It is a very small in size but they are really good in service. They are authorised multi brand service center.I have visited there for my Huawei P9 smartphone. They also have basic things like water and sanitizer (In COVID-19 Pandemic) for visitors.

Good place for servicing your mobile, not crowded, your phone will repair within 1 hr most of the time, if issue is not so big. Data backup facility is not available , make sure you have your data backup, in case of software issue. Otherwise youll lose your data because phone has to be reset. If you take metro Ramkrishna Ashram Marg be the nearest one, another option is Rajiv Chowk.

You are selling some high end phones then we expect the same quality of service from your end. Very small service center,they made me wait about an hour just to tell that my product was not available. I spent almost 1 hour there and it all went in vain. Also please note that their location is not correct as per GPS Coordinates, kindly go for Bengali Market or RK Ashram Metro station, thats an easy way to reach there. Its a small and filthy service center, and same level of service they provide.

Got my Moto G4 plus repaired...Screen Shadow problem.I had to visit twice because first time they fixed screen and damaged fingerprint sensor.But they fixed problem completely...Service is good but take considerably longer time...Irritated me in the beginning but overall quality is good and may be they take longer time because of some procedural delays...But if you wait... You will get your device repaired.

Worst Customer Service. I went at this service center for Power button of Moto G4 Plus. First time they said it is not available after keeping me waiting for 30 minutes. I took their number so that I could confirm the availability of Power button before visiting again. After a week, I kept on calling that number for 2-3 days but no one picks the phone. Again I visited the center and after waiting for 20-30 minutes, same reply that Power Button is not available. I asked the customer care representative to let me speak to some senior in that shop, and they kept me waiting again for 30 minutes. Finally I purchased the Power button from an e-commerce site fixed it myself. Price was 50% as compared to what was being charged by this Service Center.

Staff are totally Ill behaved. They first tell that product is not available and ask for leaving the mobile. But they always have the products and usually a wait here and fight scene is common

An extremely awful experience! I visited this place to get my Moto G4+ repaired as I was experiencing a Battery Drain issue & I was given an estimate of around 12k as they cited a fault with the Motherboard! Showed the same phone at my local store, the Motherboard was perfectly fine. Got the battery replaced for 1500 bucks. Always carry a bucket full of cash while visiting this place.

The service centre was prompt to address the issue in my phone and did the repair that was required. I went in there at around 12 pm and they generated the job sheet after i filled the enquiry form. They verified the bill of the phone. The repair work took almost an hour to complete . My phone was handed back to me after that.

I always face this problem at Motorola service centres that the employees are not cooperating. They even dont care whether you got solution to your problem or not. Its disgusting to see that some even try to prevaricate you continuously. They even try to seek for any other place for your problem. Some employees though are cordial and professionally deal you but still they show you so many limitations in their part.

I went there to change my Moto g5s+ battery. There is no rush in there. Got it changed within 40mins. The phone staff is good. Quality work with explanation about the problem. Only cash payment accepted. Call and enquire about the availability of the part before visiting it.

Worst service ever...Now, this is not an authorised service centre of Motorola. I went there for battery replacement of Moto G5 Plus. They changed the battery but they cheated me by changing my original display with the local display.

The Customer Care Executives are very cold towards the customers.All they do is repeat what they might have learned in their training over and over again. I have had the Exact same problem with my phone thrice in the span of a month and nobody at the Centre has been able to figure out the problem and fix it. it shows their incompetency and unwillingness to help the customers.

So I have bought a 15k-20k phone which is under warranty, the mobile charger (USB) wire stopped working and when I visited them , they just tell me my phone is damaged. They will do all sort of things just to allure you to give your phone in their lab. Never give it. They checked my USB wire on their(new) phone and it was not working and then they call all sort of things to just get me out of store. This is the last time I am purchasing Motorola. Bunch of retards sitting for customer servicesEdit 1: So after reading other reviews I found out they did same with me too. They simply told me they found water in my device(imagine my USB wasnt working and just to make me leave they told me my mobile needs repair) so warranty stands void, seems like their common practice to fool customers.

Worst Customer service experience, the workers pressure you to accept the phone even though it is not repaired also make false quotations about the expenditure, my motherboard was working they said theyll change that too, which will cost more than the value of the original handset. Guys please choose to go to another service center. I had recently visited to this service center for my phone for touch not working (display issue). On my first visit they replace they display and send the bill to company. After a week same problem persuaded. On my second visit these creepy f**king b****rds guys voided my mobile phone warranty by putting water inside by there own and telling that motherboard has been corrupted and we will get your motherboard changed at a charge of display so that they can save there loss because they have to re-replace my mobile screen for free and company won’t be liable to pay that.

