All the faculty is really good. Food of the canteen is also good. It is one of the du college which has so many gardens and the ground is also really big. There is a basket ball court as well. Overall it is really good college.

The location of the college is amazing. Its opposite to Jesus and Marry College. Its nearest to Satya Bus Stop and Durgabai Deshmukh South campus metro station.

Maitreyi College, situated in Chanakyapuri area in New Delhi is considered one of the best Delhi colleges for women. Maitree college was established in 1967 at Netaji Nagar area with just 17 teachers and offering only B.A. Gen and B.Sc Gen courses. However, Maitree college, DU has come a long way to establish it as one of the best colleges to study in Delhi.

Loved the college, very good infrastructure compared to other colleges. Pasta my favorite in the canteen. Canteen needs a little improvement.Volunteers are friendly as well as seniors. BEST FOR STUDIOUS STUDENTS The campus is big enough and the infrastructure is excellent that is I loved it. The guards were also friendly and students were cooperative. The canteen is also good but I found it little costly as compared to other DU colleges. Moreover the campus is green with trees and also clean. Life is Target -B.Sc physics hons (2010-2013)In a blink passed 3 yearsDays in attending canteen & judging whose prettierAnd Nights in watching movies, hang-outs&cursing academic peers.Nights turned into nightmares.Dedicated full 6 nights for 6 papers,Somehow managed to fill answer papers.Results came near.Class scored was 3 tier,Eyes brimmed with tears.We faced everything like musketeers.Amongst friends saw rising singers,dancers,politicians,businessmen,photographers,writersAnd some as pain in ---Everythng dat happens in Life witnessed in graduation .Life is physics,Humans are physics.

Well i am the silver jubilee batch of the college and i am proud of it. The ambience is great, the infrastructure is good and now we are even having a hostel from next year i.e. 2018 and the locality is calm, clean and peaceful. Really nice infrastructure. Beautiful gardens. Lovely ambience. Safe and quiet locality. But, after 3PM it is very difficult to get an auto in this area or even a bus. The closest bus stop is atleast 15 mins away (walking) and neartest metro is also 15-20mins away (auto).
