All types of post office related services are available here like , saving account, NSC, KVP, Sukanya samriddhi yojana, senior citizen saving account etc. Here aadhar update center also located. Anyone can update here their aadhar. It is very croweded place. For aadhar updating need to take appointment/token before 9:30. Timings are general

Last year I sended rakhi from uttam Nagar to laxmi nagar as we are strictly followed the covid protocols.but gas what again rakhi is coming but still m waiting kya pta is rakhi per phuch jaye lol🤣🤣. They have pathetic service 😡😡. every government employee wants money without work.😡

Area head post office. All post office related jobs are done here like speed post, registered post, speed post account opening etc.it operates from 9am to 5pm. Timings may change due to Saturday or any other special reason.

Post office is clean and spacious, if you are a ignou student who opted for hard copy you should check study material status on ignou website, and check the track order from consignment number on Indian post website it might show item delivered. Postman marks item delivered without dropping it to your home, you can find your books by going to the postman of your area and search below his desk, they are polite but kaamchorAll the best 😆

Door locked what a joke? A four level building, fully occupied has a door lock because this gentle post man was support to deliver a consignment. The privatization is painful but it pains lesser than these lazy and KAMCHOR people.Why private courier companies are booming like any thing and postal services are about to shut despite of government support, is now easily understandable.

The post man did not come to give my post and the status is showing that the door was locked, this is a lockdown situation I am at home every time.

Worst post office ever. It even do not deserve a single star rating. I dont know on what basis govt hires these kamchor employee for service. My passport was delived at post office at the end of oct20 which got returned due to these kamchor people didnt do there part of work instead updated status as door locked though there is camera installed in my street which proofs they never visted on the provided address. I personally visited post office for this but unfortunately they returned passport to regional office on the same day. even instead of accepting their laziness they stared arguing and started making n nos. Of excuses. It took 2 months to me to reschedule the appointment to redispatch passport again on the same address. This time i myself called postman to deliver this to my address and explained exact address to him but again they have updated same excuse DOOR LOCKED without visiting at the addres.This is not the first time they have shown this kamchori in their job.its been almost 4 to 5 years they never delivered any of my parcel to my address.There was a senior postman earlier who delivered my each parcel to the address without any call. I never had to visit post office that time but now its been worst then ever. Dont know why govt is paying them for their kamchori.Highly disappointed!!!

No one visits the address for delivery. Keep saying out for delivery for few hours, then without any delivery attempt, tracking details starts showing item on hold, door locked.And whats even worse is their attitude. One of their worker named Satyaveer Singh started using abusive language when i called him to ask about this issue. And obviously, theres no use of complaining this to anybody. Whole government sector sucks.

Postmen and staff are very rude, they infact dont do deliveries deliberately and mark with comment door locked when you trace the item products. This department should also be privatise as they dont know morals and ethics. There should be separate moral ethics session for post office staff too.

One of the worst post office services I have ever seen. The most of the staff are useless,they dont even know the way how to talk with people.And the delivery person they dont even deliver the post. For what they are recruited for just sitting in the office. If you have any query about the post which is not delivered to your address they simply ignore you.

Google should introduce a feature to give 0 star , as this place deserves it. Staff is unfriendly and adamant . You will not get any delivery in specific time , even after several complaints authorities arent ready to pay any attention towards it. Even for basic documents you have to visit here on your own as the delivery staff will be busy attending other works or sometimes just sitting idle.

This is now the new location of DK Mohan Post office, relocated from Mohan Garden. Big spacious clean. Here postman dont take bribe but it is mandatory to be in contact with postman. My Postman delivered my vehicle registration certificate RC at my home without any hassle and without demanding anything for that.The post office is spacious, clean postal department should arrange for interior decorations of the same.Very important Time to meet postman is fixed between 10:00 to 11:00 everyday Sunday is holiday.

Worst experience, once you entered u will feel like you entered in fish market, maximum post-mans are too old, Post-mans not deliver the post on your home, the concerned should go to post office office to collect his post. overall its very bad experience. I cant see any work culture of Indian post office or this Mohan garden post office. Everything is same. You can complained millions times but nobody get back to you. 2 months back I got my international parcel broken from them. The delivery boy not even delivered when I called him he said that you need to pickup from post office. I got to know that he went for delivery few days before and left the parcel in post office false stating that nobody were there for pickup. And I got some stuff broken in parcel. Pathetic .... dont know what to say..

Speed post counter staff does not work in the given time also & they do but only of their relatives who comes inside the counter, even misbehaves and argues with the person waiting in the queue. Discusting staff & illiterate also.

Package missing due to incomplete address(indian posts fault - they skipped printing the last line). Contary to what I read over internet - the staff actually helped me find my package.But not all staff were equally helpful.

Do privatisation of post offices.

There is no system. All the workers are lazy and never listen to the public. They always delay the letters. Important documents such as PAN Card and Passport never delivers on time. I tried to communicate with the postman but he never responded in the meeting time, most of the time they are busy sorting letters. Speed post queue is longer in festival timing.

This new location is neat and clean with marble flooring and spacious too. But working hour is very short they shuts essential work latest by 3PM. Do check other photos for working hours and other info all photos are uploaded. For book post u need to place books in white cloth wraping.

