Worst services i mean literally worst services its like a small boy barely 18 came to my house for a repair and not even touched the chimney and said its motor is burnt and it would cost 3000 bucks so i asked him pls check it atleast and after my constant asking of 6 times he opened the chimney and he wasnt even able to lift the chimney i had to lift it with him.So i would ask you guys please not to buy kaff chimneys and get it repaired from dwarka centreAnd the fun fact is Mr.Purshotam the head says no problem is their and my boy is fully trained he doesnt have to even look at the chimney and tells the problems . I would recommend you guys to please not buy it and if you made the mistake dont get it repaired from these guys.

Its a lutto company, no after sales and service, will never suggest anyone to purchase kaff products...what they promise they never fullfill, very soon I m going to put it back to the showroom from where I purchased.
