A high profile central govt. office building , offices of high ranking govt policy makers and middle to very high ranking central govt. engineers work in this building. Lot of brain storming and designing , planning and monitoring of govt. projects is carried out. In brief , top level govt. technical brain is stationed here.

Nirman Bhawan is situated at Maulana Azad road , New Delhi near Vigyan Bhawan. In this buildng offices of ministers and some important departments are working . The Main ministers are Urban Development Ministry , Health and Family welfar ministry. Main department in the building is Central Public Works Department. And so many departments are also working .

CPWD nd Offices of other Ministries in the well maintained building situated in highly security area. Without visitors pass no1 allowed. Very good canteen for delicious food on cheap rate. Very near to India Gate. Nearby metro Station just 100 Mtr. approx Udhyog Bhawan and 1 KM approx. Central Secretariat Metro Station yellow line.

Only staff allowed. Others need a prior appointment to enter. High security area. Head quarters for Ministry of Housing and Urban Development. Even for the entry of the car prior intimation is needed or else car will not be allowed.
