aforementioned people to make his/her experience a good and a memorable one.

Very Poor Management from Security Guards to the employees.They will ask unnecessary documents and will ask huge amount of money for printout.Security guards are misusing their rules as they are asking to stand in crowd not even maintaining social distancing .Atleast they should have allowed one person from the family.Check the attached pictures for the reference if required I will put the guard names.Going to escalate about their behaviour to their respective agencies.Meanwhile about management they are asking always unnecessary documents then after taking a lot of money for the print out.

My experience is awesome with Australian vfs in New Delhi which is situated in sivaji stadium, Good staff. They know there job very well. Staff is very polite they know how to deal with the people and they are very fast really it’s a fantastic experience with them.I went on 06 th of feb 2020 for my Australia subclass 600 tourist Visa, they took only one hour as I missed my token no. But they help me to submit my file.THANKS FOR YOUR SERVICES.

Pretty well organized and sorted, i like the way even the gaurds are well trained here, everyone knows everything. The only thing that didnt go well was they could not find my online payment for premium services and it another half an hour for them to confirm.Also, there should be a way out for people who stand out in the heat unnecessarily.

If you are looking for help after you have paid their non sense fee, forget that anyone will be bothering about you. They have one mantra, that visa timeline depends upon embassy. Ok sir, but can anyone, in the whole VFS , an organisation, not follow up with embassy about the visa processing. What are we paying them for when the end user has to mail, call and do all what they were supposed to do. I dont know about others, I felt completely helpless. God bless others who are going for it as for me its nothing more than a scam. Especially, the Italian section, I dont have words for you people. Unprofessional!!

Poor experience with VFS Global. The staff engages in unfair practices to have you spend more. I applief for a UK VISA and my experience is below 1. A staff informed me that if I used a courier service, my passport will be shipped directly from the high commission to my home and NOT go the the VFS. She insisted that it will take only 1 day to reach home via courier but upto 3 days for it to reach to the VFS center.2. I gave my consent for courier service but she discreetly sold me Bronze Platinum package for 1400. The courier charge was only 6503. Visa Processing time - UKVI still menitons 3 weeks for processing a non-premium application. I waited for 4 weeks to get my passport back. Please spend extra 20k for the 5 day priority service in case you need to travel within 5 weeks. It is impossible to get any update on your application once you submit it at the VFS center.

Went for biometric collection on Sat morning at 9 am. We got free by 9.30 and no fuss at all. The staff is very helpful. Best part is it is in the same building as the metro station, so I didn’t have to leave the building at all. We had to go from Gurgaon, so we parked our car at T3 airport and took the airport metro. Overall very cool experience.

Staff is very polite they know how to deal with the people and they are very fast really it’s a fantastic experience with them.I went on 6th of March 2020 for my France Visa they took only one hour as I missed some of my documents photocopy for.If you go by Metro so you need to just get down on Shivaji Stadium Metro Station this is just beneath the Metro Station you don’t need to exit from the metro station because it’s in the basement Just below the metro station you can ask to the guard that where is VFS global office. But this is my personal suggestion to you all whenever you going there please keep all your documents ready because if you if you would require any photocopy they will charge you Rs.20 each copy.

I took VFS postal services for Visa stamping . Blue Dart courier from postal services collected my passport on 16th July and as per tracking it was delivered to VFS on 19th. Since then I am following with VFS over email but there is no response on the current status of my passport. Usually we receive email from VFS mailer on the same day. Since 3 days I am checking with VFS over call and they are saying request forwarded to concern team. Not sure, what to do now. This is from Delhi VFS.

They have a hard time replying to emails for Canadian passport submission which they asked you to send and the phone numbers they give you stay on hold for 3 hours theres no response. You tweet them and they give you the same number which no one picks up might as well call yourself we work as per our convenience. Id rather give my passport to the embassy myself will be much faster and will cost much less.

