This in central connaught place. Google takes you bang in the parking. Huge branch with overflow of staff but of no use. Uncurtious and you are thrown to one counter to other like a ping pong ball. While a saw a mela of staff in reflecting a fish market but suddenly there was a call out that a Senior officer has entered branch and suddenly the scene changed. Staff were on there seats. Behaving like they are the most hard working staff on this earth. Me ad a customer was standing and was made to leave with no solution in hand. There are some who dont realise that having a job is a privilege and there salaries are being paid by customers. I have submitted my documents to close the account and shift to public sector bank. Atheist I know I dont have to pay for the service as much I pay to these private banks and dont get anything in return which is service expected from them. Sad

Some RM ilakat khan and ubaidur are doing fraud. I have taken personal loan and told no foreclosure charges after one year but when I visited the branch after 1 year they saying you have to pay 5.9 % charges which is 70,000 because PL amount was 14 lac and current principal outstanding is 12 lac. Please beware of such RM in icici.

Once I returned to South Africa I was informed that there was a problem with my NRI Status and the account could not be opened. I asked for a refund of my money. Excellent People and Efficient staff. There is constant effort of the staff in helping the walk in customers and guiding them with the correct department to go to. Two people on asset servicing stand out - Mr. Dramender and Md. Ghousul for being patient and helpful.
It was the worst experience to visit in this branch. I meet there ms Priya Mishra she cant able to help, I given request for loan closer on 6th Feb with full & final payment now she is saying to pay some more amount. Really fedup with ICICI Bank. Suggest not to go any how...

My account wad debit freezed, I visited the branch and they could not even find the reason why it was so, I suggested them for my KYC, they made me wait for 1 hour after that they tried eKYC and said UIDAI site is not working and my work was not done. They said you will have to come again however I felt they dont want me to visit them as they want me to go to some other branch to avoid their work. During this covid time there was no social distancing inside branch. Guys were waking with mask below the nose.There was too much noise inside, specially at the home loan deskAgainI visted the branch today, same issue . Girl at the counter said come tomorrow before 12. KYC is done before 12 o clock only and that too by a particular person who was not in office today. Wow yaar! Clap to banta hai 👍

This bank is perfect for anyone trying to lose weight. Go inside and talk to anyone about your banking issue. Person A will send you to Person B and Person B will send you to C. Then C will send you back to A and A will accompany you to B. After a little argument with A, B will agree to take care of your issue. And the cycle continues.Sometimes they even take your workout to the next level: Person A will send you to Person B on 1st Floor and B will send you back to ground floor and so on...They take forever (more than an hour) to do a simple thing like tracking a courier which they received a couple days ago. I have been to this bank about 4-5 times and never have I returned in less than 2 hours.

The place is very crowded always and the staff is working hard no doubt but they do not know how to manage the huge rush of people. Long waiting ques will be witnessed here always and staff is not knowledge. Anything out of league query will be always inquired , hence, wasting customers time.

Pathetic Bank.......This lady never told me her name otherwise I would have mentioned here. She stamped on a signature verification form and then claims that it was her mistake. Making my document invalid. Now I have to get the document again that is again tiresome.
