I dont like their products. They lie about their products. I especially dont like Steve Jobs. I have visited this store. They arent willing to give their phone numbers for contacting. Others phones are better in quality and at better price. Apple product is a money taking machine. A rich can become poor.

Wish I could rate lower than 1.The store & Staff totally lack any Service orientation & do NOT follow any rules of the Apple company and schemesCalled them yesterday at 1637 hours about a scheme & was given a quoteAt 1800 hours when I walked into the store was aghast at some people attending to 2/3 customers & 2 people- a lady & a guy busy playing games on the Macs totally oblivious to our presenceWhen we did shamelessly asked the gentleman of the scheme he was unawareOn pushing he did ask the others to give us a quote from his mind without checking on any site as advertised in TOI front page itself of that same dayAll the 4/5 staff members refuted the call at 1637 hours even when we showed them the call list only to hear don’t know who you spoke to—- yes a GhostStore lacks all ethics and is a cheat & doing business by its own parametersWonder if the product/s are genuine tooOn top No Covid Protocol followedBest avoided— there are at least 5 stores around of the same brand— just being in Khan market does not give you the Right to cheat

Just went in to ask if I could charge my phone for 5 mins and they refused point blank, making up some excuse about security chargers with each device. It’s Amazing how first they make products that are non-compatible with the rest of the world, then refuse to even provide basic customer service!What am I supposed to do now, buy a new charger for the evening?