Superb service.I went there on 10th August to submit my Visa application.People were there to ask you for add on services until you reach your final counter to submit your documents.At the final counter a lady asked me whether I want to take check and verify service. I asked if we are actually going to get some help because of this service or it is just another add on to take out money. She said it will be helpful and I opted for it.They required another copy of all the documents which I wasn’t carrying as I thought if required I will get that photocopied at the VFS office. But unfortunately the photocopy service was closed.Then they asked me reschedule and come again tomorrow or can submit details by 4pm. I went outside and get all the documents photocopied on almost double the rate and the quality of paper was bad.I submitted all the documents asked.I got call for check and verify on 13th to reconfirm my details such as bank details, a verification call was made at my office.This was completed successfully on 13th and my Visa got approved on 24th. It was delivered to be me on 31st successfully with all my original documents.I personally recommend to opt for check and verify service if you want the visa process to be quick else even in worst scenario, it will be delivered to you within 4 weeks.Thank you VFS team.

Worst serviceI would give minus if I could fr the harassment even after taking premium lounge for Denmark vfs. For some reason needed to change my passport dispatch address after giving my biometrics .After calling them multiple times they assured it will be delivered to new address if I send them an email. I send email 3times but never got acknowledged and later they send my pasport in the old address. Best way to commute is through Metro. Metro station is just under the premises of VFS Global. Parking is difficult since Cannaught Place is a very restricted area but best alternative is to park your car at Rajiv Gandhi handicrafts parking. They charge Rs.20 per hr. Entry is allowed just 15min before your appointment but try to reach 30 min before your appointment time. Do carry your passport and all e necessary doc.

I applied with VFS UK n somehow while doing payment they tricked me by saying that payment is not done you have to again put ur card and they cut the money, n when I checked my account payment was cut twice. Therefore I thought it may be a mistake and I called a senior person , she called back office people and confirmed , yes they received money twice as I have the proof so even they can’t deny since than I sent hundreds of mail , and they have not given back my money, I think this is the scam VFS is doing with so many people. Everything’s great inside the center. It’s well organised, fast and easy to completed the biometrics processing. The only thing that I think is a major inconvenience is that they do not let certain items inside like flash drives, wireless headphones and other Bluetooth enabled devices. I had my airpods in my bag and I couldn’t have that in my bag inside. The Center also doesn’t have lockers that people could use, instead there’s a printing kiosk right in front of the vfs (which I thought was great even though it’s overpriced) that lets you store your stuff in a locker for 200 bucks!! For 5 minutes, 200 bucks?? The vfs employees also direct you to use it as it’s the only place that provides that service. I don’t mind spending 200 rupees for a service but if that service is holding on to my earphones/flash drives for 5 minutes — I think that’s ridiculous. I don’t know any other place that has an item(s) restriction but doesn’t provide you with a safe place to store your items in. This vfs has those with a private kiosk put in place to act as a leach for desperate times. Pathetic!

I visited VFS office inside Shivaji Stadium Metro Station for VISA purpose. I was coming from far away so I took Metro. Via Airport Metro, the place is easily accessible. I was going for the first time. Staff is super courteous and helpful. Work got done swiftly. I would recommend visiting VFS office during morning time to avoid rush.

Went there for biometrics appointment at 9.15...even though i reached early they didnt let me enter before my time...so better to reach on time...Inside it is exactly like the passport office.your token number and counter number comes on a monitor.It took me 10 minutes in total.Staff was friendly and office is really clean and easy to find on the metro station building.

We experience one of the worst customer service experience ever with VFS Global Delhi. French embassy issued Visa for my daughter on 31st August right in time within 14 days of application.The pre-booked ticket in Air India flight out of Delhi was at 1.15PM today. VFS delivered the passport at 3.45 PM on Sept 2, 2020. Numerous attempts over last 48 hours to know the status of delivery of passport once the Visa was issued on 31st August proved futile. No help from VFS what so ever.Despite making a request at the time of submitting application in August,2020 to allow a personal pick up of the passport from the VFS centre as has been the norm and they knowing that the pre-booked flight ticket is on 2nd SEPT, they insisted on us to opt for an expensive courier service (Rs 700 for delivering within Delhi). Well they took two days to deliver the passport without bothering about their customer need of travel. Now they are blaming French embassy, where they clearly messed up the purpose of they being facilitator. If there was a choice of a service provider, they would have surely cared for their clients, who they charge exorbitantly high for single application. Current charges of convenience and service fee and courier services are INR 3087/- And now the mess they have created for us to reschedule the travel and the loss of ticket value. Im sure they dont dare to give such a damn care attitude and service in western countries.

