Fraud, dont take home loan from them youll regret it rest of your life. They have fake numbers, no customer care person replies, they will give you floating rate of interest but charge you fixed on closure.Moving to consumer court regarding them.

I was blackmailed to pay pre closure charges as the person concerned refused to give me my documenst without paying the amount . I ended up paying Rs 348, 561.40 ( Rupees Three lakhs forty eight thousand five hundred sixty one only ). Your branch has forced us to pay pre-closer charges even no clause is being mentioned regarding any prepayment or pre closure charges. In this pandemic when business are so low and almost everyone is without salraies , your team blackmailed us to pay the above amount.

Worst service, they kept my file since March, we waited after lockdown and they still fooling us since June when branch open and now they are saying that approval didnt came out well.... Pathetic service will never recommend anyone in my life...

Till the time I took loan they were polite after which they show so much of attitude as if they have done some favour to me. I took a Home Loan at Floating Rate of Interest when it rises my Home Loan goes up but the problem is when the Home Loan is cheaper they dont reduce the ROI until you write them mail then follow up at least a month.Then comes a mind blowing thing when you say that PNB is saying Home Loan is at 8% and you are charging me 9.3% they will tell you its PNB Bank and they are a different entity with the name of PNB Housing Finance. So what was the need to Create it if you were already giving loans while you were a Bank.

Scamming people by not reducing ROI on floating rates. When asked about it, they said decreased rates is for new customers not for existing customers. Then whats the point of floating interest rate if its fixed since i borrowed home loan in 2016.Contact details mentioned here is incorrect.

One of the worst housing finance organisation ,worst service ,worst staff from the junior to senior all people have so much attitude with no concern towards customer.The existing home loan rate going in market is between 7.5-8.4% and these scammers are charging 10%.Govt should take action again such fraud people.

Poor Customer Service

Very very bad services. Fake peoples and fake commitments.Received false commitment from PNB executive but my loan has not been approved even they denied to return back my log in fees. If i will not receive my log in fees amount, will move to consumer court.

They take ages for every small request, PNBHFL troubles the customer.They charge huge amount of money to give the customers documents back to customers.

Very cheap service inferior process even PNB finance green park branch head gives false commitments, I had pathetic experience and I would never suggest to anyone to apply home loan in PNB housing. I applied home loan in PNB and from the first day they all were giving me false commitment for approval my loan although after submitting all the Genuine documents on behalf of me but when I noticed that it’s being very late and due to such lazy process my Advanced amount which I paid to seller could be finish after 45 days when i applied loan here branch head of green park Delhi send me text he said your loan can not be approved. They all are making fool to the customers who are applying for home loan. Friends I had very very bad experience with PNB HOUSING GREN PARK BRANH and specially branch head Never apply home loan here.

Employees seating inside and dont take call as well as dont entertain clients. Never get back as per their promise.
