So this guy is full of attitude since his video got out on YouTube I reached with a lots of difficulty there and he was selling ps 4 without games for 28500 which actually costs 26500.And a new one for 29800 which is actually the online rate so no issues there , no customer handling skills highly disappointed heard a lot about them. My personal experience is worst I bought same orginal PS4 with Bill and games from a nearby store for 28500 with another orginal controller at a reasonable rate.

Shop used to have a really good rep when I bought from them a few years ago, now heard they’ve been extremely rude to customers including some of my good friends in Karol Bagh area.

The worst shop ever, first they will repair your ps and give you 1 month warranty and then the ps will stop working in 10-15 days they will charge you again even if its in warranty.

Dont buy from this place, this place is not good, owners son has big attitude and no after sales service....They provide pack of digital games for a price that is why I purchase ps4 pro from him, he took 3800 for certain games but he did not install the games properly. Half of them did not work and rest of them were demo version. Later on contacting him he demanded 2500 for rectifying his own mistake, after little conversation he send out audio message with a tip of his attitude. Worst experience ever. Please avoid this place , stay safe and dont spoil your mood after buying from this place.My brother purchased ps4 from a different store and he got best services..Please avoid buying from this place .also there is a price difference from market if you buy from here.

The man working in the store didnt even bother to open my PS4 to find out the problem but instantly said that the ps4s motherboard is faulty and will be replaced for ₹3,000. I’m sharing this review based on my experiences as I’m a returning customer.It’s a decent shop tbh I bought my Nintendo switch from them and some games for it. They have a large catalogue of games and consoles both jailbreak and original depending on your respective budget.The hospitality of the shop is somewhat appalling but who are we to judge?Now, they also offer repairing services and I have visited them thrice for different reasons first when I took my PS4 for not reading the game disc and they were unable to root out the reason and after several hours I have to take it somewhere else. Second is when my DualShock 4 controller stopped charging and after diagnosing they were unable to fix it.Last one is when I took my another Ds4 to them again for issues with left analog stick but after the payment of 500₹ they gave my controller back but now it’s glitching way too much and only working like a dumb side stick.Verdict: they suck at repairing
