Very bad service within urgent parcels.. they deny their words when they committed to diliver our parcel if the parcel is not deliver on time...Ans important things is that there is no urgent delivery option if they will give you a option dont belive on that because i experience it... They wrote tha urgent on the parcel but after that they say we dont have an urgent delivery option

I booked and paid for an international partial. They have picked the partial and later on asked me pay extra amount. When I refused for the same, they asked me to collect the partial from their office. I went there to collect the partial and waited more then 2 hours just to get me money back.I am giving them 1 rating, coz goggle does not allow negative rating. Else I would have rated them -5.

I got my parcel booked from DTDC, Dwarka Mor for Imphal on 30May. It was having gift items and for which the packing was done and also it was written on the box that it contains gift items and handle with care. Inspite of doing all that parcel reached Imphal and it was all broken into pieces. When enquired how it happened and what is to be done now then the office girl told me to whatsapp the delivered items and the booking slip after that she didnt saw the photos sent in whatsapp and didnt picked my call and no replies were given.This is the kind of service DTDC is providing after charging heavily.

They charge you for premium services and send via local.I had send an international courier for applying in a university . They had promised to send it in 4 days . Its been more than a week now . They are not picking up the calls ,nor replying to messages . Not at all recommended.

Pathetic my experience with DTDC was completely horrible!My precious 10 orders which I placed either from your branch or from anyother branch never delivered on time or either got Misplaced, not delivered or what not.Right now also one of my order is stacked somewhereNo helpline numbers are there which are real!No customer care person is there’Simply horrible

Staffs are irresponsible. They treat customers casually. They keep your parcel for 2 days at their own centre... They are lazy..

DTDC staff always ask customer to collects the courier from their office and gives silly excuse that no staff is available or not well or ur call not connected this is the 2nd time i experience the same excuse from reception

They have brought in new front office staff and one of those girls is sooooo damn rude! Dont even think of thinking about sending private stuff via courier because theyll strip open your package. When ilI objected to it, I was told: karwana hai to karwao warna kahi aur jao.Yupp! That is the kind of service that they provide. They suck! Bigtime.

The worst and pathetic courier service ever used in the last 10 yrs. Dont ever use this service espicially from this Dwarka more Dtdc.had to courier a 24 pieces dinner set (gift) to Guwahati.. They picked up the stuff from my place,as it was heavy not sure of the weight,so told ne they will check the weight at office and let me the know the price.. I was fine with it, but even after 3 days they dont bother to tell me the weight nor the price.. The only statement used by them was we r not concerned about the money, ur stuff will be delived on time. After 7 days when checked the status, they realised that they dint mentioned the complete address after packing the stuff coz of that they had to keep delay the delivery.. Finally my family member received the stuff but out of 24 pieces not even a single piece was even.. All 24 pieces are completely broken. Not even asingle piece can be of use.. I still remember, the person with whom i talked clearly mentioned we take care of fragile things well and everyrhing will be wrapped with bubble plastic but it dint happen.
