Cold time morning view amazing clean and good railway station.

Sarai Rohilla Railway Station is very clean and tidy railway station. I was there today and I found each and every thing fine here and all waiting rooms were good in condition and all seating chairs are also in good condition. Regular announcements are done.

I came here after long time n surprised to c the changes. Its far more clean then before. Entrance is still bit congested, its not easy to enter n exit with car in a free flow manner but overall i admire the changes.

Good maintained Railway stations with about 7 platforms and it is the starting station for some major destinations. Usually not that crowded and it is easy and quick to get tickets physically from the counter if you have not booked them online.

It is good station , it is clean and have many facilities providedi travell to my city usually by this station .

Sarai Rohilla Station: this station does not belongs to one of the station of Capital of India, at least it doesnt look like one. No cleaning No proper amenities even no proper announcement for up and down trains. NO Coach position indicator in platforms. No first class waiting room. Extream ending of platforms(both sides) are dirtiest platforms I have ever seen. Rail Ministry should take care of this.

It is 20-25 mins walk from the Shastri Nagar metro station and not the 15 mins you see on Google Maps. That route which google maps suggests through the Residential colony and towards Vivekanand Puri Halt is filled with construction roads, toilets, dogs and bad road at the end about 400-500m.Vivekanand Puri Halt and Delhi Sarai Rohilla are connected and are same stations but on the different sides of the station. You can move between the two with Foot Over Bridges provided (Dont cross through railway tracks not because of risk of life, that is obvious, bur because of Poilce constantly patrolling the premises. I bet they would love to fine you).Frequent Rickshaws were abailable from Gate No.1 of Shastri Nagar Metro Station but no one was sharing which I was surprised to see. Maybe because I cam here at 7a.m. during winter. However I can see a lot of e-rickshaw outside Platform 1.SBI Atm, Amul, Lots of Dhaba are outside Platform 1.Lots of street vendors outside selling Chole Bhature, Aloo Parantha with Sabji, Sabji Roti for Rs. 30,30,40. Many Tea Stalls too.

Nice station not much crowded.

Easy to locate... Connected well to main road... Maintainance servies needs to be improved... Cleaning should be improved... Very bad smell in waiting area... Needs to improve a lot....

Upcoming station in Delhi, with Shastri Nagar as the nearest metro station. Works are in progress at various places within the station which make it difficult for passengers.Only a few trains are running from the station yet but new trains are being added

Easily accessible platform.. Checking on entry one can easily reach there as battery rickshaws and autowala are there.. This place is clean and everything was well disinfected with sanitizers

Delhi Sarai Rohilla Railway station is one of main terminal of Indian Railways.Pros.1. The station is very less crowdy as compared to New Delhi.2.Nearest Metro station is Partap Nagar just 1.2km.Cons.1. Very Poorly managed station.2. No proper waiting area for passengers.3. No proper food outlet.4. Cleaniness is poor.Needs massive overhaul.

Its main station of delhi from here mainly jaipur train you will get . But this station is not maintain properly no proper seating arrangement , no proper waiting room , food facility also not good , the main entrance roof is covered with sheet during all season its heating. So only 2 star

Well connected to rewari & rohtak towards dayabasti and old delhi & new delhi towards delhi kishanganj,. Eccelatar for old and needy peoples and lift also available clean station so many fast super fast local gareeb ratn duranto train available here.

DEE station platform is very clean. This station in and out system good but main road to station that, is very traficjam on road.

Well Connected To Shastri Nagar Metro and Partap Nagar Metro too and near by New Delhi Junction..

Nice railway station. food cafe, drinking water, seating facilities are available here. Nearby Shashtri Nagar metro station. All trains available for Rajasthan. this railway station has 7 platforms.

Nice Staton and nice station

The reason why am giving this place a star is cause the plateforms are cleaner than expected. However there are no escalators or wheel chair accessible entrance. No parking lot . Located near Karol Bagh and its just not a good station coz the chances of getting robbed is very high. There are hotels outside railway station which is a good thing. But are not safe. Its very crowded and the roads are very narrow and in pathetic condition. Delhi government is not doing justice with this railway station.

The station is clean but yes it is in the developing stage and I did not even see any clean toilet. But yes Karol Bagh metro station is nearby.

Inadequate passenger facilities as regards a terminal station from where trains for Rajasthan depart.

Station is not so clean not good security measures. And always be active because pickpockets are always wandering here and there.

Good Railway station. This is so hygienic.

Visited once from chandigarh and find very convenient and nothing depressing here. Feeling superb here. But something i found not well here.

Trains for Bikaner, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Sri Ganganagar and Jammu can be caught here.