I have never seen such a bad system where you cant even book the slots for appointments and they would not allow the walk-in. Only agents are getting the slots. slots are booked for masters for the next 2 months. I am having the worst experience with VFS. it feels like getting admission is easy compare to getting slots. I am applying for german masters student visa but there are no slots and slots come at a random time you can keep checking day night for slots. I am just depressed because I have to be in Germany before the march and I still dont have the appointment

The place has young, polite and firm staff. My Swiss visa was issued within 24 hours. It is conveniently located in the Shivaji Stadium Metro Complex.However, be prepared to wait for long hours. My meeting, stated to be within half an hour, actually materialised after three hours (see the images). Agents with piles of passports are attended to at the same counters.There is no toilet within the area, and re-entry requires documents.A sandwich and a cup of tea cost Rs.500.If your photograph is not suitable, you can get yourself photographed for Rs.150 for six copies without any receipt. At a rough estimate, the photographer grosses half a crore rupees in black this way every year.Though it is not mentioned so, the passport is released against a copy of ID, which you can get photocopied at four times the usual rate.

Wow! So delighted by the service today! Was dreading the visit, but everyone from the security guards to the agents in the South Africa office were super friendly and efficient. We arrived at about midday after a 12 hour bus ride and feared we would face long queues, but we were in and out within half an hour! The hold wait period on call is extremely long. It took me 45 minutes to just speak to the rep. Overall the rep was polite and patient, but the information shared by them was not much helpful. The IVR menu is very time consuming and is designed to reduce the VFS workload and not designed to assist the caller. Except this the Canada VFS experience was okay.

Very friendly staff and simplified process.First time visited this place and was amazed with the excellent management of such an overwhelming visitors with such a cleanliness and friendly staff who are easily approachable to help.Location is perfect since it is based right at the metro station.Lots of cafes or food joints right outside the campus.Excellent management with coverage of so many countries.Security is robust.Con-Parking is a big time pain, though it has been also specified in the application form.Washrooms are outside, which means one has to exit and come back again via different hops.Only applicants allowed, visitors should be allowed too.

The worst Visa consultant, we filed the visa for Poland 6 months ago they holded our passport due to lockdown so far and now have been calling them continuous but no phones are working. If I have get chances to give a negative rating. Absolutely horrible customer service. Amidst the nation-wide Covid lockdown , there is no helpline number or customer care which can assist the stranded people worldwide. VFS Delhi has the stamped passport since 18th March’20 which is “ready for pickup”.— The Govt has approved all essential services to open and even private offices are operating at 30% capacity but the VFS office is not responding— There are flights operating to take people back to the countries where they reside, but VFS office is not responding— Even Embassy and MEA are responding positively to emergency cases, but VFS only has standard reply that they cannot do anything about it.— VFS has no customer support or call centre number operating right now, when even the smaller companies are doing their best to help stranded peopleThere are many other issues related to VFS but I guess they just sit on people’s problems without providing any help or support, because they know people have to go through them for their visas. Sadly true!

The first thing you encounter here is the long queue which is not at all managed properly. The security guards and VFS staff tend to be rude to customers. Monopolistic bully?Inside its extremely crowded. The space seems inadequate to accommodate the number of people they invite. Aisles are narrow. Benches are few. Seems like a typical cheap restaurant setup where they cram up the place with maximum possible tables.The service is lousy. When people are instructed clearly to bring their documents in order then why do they entertain those who didnt. Complete waste of time of others.Once the application is submitted they will tell you youll get email notifications. I got mine after I followed up with them on my application status.There was not a single proactive communication from their end to update me upon my application status. Funniest part was my wife got an email that our documents are ready for collection after a week of me collecting them already! Oh and I havent yet got such a confirmation. Talk about customer service!

