The value of a company is measured by how they react in a crises. Unfortunately trade wings proved that they have no foresight and customer service in a case where there was a crises. With the monsoon we got stuck in a hotel in kerala. Trade wings had zero ability to handle this situation. They could not effectively give us alternative options for our tour or give a contingency plan. In my life I have never experienced such bad service when it is your job. Between the Delhi and kochi office there was no proper communication. We got different messages and in the end trade wings wanted to just drop us at a travel agent to sort out our own flight tickets back to Mumbai. Our driver was amazing in this situation, as he tried to help even though it is not his job. He stuck with us to the end. As I write this we are still trying to figure out the situation with trade wings giving no assistance.
