Very disappointing. They have charges for each and everything. Even they charge for issuing a certificate. The teacher does not understand English. I enrolled in the beginner level and the teacher could not understand me and I could not understand the teacher. Where we are completely unknown about the language basics, the class started with phrases in Spanish language. Moreover, the teaching pattern was very poor. I feel like my money got wasted here. Please do not enroll yourselves in the institute.

I am a student of Cervantes and Im in A2.3 level . Mariette oportus fail me in this level , its ok that I am not doing well but in the whole level why she dont make me aware that u r soo bad in speaking . And we are paying sooo much fees in institute . Its a language and student needs time to learn . The students who are very intelligent they catch very easily . But I think mrs. Marriete oportus just give the class its not her motive to teach the students . Whenever we ask queries she replies like she is doing favor on us. I get soo much frustrated . She only fail the Students . Not doing efforts with students . She is a native speaker but it doesnt mean that a India easily learn with her . Im not disclosing my real name here because when I get the same teacher again She will take out her frustration on me.If u dont believe then atleast one time discuss this from the students of September-october batches of A2.3 I think everyone is saying the same thing . PLZZ try to understand its a language and we are indians we need more attention , a polite teacher not a frustrated lady . Im agree that I was not doing well but in the whole sessions atleast she told me my mistakes where I lack . May be with her help I pass the level at the last day she told me you dont deserve this level . She is right no issue but why she dont tell me in whole level. she fails many students . Students need help with teachers thats why they join institutes if we dont get help politely then how we learn .If its in institute then its better to watch you tube videos. Soo disappointed.

Highly disappointed with the Institute. I enrolled myself for A1.1 and they have not even provided any certificate. They charge for issuing a certificate for which I have already paid to them. The teacher’s pattern was super weird as we were completely unknown about the language, she started teaching us the sentences and phrase instead of teaching the basic. The teacher didn’t understand English, so it was very complicated for all of us to understand. I would advise everyone please do not enroll in the institute as it is completely wastage of money and time.

A great place to learn Spanish in a short span of time. Many events are organised relating to Spanish culture. The library has a very good ambience for self study and a big collection of Spanish literature. The staff is very professional and hospitable.Though I only did A.1.1 and could not continue further. But it’s a wonderful place to learn. Teachers r really good. The price of the course is too high though. U could learn the basic levels by ur own n then later join at B.1 level here.I had the most amazing batch mates

One of the finest places in India where one can learn to speak Spanish. From the very first class, they make you speak the language. Later, within a few months, basically, after an A1.2, you can talk about a lot of things about yourself, your hobbies, and basic Spanish to get you through a business or leisure trip. Then, with time and depending on your flair for the language, you can pursue it as a hobby or a profession! The teachers are amazing. Plus, they always have some ongoing Spanish cultural event, which is mostly free-entry. A great place with a wonderful vibe if you are a language enthusiast.

It seemed the receptionist wasnt as interested as she should be. I insist on she should be because she was supposed to carry out her responsibility of providing information in the most polite manner. However, neither her vocal nor her expressed manners justified her job. After making me wait for an hour (supposedly the lunch Hour), I could not even sit and enquire for a minute. Phew! I was not provided information which I asked for and handed over a brochure and forced to leave. Even when I asked some questions politely (I dont know other ways to deal with people), I was told that they were not there to counsel but just to provide the brochure. Well, I argue that if that was the case she should not have wasted my whole hour and given me the brochure as I entered. Best, they should make a counter displaying the brochures. Anyway, I am dubious about my idea of learning a new language now and I would like to thank this woman for she has achieved what she aspired for in a job like this.PS: It would be better if they dont excuse themselves by saying that their misbehaviour is attributed to the tonnes of applicants they receive daily. If they have such a huge problem in entertaining the humongous flow of applicants, they might as well close their institute for further applications. That way it would be easier for both sides.

I live in some different City. So I decided to call institute to enquire for the information regarding admission , I understand I might had query few more than others to ask for but the male receptionist was so rude and impolite while answering to my queries as if he is doing some favor to me. For a while I felt a silence from his side I thought he might got busy with someone and just after that I heard him murmering with other person in Hindi that Kya dimag kharab Kar diya h Kya Kya Janna h isko subah subah. He might have thought he hung up the call. That moment I have decided not to join this institute rather join some other institute in a city where students are being treated politely.

Called them to ask about the online courses and weekend courses. First the Receptionist was rude and sarcastic. I didn’t understand what he was saying. So I asked for some clarification. So he started to get angry with me. He wasn’t interested in answering any of my questions and started to say things like the course is expensive etc. Then he just slammed down the phone and said everything is available online. He acted as if he is doing me a favour by answering my queries and not his job. After which, I called again to ask about something and then he didn’t pick up. I called 4 times, finally Mr. Busy decided to pick up the phone. I asked if I can register myself online. He told me to send an email. Then I asked for clarification by saying, “So I don’t have to visit the centre for registration then?” The receptionist was so rude, he said ,”Isn’t that the only way then?”. I have taken courses at the British Council and everyone there is so polite. I am honestly surprised how rude Cervantes’ first point of contact was. Perhaps he should be given a lesson in patience and customer care.

This is my institute to learn Spanish, it is in Connaught Place. I have been there in October of last year. I have met him because my friend tells me that this institute is the best for learning Spanish. It is located in the center of Delhi so it is very well connected. Sometimes I take the car, the subway or the car to get there. I have gone alone and bought the books for my Spanish courses. The thing I liked the most is the cafeteria and the library, therefore I have always drunk the tea during my break, what I liked the least is that it only has a water dispenser. I like my institute very much.Thank you.

This is the best institute for learning Spanish in New Delhi. I have met this place by a friend of my brother. I have studied here for 7 months. I used the metro because it is a bit far from my house, I went with my friend, I am at level A2.1. The Institute is very beautiful and calm. I have bought a class book here. What I like most the high school teachers are very intelligent, friendly and kind. My favorite teacher is Juliàn. What I like least is a teacher because she is so arrogant.
