I am at a loss of words to describe my gratitude towards the lady who manages the shop. I have a VIP trolley bag and its lock was not working properly. I could not open the lock even though I knew the correct pin. I was very traumatized because all my essential documents were there in the trolley itself and I had to catch a flight to Mumbai. I called the store and she told me to come by. This is a store and not a service center yet she went out of her way to solve my problem and got my lock repaired. She just saved my day. She is a very pretty lady with a genuine smile and enthusiasm to serve the customer. Thanks so so much.

This is best ever store I ever seen and the credit goes to the Girl (Khushi - might be it is her name, not sure), she Is the one who is taking care of Sales and Operations and after sales services. She is too much helpful, I witnessed, today, she gone beyond her limit to one customer who ट्रॉली bag lock was malfunctioning, she called to authorities but they refused to help before Thursday, so she herself took initiative and help that customer by fitting the lock, taking out from a brand new bag and fixed it to the malfunctioning bag. Great girl, must deserve Appraisal and much more
