The more we change the more we remain the same.Nothing like relaxing to the sounds of Dehradun and Rishikesh. Being fleesed by vendors and now there is no air-conditioning because of covid. And when traveling by Haryana Roadways, the ticket is still the good old coupons carefully perforated to denote boarding and destination point.Dehradun and Rishikesh have completely transformed but this place is exactly how it was in the 90s.

I am traveling to delhi since 1992 and during 2004 the condition of ISBT was miserable. And please dont ask for waiting hall for those days. After 2004 day by day it going far better. Ac was working ok. Cleanliness was ok. Toilet is still an issue. But overall now you can wait in waiting hall. Security is very tight.

ISBT kashmere gate is the centre and best bus facility centre.Here you can find buses to different states like haryana, punjab, himachal etc.The place is well designed with ticket counters for all states bus facility and capacity of holding a huge crowd.The infrastructure is also great with shopping and food facility here.It also have a help counter you can ask and take information of your bus from here. Electronic lift and many more facilities are available here.It took us 100 ra to reach from new delhi railway station to reach ISBT. there is also a waiting hall you can wait here if your bus time is late.The different bus counters and stands are separated and marked by led plated you can recognize easily. A bus stand of a class you rarely get in India. Its cool and have basic amenities like clean toilets which are free to use.Waiting room have chairs to sit and wait for your bus. Ramp and escalators are available.Multiple screens are there displaying next bus dues. Staff is available at all corners for quick human help.Overall, a bus stand of a class.

Maharana Pratap Interstate Bus Transport is the real name of this place. The biggest ever Bus Depot sitting hall I have ever seen and visited. It is very much near to Kashmere Gate metro station Delhi. From here you can get busses for Kullu, Manali, Hariyana, Punjab, Amritsar and so many different destination towards North India.

Nice place, made friends with a dog there. Kiosks selling packaged and cooked food, ample seating and some visible level of management there. But toilets are familiarly dirty.

Waiting hall is very good. One can feel safe here specially my sisters and mothers. There is a police post inside this hall as well.

This is undoubtedly one of the best waiting areas in the entire country. It is spacious, clean and well maintained. Chairs are available for passengers which they use to sleep because of night journey. Staff is mostly helpful and polite. The floor is cleaned from time to time because of the high number of foot fall.

I liked the cleaniless here, even the wash rooms are well maintained. Proper sitting arrangement is there.On the negative side you will found crowd which is normal in national capital bus stand.

The national capitals isbt. i have mixed feelings about this.It is accessible from the metro and the road.It is air conditioned and has good security.it has a cloak room which is a nice facility. The public toilets are well maintained.The food outlets charge you with unnecessary amount and the food is not at all good. There are very few charging ports(5 odd).often it is observed that the escalators are not functional.

The waiting hall is very nice. You can relax and wait for your bus here. The hall is centrally air conditioned and there are some restaurants where you can have food and snacks. Lifts and escalators are available. You will feel very comfortable here.

I literally love this place. Its too clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are also neat and clean. Charging points and everything is too good here.

The Kashmere Gate ISBT waiting Hall is clean and spacious provided with escalator. There are kiosks/shops are also existing. I feel ISBT waiting hall is well ventilated and ample of sitting space available.

It is good.But food is very costly.Cost of food can be reduced by the help of government and also giving more tenders to people. Government should take care about it.Because it is the isbt of our national capital.Overall my experience was good

After so long time I visited isbt kg which is totally restructured and felt delighted. It seems more safe for me, when my bus terminated at 4. Am in mid night and metro start at 5.30 . We took break and rest there , had a good time.

Its better than before. Clean and comfortable place to wait. This place is safe for girls also. Never thought of this transformation of ISBT. Washrooms are clean and there is no dust or garbage around.Overall an above average ISBT specially when company with ISBT of other states.

The waiting area is very spacious and with all the amenities. People can sleep here without having any tickets, although they dont have any beds. You will have to sleep on the floor or the affixed benches.They also have food joints to satisfy your cravings.The waiting hall also has a two lifts and ramps to accommodate physically handicapped persons.

Nice place. It has evolved over the time. You can sit and wait for your bus. Mostly the inside hall is air conditioned.

Relatively clean, nothing great. Considerable amount of shops inside to serve you. Theres no display screen or a map to refer to when finding a certain stop number. Just have to walk around. Plenty of places to sit. The buses are rarely on time but usually arrive within an hour from the time mentioned. Online booking works. Kudos!

The rest area is very good, neat and clean. But one needs to take care of their luggage themselves.

Very comfortable place for waiting. Fully air conditioned and easy to reach from any part of Delhi. You can get entire inter state bus service from here. Specially for the northern part of area.

Since its renovation, this bus stop no longer looks or feels like a standard Indian bus stop that we are accustomed to see. Security is really nice and the place is full of people throughout the day and night. Hence waiting here with family or alone is really safe. There is an SBI ATM at the security checkpoint and various food stall within the premises which offer food at a very reasonable price. Hence one might not have to leave the bus stand for trivial things.

Big waiting hall. Very crowdy.lot of options to eat. Its one of a kind in our country. However the AC blower were not working, hence it was very hot and humid. Very difficult to stay there. Hence opted to roam outside the waiting hall towards the bus bay

I reached approx three am. The place is yet full with passengers. The area is developed very good. Buses to major cities are available here. The entry and exit is little bit confusing. So please ask with people. Also always be aware with the bad people. Keep your eyes always on your luggage.

An improved version of Bus Depot...it has a really good amenities, and lot better from general bus depots. Was heading for Hardwar, and they have segregated different sections for different zonal buses. Even as its well covered, and secure, one need not to worry about security.

Ambience is good. My experience was had mobile theft. Make sure you keep your belongings safe. This is done on regular basis there.

