Mr Sanjay Kapoor is very nice and knowledgeable person. I purchased motorised projector screen and immediately on completion of warranty the motor stopped working. Have been continuously contacting him and his staff but after sales service is pathetic and hopeless. I am ready to pay visiting charges of technician but they want me to bring huge screen to their place for checking. Also no guarantee that replacement motor if required is available.Though their sales acumen is excellent but dont expect any after sales service
