They have a good collection. Courteous staff.

Disinterested and arrogant staff, female staff member was on the phone through out and never bothered to come upstairs where the womens collection is. There is never any new collection, just the same stuff everytime youll visit.

The shoes at Bata are comfortable, durable and pocket-friendly. The makeover that the brand has undergone in the recent past has led to an attractive range of shoes. Though Ive been to stores across the city, today I visited the one at Lajpat Nagar, Central Market. The staff was not very helpful which was surprising for Bata standards. You may want to shake them up a little bit if you happen to visit this branch.

Bata is now rapidly growing up with its style , comfort, durability . They offers shoes which are more durable and comfortable. I am using those shoes from 4 month till it is like new one. The shoes weigh light and comfortable. Bata shoes range is not too high anyone can easily buy them. The staff here is also very helpful to find best shoes. Mostly crowded during weekends. You can buy shoes, wallet, bags, slippers, stelatoes, etc from here

Could not find anything both stylish and really comfortable

The location of the outlet is good, just beside Tissot showroom and opposite to the Central market entrance. They have good collection and variety of shoes for men and women. Currently there is sale going on and discounts are good. The staff is very helpful though a little slow in response. Overall a good experience of shopping there.

Collection is good through out the stores but the staff arent trained well, we were there for almost 40 minutes waiting for the salesman to show us the size requested but all in vain.The salesman are too busy with their cell phones to cater to customers.Disgusted we left and none bothered to even ask us what we were looking for. We by the way were searching for shoes for my 4 year old. wouldnt advise anyone ever to visit Bata showroom even if its the last resort.The sales person in picture is too busy with his phone and does not care for customers or anyone else. And same was the case with all the employees.

Today in the afternoon I visited the Bata store at Central Market Lajpat Nagar New Delhi and went upstairs in the mens section to look for some summer wears like Sandals, Losfers etc but it was difficult to choose one as on many of the products on display I found that there was price tag etc indicating product name, year of manufacturing etc. I asked one of the Salesman there why such is the condition but he could not give any satisfactory reply. I think there is an urgent need to improve situation.

Bata is a well known footwear brand for Mens, Ladies, and Kids footwear. It has a variety of shoes, sandals, slippers, heels, and bags collection, socks, back packs, 👛 purses, 👟👠👞👡🎒🛍️👜👛👢👝 . Happy shopping!

The store is reasonably stocked, but the staff, although polite, are a little disorganised. I have been here a few times and its always taken then a very long time to find the right size and style of shoes I wanted. It seems they get stock regularly, but they struggle with managing their inventory and really do not know where anything is.

Bought formal shoes @3000 few months back, but after a couple of months the sole started to tear down. Not expected such low quality of shoe material to be used for expensive shoes.I complained but they said, it cant be replaced as we have only 90 days of return policy.Really pathetic, it would have been better if i had bought the shoes form a local vender. Atleast they say we give guarrentee for the sole.

I used to wear bata shoes since childhood and now i bought a slipper after a very long time. Good collection here.

Shoes from CAT (caterpillar) are available and best for the adventures.