I was there when a lady came to speed post her package.The man who was working there denied her telling that speed post is done only uptil 3:00 pm. But the time was 2:54 pm. So technically, the lady had the right to get her package speed post (even if we consider that 3:00 pm is the time limit for speed post , which itself is doubtful ). But such are the people working there. These people are just adamant and doesnt value a professional and customer centric service. But what can we do Sarkari h bhai, aisa hi chalta h yaha.In another instance, the post man does not deliver my package to the address. The tracking id page showed unable to deliver due to door locked. When I visited the post office the next day morning, he told there is no package in my name. After requesting him to recheck once again, he told to show the tracking id page. Luckily I had the screenshot with me, because internet was not working inside. When I showed him, then he found the package and told me he tried but the door was locked. He was clearly lying.

Just like the government, government employees are also careless. They do not do theirs work accordingly. There are the worst services in government Post offices. They do not make the items delivered at the address and not even they contact anyone for the parcel. Lastly, they returned the items back to the senders address. I am very very disappointed with the services. My aadhar and PAN both cards have veen returend back two times but they never tried to make it delivered at my address.

The person in incharge for corrier service is really rude mean the way he talk I don’t want to count him as a human being and plus not supportive and bad behaviour...I don’t want to give even 1star ..worst corrier service ever ...That guy really need to learn how to talk wid people especially with a girl

The most pathetic service delivery approach followed by this Post Office. Despite correct address mentioned on the envelope, mobile number mentioned and regular availability of persons at home they do not deliver the Speed Post and return it back.The Speed Post was booked on 14 June, reached at this Post Office on 18 June. From 18 to 27 June they kept the Speed Post with them and no delivery was made. I made an online complaint on India Post website citing the above reasons. Personal visit was made on 29 June when the Post Master showed activeness and searched all delivery articles, then he checked online and found that it came to his Post Office but returned back. I made a written complain that on what ground the article was returned back without any intimation, call or delivery initiative? They were speechless!Is this the approach with which the India Post claims that your Speed Post delivery is fast, secure and hassle free?

No Delivery person come and put the Door Locked Status against the Courier.

Worst post office.. The staff is non-corporative . The speed past services are very slow ,they are busy doing there own stuff. The do not serve the customer well. All of them are rude. You have to stand in long ques for long hours .They misguide the consumers by passing false information such as that the server is down. Had a very bad experience at this post office. Recommend everyone not to access this branch.

The respected post office in charge of Mahan Gardan on date 20 apr 2019, I came to collect your speed post at 5 pm, which has come to you but tried to get to know your postal charge, but the answer and the way to speak was labeled below Was not that I can not say it looks like he is doing the work and I am writing a letter with sadness. Ask for a little bit of patience, thank your staff.

This is indeed a very good place. They did a great work by re shifting this place from Gurudwara road to here, the infrastructure is now great, it is now big and the workers are now more helpful than ever.

The staff of this post office does not deliver packages despite having correct address, phone number, name, and everything else. And this has happened MULTIPLE times. MULTIPLE. I sometimes feel like burning the whole post office down.

They delivered my voter ID card to different place in delhi. When I reached there to get update, no one bothered to help my query. All were busy in chewing tobacco and discussing there own talks rather serving their duty. All staff should be fired from their job. They dont have any interest in public service.

Postman of Shiv Vihar area bhagwan an old man is very corrupt.I need passport in tatkaal but postman said that he will take 500 rupee to give me my passportI rejected to give him bribe so he said that he will not deliver any other documentsHe is really very corrupt .Please take some legal action against him

I needed passport and applied for a Tatkal passport. Speed post should have been there in just couple of days. But these guys keep it and dont deliver it. Specially that Bhagwan with small grey hair. That man is really corrupt. They want you to pay bribe so that they hand over to you. I have been at my house aur ye aaya nahi. Na hi koi aur aaya. Ye jaan kar aisa karte h. They keep on chewing tobacco and dont even care about you or your problems. If there is a hell I am sure these people will go there to harass us. I have tried to record their actions. I have to go again. I will upload it on YouTube. I hope that will help you guys to take some actions.This is the reality of India. And these corrupt human beings will not let you live peacefully. We Indians hate most of the GOVERNMENT offices but unfortunately we are the people who always look for a GOVERNMENT job. Haa what an irony... May be we are happy to get scolded by others!!! People who work here are obviously not an exception to this rule!!!

Worst service.i cannot believe that we have post offices with same condition that we had 22 years ago...India barh gaya par post office wahin ka wahin..i have 57 years lady standing with me in Q she has to deposit Rs100(saying bhaiya 50-50 ke do hain) standin from last 135 minutes and just covered half way.....trust me i m facing such a bad experiene and it is 2018 feeling like m in 90s....

Not having good infrastructure like other government buildings. Counters are empty most of the time no official is there for help or enquires.Expand along two floors ground floor for speed post, money transfer etc and second floor for enquiring about letters,voter card etc.

My Parcel reached at D K MOHAN garden but the postman shri Bhagwan Singh is saying your address is not correct, there is no such address which we are telling.