Worst customer care. Only screen was broken and to repair it they took 10000. Thats no prob but they should repair it but instead of repairing it they broke front camera ,sensor stopped working and now they are saying that hardware is also not working.

Staff was cooperative and helpful solved my issue within an hour but still they need original bill copy this need to be taken care as customer are not aware to carry it and with the help of imei one can check the warranty

This was my first experience to a motorola service center and as mentioned in the other reviews they gave me the same stupid reason.Just to replace the motherboard of my phone they wanted Rs 6000 approx and when i told them that the MRP of the phone is Rs.6720 only so the guy sitting their gave me stupid reasons.Motorola should atleast keep some educated and honest staffs and must keep a check on them .I think their main intention is to get Rs. 200 which they charge just to check the problem. Because for repairing they will ask you unreasonable amount for which you will never agree.The same phone i got repaired today in Rs 2200 from an unauthorized center.They give the same issue that we found moisture in your phone so all the problem is just because of that.Anyway after this horrible experience i will suggest not to use motorolla anymore.

This is a multiple brand service centre it includes Blackberry Lenovo Motorola and many others. Since this is multiple brand the quality of service that is provided here is diminished.Also this is only for mobile phones and not for headphones on any other appliances of this companies. But it has nothing to do with this service centre its all about friend and when the brand is not as good as other friends it was likely to be bad .

All over service center is good, just need to do more professional in work for front desk officer and engineer staf, manager is good they under the all things and try to resolve the same.

If you want to be misguide with your phone you go there. My moto G5 Plus had issue with touch sensor they rectified it but provided new issue in mic, touch and headphone jack. Please dont go there.

My phone got repaired within 24 hours. The software was reinstalled and volume key was replaced, all within 24 hours. Awesome!!

This place caters exclusively to Motorola phones. Nice arrangements. But the charges for repairing the devices are pretty high. I had visited this shop to get my water damaged Moto G phone repaired. They told me that it would cost me around 7000₹. Are you kidding me?? I can have a brand new smartphone in that price. Motorola officials seriously need to look into the repair charges model. due to the pathetic services offered by Motorola I switched to Xiaomi.

I went there for software issue, dey opened my device nd started telling me dat parts inside r damagad physically nd u wont get warranty. My phon is jus 15 days old. Pathetic service center. I took my Moto Z phone (still under warranty) to them for some battery related issues and they kept forcing me to accept that the device has been damaged by water. All this so that they could then try to charge me around INR 25,000/- for a new logic board while a new Moto Z now costs around INR 22,000/-They also held back my phone for nearly two months in the name of diagnosis tests while promising a paid battery replacement which never happened. Also, the Motorola customer care is no better. Ive been trying to explain this problem to them but their semi-educated executives just dont seem to get a hang of it. Id advice people to stay away from this brand. Please take your patronage elsewhere.

#POOR SERVICEI had an issue my audio jack of my Moto G4 plus which i have bought in October 2016. I went to this service centre but they dont even have a token system. They took my phone for 1 day for replacing audio jack. But when i got my phone back next day, it had pen marks on screen and there were scratches all over it. Audio jack was OK but my back camera quality was very much bad which was not when i had given to them.I asked them to clean it with the lotion but camera was still blurry so i shouted at them but they said that camera is not under warranty.Please avoid this service centre, they handle phones very poorly.

So long waiting time and after they dont even able to fix my phone problem , staff behaviour is so rude they dont even listen you. Other people are going to manager and shouting there. And also no place to sit there very small area, they also taking service charge 200 to jus open your phone tell this is issue and we cant fix it here , you will show somewhere else. Very disappointed with Motorola service .

Dont u ever give ur phone at this location, they will use ur cell phone delivering to u.Once my friend gave here his phone in working condition with prob of frequent hang, they returned dead phone by saying there was water logging in ur set. Had to wait for 2:30 hours for my token no. To come just be told that they wont do anything because i had the softcopy of the bill and not the hardcopy, which i earlier confirmed from the person distributing the tokens that if the softcopy would work and he said yes.All that 2:30 hours standing and waiting for my chance to come and that to of no use.They should really look into customer handling and the employees there should be taught how to deal customers.Even one employee would go out to recieve calls rather then dealing with the customer.Not a good service centre at all.

Most awful customer service center....It was my most unlucky day that I visited this particular service center for getting my in-warranty Lenovo K3 Note repaired for poor network. These people damaged the front camera of the mobile and are not ready to accelt the same and are not ready to repair the same under warranty. The phone was not opened at any non-authorised service center and there was not the slightest mark of physical damage. But these people just dont listen. PATHETIC SERVICE...DO NOT VISIT THIS SERVICE CENTER IF YOU CAN GO TO OTHER AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTERS...
