STOP!! Dont even think of going there, they look very decent and good but they will fool you off. They were over-charging me by Rs5500 as compared to the official website though and said it is not available on the website, but it was available. Its im the whole Nehru Place thing, specially in HP computer world.(If dont believe then ask them for HP 1180tu and compare on website or other hp store).

All the hp showrooms here in Nehru place market are just pathetic!! They dont have the stock of latest laptops. All they have available are from 1 year old models and the staff dont even know the proper specifications of their laptops. I would recommend you to just go to the hp store in Karol Bagh instead of these Nehru places hp world.

Worst place for buying laptops. Dont buy it here because they will give you a defective piece here and make you pay for it more. They cheat us by saying that they will exchange the laptop within 15 days without telling the terms and conditions and say that there are no terms and conditions. I brought my laptop on 25th September, but, they didnt exchange it even within 5 days with other piece. I am also willing to give extra money to exchange my laptop with other model. They also sell old models buy saying that the date of import was very recent. If you dont want to get cheated, then dont buy here. HP is a very good company, but, this store is worsening the name of HP.. It is very unfortunate that HP is srlling most defective product to their customer . The customer care of HP nither they listen to your complain nor they will solve your problem they will visitf only formalities., they will do nothing

Horrible experience here. I looked up my date of purchase from HP and it was different from the actual date of purchase. I smell foul play and I am not sure if I have got the genuine product or not! I bought a laptop worth 1 lac+ and found that there was an issue with the body of the laptop ( considering that its a premium product )- I told him there was a dent and he said its normal. Its shocking the way these dealers behave after you pay for the product. I would never buy anything from an HP dealer in India. And I highly recommend to not buy anything from this dealer.

Extremely pathetic customer service - they promise you lots of additional things which you have to apply on online and you only get one. I was getting the laptop for cheaper from a different store and I bought it from here because they promised additional perks etc. Be careful with these guys.

Given very worst product, which take around 1 hour to install any aplication. Also the box of laptop was temper from the bottom which I didnt notice at time of purchase. I suggest dont buy product from this shop. If you are buying then please check box properly before opening it in front of seller.

Horrible experiencelast year I had purchased hp latop, with in a year system has either wifi board issue, keyboard issue, after one year system is not working, I have purchased this laptop for study purposes but today when i am showing to service centre, they are sating its a hard disk issue. You have to replace it which will cost you 11000.I must say have terrible experience with product and place havr purchased.Highly recommend not to purchase any product from following retailer.If you have any doubt you can revert on same.

This review is regarding A very distasteful experience at 51-52 gedore house ground floor nehru place showroom. I bought a computer about 15 days back but within a few days the screen started to blackout only showing the cursor.When I went back to the vendors to fix the problem they showed annoyance about some microsoft update issue which is apparently a worldwide issue affecting all computers,surprisingly none of the computers in my dept are affected by it.they whined ki iski recovery mein toh 3-5 ghante lag jayenge, humare paas itna time nahi hai when I insisted that I have no where else to go and need the computer for some urgent work, they vanished leaving me waiting, until I finally left. Isd this the service for a 50,000 worth of product, are these vendors or cheats?what am I supposed to do with this box which costed me 50,000 rs,why shouldnt these people be punished?is it their job only to lure customers and sell?
