Sleeper coach is too narrow and also too small for taller personComfortable ride for 5 feet person but if your height is more than 5 feet then its not comfortable for youTV is also not working and in toilet water not available

The bus was neat and tidy. Rest stop was very hygienic with clean washrooms. You can get a variety of meals ranging from north Indian to south Indian. Overall experience was great but the bus didnt drop at the prescribed location as it entered the city after the permitted time alloted without proper documents. So had to leave the bus near the airport and take a private cab

Bus service is good and timely most of the times. Staff is rude and can learn to be little more polite and professional.I have used Delhi-Udaipur bus few times and experience was average to good. Good alternative if you cant get train reservation.

Wrost ever experience..They change our bus at samlaji die to not tax pay. in 2nd bus AC is not working.. Without window opening how i manage in this bus with 3 hour journey.. Staff behaviour is not proper.. They say brthana he to betho varna gadi chali jayegi... Wrost wrost wrost.. Not book in this.. Try another..And delhi to Ahmedabad time taken is 23 hour they say 16.17 Hour

I pre book the ticket on 18th July 2019 for my travel on 14th Aug 2019 from Udaipur to Gurgaon. On the day of travel that is on 14th Aug evening I got a call from the operator saying that your bus is cancelled and we are refunding the money. Before the call I got this sms from them saying - SHRINATH TRAVEL AND TRANSPORT AGENCY Your booking of Udaipur To Gargaon on 14/08/2019 Is cancelled due to some technical issues amount has been changed. Sorry for the inconveniences. Your amount will be refunded in your account as per online process.Now I dont under the reason they have mentioned in the SMS - amount has been changed is this the right way to deal with your customers ??Please dont prebook with them as there is no guarantee of the confirmation. on the top of it now I realised that they have also charged me 20% cancelation fee from me which I havent cancelled.They are cheat dont book with themWorst experience

Good people, helpful, boarding location has to be more precise, boarding point is kind of 50 meters from what was conveyed.

Extremely impolite driver... bus running very slow...they show 12 hrs on all platforms but actually take 14 hrs...