It is very clean and hygienic place all around the railway station and it has available trains to all over the country (INDIA).

Mediocre station to catch trains to other destinations in and around Delhi. Many trains start from here. Bikaner to Sarai Rohilla Superfast train reaches here at 7:30AM and starts back to Bikaner from here at 10.40PM everyday. There are trains to Chennai and many important cities too. Small shops in the platform cater hot tea, coffee and milk along with snacks, cakes and biscuits.

An historical but a modern look railway station. A clean railway station with the facility of lift. The ticket window is not far away from the platform. But there is no entrance gate of railway station. In the absence of entrance gate, it seems that the railway station is on road. The nearest metro station is Shastri Nagar (Red Line).

Announcers were rude and unprofessional ... wrong info displayed on the enquiry counter .. I was travelling with patalkot express on 21 April .. it was displayed train will come on platform 3 but it came on platform 2

Good railway stations

No proper entrance. People have to walk from the main road.But cleanliness is maintained.

Delhi Saria Rohilla Railway Station station code is DEE, its situated about 5-6km from Old Delhi and 7km from New Delhi Railway Station.. its a small station but very well maintained, neat and clean.. the station also has the lift facility.. this station has done many changes in the last few years.. its more clean than before.. some new constructions have been done there.. some part of the station is still under renovation.. the entrance is bit congested and its not too easy to enter and exit with car.. there are some dhabas, various shops and ATM outside the station..

No escalator and lift on Platform No 1 (platform close to the main entrance) which causes inconvenience to old aged and physically challenged. Something very basic requirement expected in stations of capital city. Lot of pungent smell on the platform.

Have been watching this station since many years now. It has really become one of a less crowded, better lit and clean railway stations of Delhi.

I visited this station and also travel from here, In a single word this is a model rail station.

I got to visit here after a long time.. It is day by day improving with facilities. Now you can have escalator here also. There is Ola booth also available here

Not easily accessible and no information boards to check the Departure platform. Not maintained properly and no announcement for trains.

Many trains go from this station. Nearest metro station is shastri nagar. Nearest blue line metro station is karol bagh.

Very worst condition in luggage booking because everyone asked bribe and there is no control and no fear in railway station. when it will change. no one railway officers take initiative to control the bribe really horrible.railway staff know very well but why they dont control the bribe.i feel very guilty while standing in railway station I feel immediately vacate from this station

It is managed by Delhi Division of Northern Railway zone.Sarai Rohilla railway station was established in 1872 when the metre gauge railway line from Delhi to Jaipur and Ajmer was being laid. It was a small station just outside Delhi as Delhi was confined to walled city then.

The maintenance and facilities provided for this station makes one wonder if it is an illegitimate child of Indian Railways. 7 Platforms, none of them kept in good condition. Waiting room is horrible. No washroom/eateries on Platforms other than 1(which is also the entry point). Nonetheless, you dont wanna spend more than 10-15 minutes of wait period here.

Narrow road passage towards station. Cleanliness need to be improved.. Station identification boards not visible from the Main road, Need to take help of navigation for 1st time visitors..

As it is one of the station of the capital of India, it should be clean n tidy bit the station seems to be a station of a small town...condition of toilets is very poor. Ac passengers have waiting room with fans delivering hot air during very warm climate conditions. Government should do something to improve the condition. Very bad experience.

It is a small but clean and well maintained railway station in Delhi. You can get trains to Rajasthan from here mostly.

No facilities are available at this railway station. I wonder why big trains are plyied from this station. 1st class waiting room is stinking and one cannot think of waiting in that room. Air conditioning is also not available in waiting room.

Usual India railway station, station building unchanged since 1947. But platform number 3,4 &5 has essential facilities. Approach road is very congested, if want to catch a train from here than keep atleast half an hour margin to reach at station.

This station is not located in good location..it has very paved streets.. this area is not well recognised.. this previous sunday i visited to this station to pick up my friend ..it was so bad experience.. i didnt get enough space for ride a bike.. there was so rush on the road.. but finally i came to this conclusion.. station road must be like New Delhi railway station

I am posting here again because this station has two entrances and both the entrances are very unconvincing for the public at large because one entrance from Karol Bagh side is very narrow to the extent that two vehicles can not cross each other and second entrance is through high steel bridge having around 40 stairs which every passenger has to climb along with their baggage to reach to station since there is no lift/ escalators etc. for every age passenger be it young, old, ladies laden with their kin. Very pathetic situation.

Hygienic and good food stalls are not available on this station. condition of waiting hall for upper class passengers is not satisfactory.Authorities should pay more attention towards it.cleanliness is satisfactory.
