Horrible people, horrible owners.Dont know how to treat people, worst company ever to work.This company gives low salary to people and fake promises them to increase it after 6 months, then they do not increase it deliberately. These people mentally & physically harrass their employees. They do not value people, worst organisation culture ever seen. So negative, I cant even imagine how these people sleep after duping and cheating people with their hard earned money. They abuse their employees, do not know how to respect people.

I received such great help during COVID-19 through the management, as much as it was a great experience to be a part of such a great culture and learnt so much. When I reached out for help recently, it was reciprocated with all the warmth and support. Amazing management for loyal people.

I had given an interview with Zashed a couple of days ago and it was the most wonderful experience in an interview what i received . It was not only informative but taught me some great things in just a few hours of my time spent in the company. I wonder what people learn while working with them and hence people who do not get selected here or arent working anymore , they have indeed lost an awesome opportunity.

Its an unique experience for me Its not always gaming rooms and skateboarding in the hallways, but the company knows how to pull off a favorable work environment. ... One can learn a lot and place loads of responsibility on their employees. Theyll hire you because of your skills and mindset and not your qualifications. The coolest part is the open culture and transparency between the senior management and the other employees. My boss and I are more like friends than a typical senior – junior relationship.

You said that you chose to be absconding and write here shows the mindset and childish attitude. because, i hadnt absconded from there, i left from the frustration and i had handovered the whole work which i had done..The reason behind it you should asked me. but you guys chose to send termination letter in the early morning. i really want to share my experience with your company, So that people know before coming there that they have to put their self-respect on the claim to work there.An employee is therefore forbidden to come from tomorrow as he refuses to stay late at night.And You guys should need to be notice your existing employees behaviour also.their behaviour was also not appriciable.my respect was tossed daily. they want that designer should copy her things. As i was making ppt she said she wants only ppt as she makes. you guys want designer or robot. if she wants a person who can copy her things then why you guys hire designers? hire someone who is enough to copy things perfectly. Sorry, i cant work in this environment, where my self respect get hurt daily. if i do presentation by my own i had to listened this wonderful words by your senior designer Ms. vaishali that tumlogo ko ghanta presentation nhi aati to apne aap se to kuch creative karna bhi mat.how can she judged my presentation without showing to the directors. she changed my all presentation at the last movement, when we had to submitted.then why someone will not get angry? you guys only judge others behaviour and person but you cant take look about your senior employee. your comment on my review will not effect on my career but yes, that kind of persons can effect your organization growth and down the rating about your company because of them. you expect to your employee that they worked for you 24*7 but in return you cant give a respect to your employee. you want your employee accepts company as their family, but you cant ask a employee about their problem. 3 persons left 1 by 1, but nobodys ask behind the reason. And if your HR would remember my father had allowed me to go Without asking any more questions. my parents just wanted a surety about trip nothing else. My parents are enough open minded. They does matter if their daughter comes late night at home. No any proffessional company stays their employee at 2am or 4 am. you expect too much from your employees. but, in return you cant give them respect also. Thats why, nobodys stay there for long time. i dont have any personal grudge with your senior designer. but the things comes to my attitude issues so, i will speak. and i want to tell you, the 2 designers who worked with me they also suffered the same problem like me. so, will you blame everyone? to cover your senior employee image. And if the thing comes i didnt share my problem with your management then ask your HR i told her about it. maybe she hasnt share with company. As i before said i dont have any issues with your company. but you said things about me. so, i had to come forward to clear things.i was working there so hardly. my attitude was also positive with everyone. I have no issues with this company its really nice and a great chances to grow in future but i would like to share my experience here...I was a past employee of Zashed fashion..but i dont know how i consider myself of their employee because they hadnt given me even a conformation letter. I spend there 14days i work as they want but before 2days they gave me a termination letter.. Its okk but they should know this thing if you give a employee termination letter so that its company responsiblity to clear their pending dues but they didnt response on that.its also fine but for which reason they terminate me i didnt understand for the timming issues ? Bcause i reject to stay late night? Nobodys asked me the reason why i left from there..not because of work bcoz of the attitude of my senior...some of the senior who is working there have an attitude and arrogance issues that they are in a senior post. They didt treat well new comers, behaviour of v*****li ( who was my senior) is really pathetic, she didnt know herself what she have to do or not how can she train new peoples she has no mind set she is always confused with her thoughts, and always blaming juniors for any mistake. She was demotivating my skills and my knowledge everytime..No one is asking new joiners about their problem why they are not happy there, why they didnt enjoy work, what happened with them? No one is intrested to ask there issues..Really bad experience with her ..i thought ill learn and do lots of things there but it cant be possible Some of the reasons.. Now i left the company .. But want to say one thing that plz dont do this kind of behaviours with your juniors or new joiners they r working under you not your servants that you scold everytime and if someone ask you something you start abusing.. Really bad experence with my seniors...

However, I am very disappointed on the behaviour of one of my colleague due to whom we faced a lot of issues , even though the company provides great opportunities and platform for better understanding of work and industry, such people with negative mindset spoils the atmosphere and spread rumours. However, I am looking forward to a lot of opportunities in the future with the company.

I am priyanka working as a designer in the company. One of our fellow designer was given a lot of levrages in terms of leaves for her personal work which hampered our work as a whole. We along with other people work hard day and night to learn and grow in this unique atmosphere and such people create a negative ambience. Love the company, the clients and the work.
