Can any one help me to understand below transaction and how I will get refund my amount, its a 15k transfer to beneficiary and again debit entry was made with same reference number of UPI transaction

NPCI provide interface for Banking sector

This app is one of the wrost Apps. my deducted 1000 rupees has not been credited yet, and they say we have transferred. What the hell is this? We are not mad that tell a lie. Weve tried many complaints, but I get the same reply. I will write a letter to Modi. Stop this fake App and stop making fool innocent people.

Corporate office is on 2nd floor situated. I went there for mapping my Aadhar card number with bank but they give me contact number and email ID and told me to communicate with this.before I went there I thought they will do necessary thing but all is waste.
