Good showroom, but did not get what I was looking for , surprisingly all the Hindware stores have white colour while the website shows so many of them and all colour , Hindware has come a long way and offers good plumbing services however they need to look at SCM too

Very poor customer service , i had registered complaint with no MJ936063 for sink mixer on 9th Nov 2017, almost 20 days , daily i am calling to check the status always same answer parts are not available. I spoke to floor manager Rahul Kumar he is not capable to give right answer, very rude behaviour on 27th Nov I told Rahul to register another complaint for bathroom shower , he refused and said cant register 2nd complaint on one registered mob number because one complaint is registered on 9th Nov which is pending.

Good sanitary ware products.
