This railway station is the closest station to Airport.Hence, whoever has to proceed to Airport for further journey should deboard at Delhi Cantt railway station for convenience.This is a small station, less crowded thus making it very comfortable.Station is also very clean and well maintained.Commuting to the Airport is easy as there are cabs available.There is a small issue with respect to App based taxi services : Front area of the station is out of bounds for app based cabs and is dominated by normal cabs. The normal taxi drivers as well as auto drivers stalk the passengers coercing them for availing their services which at times is very annoying. To get past them to the main road where your app based taxi would be waiting may be cumbersome especially if you have a lot of luggage with you.Nevertheless,the proximity to Airport makes this station very convenient.Airport is just 10 minutes ride from the railway station.

Station doesnt have strict entry and exit points as there are several points from where people can sneak into in.Nearest Metro to Delhi Cantt Railway Station is Tilak Nagar on Blue Line and it takes 20 minutes from E Rickshaw to reach. You can easily find e Rickshaw to Metro at a price of INR 20.I usually board Jaipur Delhi Double Decker Train from Delhi Cantt Railway Station.

Delhi cantt railway station....it is near to dhola kuan metro and bus stand...no metro station here but one can find rickshaws/taxis to near by metro station....mainly all trains on this route stops here...halt time is 2 mins. ..... Its a crowded but clean railway station...

India Gate that in fact lies around the ceremonial avenue of Raj path is an Important and significant Memorial Site completed in February of 1921 and forms the landmark of Delhi also known as the gate of the eight city of Delhi named New Delhi which was carved out of the beautifully architected Old City of Delhi created by the Mughal Emperors in the ancient times. It lies in the heart of the new city flanked by roads on all directions and is easily accessible by local taxis, buses and auto rickshaws from any corner of Delhi due to its central location.

Railway station improved a lot, have enquiry center, sanitation facility, coach position displays. and good no of seating benches.

Just like any other railway stations in Delhi, Delhi cantt is also quite popular (well, thats what i feel). But the thing that differ it from other railway stations (from my personal experience) is that, it connects me to most of the Delhi places. Most of my friends and relatives live near Delhi cantt. So, I always choose it as my destination while booking ticket.You might be thinking why I didnt give it 5 stars?Well, the reason behind this is that, if you dont want to come to this station via the bridge stairs, then you have a drive a little bit more in order to reach here.

Small and convenient for west Delhi residents. Stop time is very less so be prepared before the station arrives. Dont try to get down if train starts moving. For passengers to get the connecting flight from Delhi Palam airport this station is better than New Delhi Airport.Exit road is bumpy.

This is a cantonment area. Good Railway Station and Super Market near Delhi Cantt.

When you come by bus, nearest bus stand is Janak Setu. Its on a bridge, so you have to walk 260m to reach the Delhi Cantt Railway Station.One more thing, Delhi Cantt Metro Station is not near the railway station. If you come through metro you have to take a bus or Taxi to reach here.

Place is not good as their is no coach board as well there are not proper food stalls and the staff response here is not good and their are no restaurants for foods over here.the foot over bridge are only having staircase. lift or wheel chair cant be accesible over here.cleaniness over here is ok

The cleanliness is quite ordinary. Crowded in evening hours but in morning hours and during night hours it is not so crowded. Plenty of seats are available for passengers waiting for train. Even in rainy weather conditions passengers can stay safe under hefty tin sheds.There are stalls of books, backers, tea etc.

No cloak room. No proper food joint or restaurant. Except these overall station was neat and clean. There was waiting room, both First class AC waiting room and General waiting room. Good toilet facilities also there.

Usually not very crowded as compared to other major stations of Delhi. A small station but mostly all major trains pass from here.
