Good place to get body shape and fitness.

Situated in neb sarai. Saket is the nearest metro station 2km away.This gym has almost major equipment for training.And most importantly the membership is very low at around 4000 for a year.Located far inside in neb sarai and there is lot of traffic in ignou road thats the pain to reach the gym. Otherwise if you are based at neb sarai then you can join easily.Lot of space available. Equipments quality is also good.

Its good to visit if you love workout cheaper than any other gym all machines available no trainers there you can hire a personal trainer and have to pay extra for that

Trainers are totally unprofessional.And people who comes there to workout they literally just throw the dumbbells here n there.Rarely anyone put the dumbbells back from where they picked it.Gym area is big but entire gym is a mess.At least 1 or 2 machines would be broken always.

No proper equipment, no management, here staff are taking money from customers and they keep with them, they wont provide any membership card at the time of giving money they will tell you that they will give you membership card but they will not provide you ever.

In morning there is very good trainers like deepak and sunil

I have seen that the trainers appointed to this gym is not instructing to everyone but he is more focused on personal training with 2-3 clients.Even when you go to them and ask about any exercise or any confusions...they will just told you verbally at their desk...and their attitude is not so good.Although, if you go in the morning shift you will get good trainer.

To much chaos. Very bad maintenance of the gym machines. Even gym fees differ person to person. Very unhygienic toilet