I went to the VFS visa application center for Ukraine.! The people are so rude there and unprofessional behavior made me think like they are the cheap people from cheap country.I have been to 32 countries and I have done all the processing from VFS mostly but I have never faced anything like that.! They don’t even look at you when you talk and ignores most of the words and never answer to a question appropriately.! They will answer with what they want you to know and what they want you to know. If you need information then go to the site, if you want to submit documents then call them at first and then go to the VFS but without those things never go to VFS, they gonna harass you for sure.I have been there for the last 5 days and It made my life in hell and I have injured my foot as well.! Its easy to reach here by metro, you can take metro from new delhi metro station to airport express metro line, and drop at Shivaji Stadium, which is the next stop after new delhi station, just carry all your documents in a carry bag, keep only visa related stuffs and documents and it will be less hassle.I found the staffs welcoming and helping, even though I am just an average male. Had lots of seats inside for people to sit, be sure to reach maximum 30 minutes before and go inside. If you stay outside, then yes, you could be asked to move, its metro station after all and that too airport metro express line. The process itself was easy, there wasnt a lot of rush and they have different counters for every country. If you have every document in order along with pictures and photocopies, it would hardly take 15 minutes for submitting documents, and in 5 minutes biometrics would be done.My photo had one ear less visible than the other, so I had to take pic again and a photocopy of one of my document. Passport size photo was 150₹ and 2₹ photocopy.We checked thrice for all the documents and when we were sure of everything, we moved on pretty fast.There might be times when people found rush and long waiting lines, there might be bad staffs for certain countries. Professional staff and well managed place. Make sure your documents are in order and everything will be a breeze. Those complaining about long wait times are themselves real nuisance makers.I have been here half a dozen times and the process is really seamless and well organized. Just go through all instructions on website, be patient and you will be good.

I have submited temporary residence Visa on base of a valid work permit. I came india in March 7th and have submited TRV as my previous one was expired. Basically just had to renew the old one. Its been over two months that the application is submitted and still it shows under process due to the COVID 19 situation. I have a lease hold apartment and a car in Canada which is unattended for two months. I desperately need to get there but I am not get any help and any reply from any where. I also have submited my full time job status document. Please guide me with something..Thanks in advanceJeff

I would give a negative rating if I could. Absolutely horrible customer service. Amidst the nation-wide Covid lockdown , there is no helpline number or customer care which can assist the stranded people worldwide. VFS Delhi has the stamped passport since 18th March’20 which is “ready for pickup”.— The Govt has approved all essential services to open and even private offices are operating at 30% capacity but the VFS office is not responding— There are flights operating to take people back to the countries where they reside, but VFS office is not responding— Even Embassy and MEA are responding positively to emergency cases, but VFS only has standard reply that they cannot do anything about it.— VFS has no customer support or call centre number operating right now, when even the smaller companies are doing their best to help stranded peopleThere are many other issues related to VFS but I guess they just sit on people’s problems without providing any help or support, because they know people have to go through them for their visas. Sadly true!

I went to there to get a Chinese visa. The place seems well run and all the staff were nice. You are not allowed in a camera or a large bag, so plan accordingly - there is a place just outside which will keep your bag for an hour but it is quite pricey (from memory it is about 150 INR/hr). The toilets inside are well maintained.

After reading so many negative reviews I was mentally prepared for a bad experience but to my surprise the facility is remarkably well maintained in every aspect.The staff right from security to the biometric room was very polite and professional.I went to counter 23 for Sweden visa and the lady there helped me out very efficiently.Only thing I didnt like is that if you have to take some prints in their premises they charge Rs .20 per sheet which is overly expensive. Else than that it was a pleasant experience.

Too much rush inside. Get ready to wait for minimum 3-4 hours in total, that too standing (sitting is not allowed on floor). No.of chairs is so low that you must feel yourself lucky if you get one. Food cost is very high inside waiting hall. Staff is good.

Consider they will not respond for your queries, even if you take any services they will not fulfill that apart for that they will take your money for sure.Very bad experience as well as timing issue, now ill not take my flight because of VFS.

VFS is providing Visa services for Great Britain, Ireland, Japan, South Korea, Schengen nations, USA etc. Visa needs to be applied online however for biometrics one has to visit any of the VFS global office. A prior appointment is necessary else you need to pay a fee for the walk in option. All steps are completed through well defined processes. This office is located above the Shivaji Stadium metro station.
