Indian government took best step towards women safety so women can fight for their rights but mostly girls use women cell as weapon and even women cell coordinators listen to women only regardless anyone is right or wrong of them. I respect humanity whether girl, boy, lady, gents, old-lady or old-man. Women cell coordinators even write fake statements also about men which they dont say to them. You can get your compaint copy through RTI and find what a girl has made complaint. Women cell coordinators must help needy girls whose something being done wrong with. Women cell coordinators not only not listen to men but they suppress them also and girls success with their wrong demands and I think unalleged people have to suffer. Some old people suffer from joint-pain and they need their children but wives demand to stay separate from parents with fake allegations. Women cell coordinators should not go with wrong.

Crime against Women Cell, mostly referred to as CAW Cell, is also known as Mahila Thana or Parivar Pramarsh Kender in various states in India, though I will use CAW Cell for the sake of consistency. The primary job of these Cells is to bring about reconciliation between the warring couple. Mostly now a days in Dowry Harassment cases also known as 498a;  cases or Domestic Violence cases. CAW Cells try to bring about reconciliation between the parties. In Delhi, the first CAW Cell was established in 1983 at Nanak Pura, under section 19 of Delhi Police Act, 1978. In a Delhi High Court Judgement by J. S.N. Aggarwal in a case between Smt. Jasbir Kaur and the Govt. of NCT Delhi, the petitioner asking for abolishing of the CAW Cells, the court while disposing of the petition remarked that“The creation of CAW Cells for investigation of crime pertaining to women, in my opinion, does not cause any discrimination on the basis of sex for the CAW Cells have been constituted with a social purpose so that the crimes relating to women are dealt with sensitivity. CAW Cell is like any other specialized wing of the Delhi Police like Special Cell, Crime Branch, etc., where firstly an attempt is made to bring about unity between the two spouses so as to make the marriage a success. On the failure of these reconciliation attempts, the law is allowed to take its course. Thus no fault can be found with the creation of CAW Cells.”

Caw cell only listen women not a men..in thar time 85% women file case against men because she know am a girl and they listen me..it is true....u she used misused the law..and they caw cell only listen women even men is true..she file wrong case to men family and they mind it is true without any proper investigation ..so most of the men suffer from this problem..even i am also a girl so i write this all things because at that time women is not right for all things..some time it will b wrong..so i suggest to all caw cell they listen both only only women and with proper evidence they take action not for the women wording..so i humble request to all caw cell plz coprate with both spouse not only women..
