I found their services to be professional. Notwithstanding, end of the day your GMAT score is the make or break phenomenon irrespective of how holistic an approach the schools claim to take on selecting a candidate. No consultant will be able to change that fact. A Sub 700 on GMAT is a lost cause for Indian candidates aiming for decent B schools in USA or India. I am a 650 on GMAT having a very good professional track record. However, I suffered through the admission process only to get rejected from all the just so so decent B schools of USA and India. So understand your strengths and weaknesses, and invest realistically.