Waiting hall of Kashmere gate ISBT is very well furnished. Hall is fully air conditioned and you can wait for your bus here without any interference.I was at Kashmere gate waiting hall and i got impressed looking at the cleanliness of floors washrooms.If anyone is there waiting for buses need not to rent a hotel or room, there is no better place than Kashmere Gate waiting hall near civil lines area of Delhi

Place is neat and clean. But the air conditioning is null. Rest is fine.. touch to stay during summer.

A 3 star hotel look like hall. all stores of tea coffee tea etc avaliable here very reasonable rates.

Very clean. Every half hour it is being mopped. Even the eateries inside maintain cleanliness. The washroom is very well maintained. Clean dry with hand-wash .

ISBT kashmere gate waiting hall is very safe and nice place for everyone who need need yo wait for the buses at day and night but especially at night. There are times when we all travel from one place to another and also have connecting buses there is a need to have such place to wait for hours . It also have good number of shops inside which consist of food and necessary travelling accessories. It also have clean washroom facilities. Most importantly it is a safe place for girls even.

Lower section has better ventilation than the Upper(concourse) section. Amenities are ok but you need to keep your eyes peeled for the security of your stuff at all times.

Im traveling to my hometown from ISBT Kashmiri gate since last 12 years. Have seen so many good and bad things there.These days cleanliness have been improved. Waiting area is air-conditioned and peaceful. Although there are few temporary food shops (dont know why and how), they are the little Massy. Never seen such shops in any waiting area.

Nice clean area where you can take rest and be ready for further travel. Here you can get all basic facilities eg. Toilet, potable water, counters for snacks, tea, toys, books and accessories.

I think its very peaceful place if somehow u need to wait for long time. As usual other stuffs also available at reasonable prices. On weekends heavy rush if that day a long weekend or any religious festival.

It is a very huge waiting hall. you will get water food maggie books coffee and travel items here for purchase and it has a lot of space you can sleep here also. i am traveling to ludhiana. buses to ludhiana are 24 hours available here

U would easily find places to wait there .so if u are planning to wait there for buses then u must go

IBT kasmiri is the place for travellers to go out side from delhi to haryana and RajasthanDehradun rishikesh haridwar, Seating is also available with neat and clean environment.Cleanliness and hygiene 👍 well maintened. For any queries, staff of inquiry cell is always ready and is polite.tight security. Instructions are displayed in a very good way i.e., easily understood. Large waiting area. Proper seating arrangements. Management is good enough. 👍 Washrooms are clean and in good condition .Overall its great. One can easily find the buses to the respective destinations

Overall good upgrade to the existing infrastructure and definitely now one has seats and place to wait at the bus terminal and is maintained well considering the constant footfall all day. Security is good and hence keeps a check on non unwanted people within the terminal.

Clean waiting hall, at the entry point you need to pass through the security check in. Washrooms are available with potable dringking water. You will get food court inside but the food tast is not so good. Tea, coffee and snaks stalls are their inside.

Maintenance & Cleanliness improved from last many years. But still lot of scope to improve Security arrangements, toilets cleanliness & passengers help desks.

Huge Improvement in last one year.. Since more than 30 years i have been visiting this place; the previous Governments had kept it horrible and dirty.. now there is AC waiting area with neat benches, Clean washrooms

OMG !!The waiting hall of ISBT is one of the large shelter we could explore entire Delhi. Sometime I used to be here for hangout purposes. I always wanted to wait at least for half an hour in this hall.This is fully air conditioned hall and there is only one problem in this entire hall ------- Wall Charging facility

Watling hall of ISBT (Kashmir Gate)Bus Stand is very nice & spacious. But only seating arrangements. There is so many food stall & wash room for ladies & gents.Near the bus stand you can avail train from Delhi Metro. (Kashmere gate).

The waiting hall is good and cozy, plus u get good food from tea to full time dinner all under one roof, security wise its a well secured premises with full CCTV covered, loads of seats for waiting passengers, the staff is quite helpful and also the escalators and lifts is in good working condition. The premises is very clean, even the cleaning routines of public toilets is also carried out. Only a couple of things missing, more charging points amd wifi. If they got this covered it will b the best.

A very good place. If u didnt plan ur journey in advance, just get here and plan by taking bus to go anywhere in HP, Uttarakhand.

If you have to wait for your bus for two three hour, this is a nice for that most of the place is air cooled. You will relief from hot outside temperature. There are small tea and food stall in this place, you can also book tickets from this place but you have to stand in a line. The best thing to burn the time is to buy a book from book seller and enjoy reading it as long you have to wait. Books are available on discounted prices and other bus stops are also nearby. Approximately 15-20 min distance in a taxi from this place

Nice sitting and waiting arrangement in isnt kasmiri gate. Hall is facilitate with air conditioning system. Equipped with lift and escalator. Small meals shops also there but quality of food in medium. If you want good quality, visit dominos or MacDonald, situated on ground floor of metro station near kasmiri gate bas stop.

A big AC hall to spent time in night for waiting the buses etc. Neat and clean place with washroom facilities.

Place has all the basic facilities, tea snacks, books stalls, informative screens and proper resting place as well. The Metro station is in walking distance so its easy to come and go from here. The place is also clean but for inquire about your bus you have to get ready to get in long queues.

You can get buses to all major North Indian tourist spots from here. Ambience is good and it offers a big resting place for the travellers. The area around Kashmere Gate is shabby and the people who roam around are not good. Stay alert !!

Waiting hall is really very spacious n airy. You feel here you are in capital. But water bottle provided by shops those are placed inside the hall is duplicate of bisleri I.e brislei. I was disappointed 1st time with this fraud we cant expect at least in capital of India.
