My mom was recently admitted to Aakash Hospital. This hospital is very patient-centered. They do not follow a “paternalistic approach” toward patient care, telling you what is best for you as a patient. In Aakash Hospital, the doctors took a “deliberative approach”, interacting with me and my family together to determine and make the best health-related decisions for my mom. From the moment we arrived, the doctors met with us as a team and deliberated with each other and with us, and sought our input to create a medical action plan for my mom. This was enlightening and informative and helped us prepare for various contingencies. During the week that we stayed in this hospital, it was very clear that the hospital staff—doctors, nurses, therapists, janitors, cooks, and administrative staff—prioritized the comfort and convenience of patients and their families. Usually come here for emergency treatment as it is walking distance from my residence.Its a decent hospital, it is on the main road and easy to locate accept parking gets a lil hassle. Staff are decent and doctors are on duty the whole time. They definitely see the need of the hour.Too many patient that maintaining social distance is out of context. Yet it fulfils the purpose of the need. Pharmacy store is also attached so getting meds is easy.

I dont recommend this hospital to anyone,I had admitted my father in delux room of covid care in Aakash hospital , the nurse arrived at around 8.00 pm , tried injecting the iv doses, since it wasnt fit correctly it literally came off and left him bleeding, the nurse left the 3 iv doses in the patient room and didnt return, and I couldnt even find cotton to stop his bleeding, I am deeply regretting for admitting my father here . And even texted in the website and they wouldnt reply

They did excellent medication to my mother. Superb service and caring. Doctors were very professional and did best to provide personal touch. Support staff and attending sisters were very gentle and attentive. Would be best if they expand to cover all kinds of tests.

Worst hospital...just a single day of treatment cost Rs45000 or above and that too without any remedy and patient with even nominal problem cant be treated...Even the staff is lethargic in doing anything...they just make the patients attendant move for the work they are being paid off...Please if you really care for your loved ones..dont go!

I was blessed with a son here in 2017. Birth Certificate issued by SDMC had some issue in Mother name. Also at that time Child Name wasnt decided so wasnt in DOB. Being puzzled, I was clueless where and to whome I should touch. Finaly I called Aakash Hospital to help out. Mannan from MRD assured me and helped getting these corrected. He was unbelievably helpful... Very nice human.. God bless...!!! We need more such people in society... em great full to this guy...

I had done my c- section here. Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate Dr. Amodita (Gynee) and Tanvi maam (Gynee).The staff and nurses are so helpful. they all work hard and always have time to make you feel welcome.

Very Lowest type people are there they have no idea how to talk patient n there family. They only need money. Without any consult directly admitted patient for five days patient as it is in these five days no improvement but dont ready to discharge. 😠😠😠😠😠😠

Its the worst hospital... They refused to help a patient when he was seriously under an attack... They even refused to have a glance of the patient.... They r careless and there services are the worst in Malviya Nagar... This is the closest hospital in the vicinity of Malviya Nagar which has injection for Rabies. Their receptionist seem grumpy although the rest of the staff is really good and helpful.

Professional staff and good services

Had a very bad experience in the Emergency. The doctor there was not ready to check any vitals... didnt even check BP... as they wanted us to admit the patient.Our family doctor had recommended to send the patient in the emergency for complete examination and some blood tests... the patient had both dangue and typhoid but without checking if his levels were low enough to be admitted they sent him back after taking blood samples.Even in the evening when we went again to get the BP checked the doctor refused.Very commercial and cold attitude. Highly unacceptable. I wish I could take some action against the hospital and the doctor.

Visited for COVID-19 test. Walk-in test, charges ₹2,400 cash & Card.But, not hygine as they carry testing on small cramped washroom with wet floor.Path Lab not doing home collection at Delhi and they test only at hospitals. Aakash Hospital is only facility in South Delhi.

Thanks to doctor Chandan ( Surgeon ) Sunita - she took care of all the reports his admission to discharge. Visiting doctor after surgery as well.One of the best Nurse I have ever see.Komal Tiwari she did her best to take care of my dad kept on visiting him everytime for checking his BP and other examinations.I would highly recommend this hospital. I went to hospital cause was down with fever and my tempreture was tested when i insisted they said do not check as we do not have infrared thermometer . I want to know in Covid times when entire world have new norms why the hell Akash hospital is not willing to spend money. They Charge 500 as consultation and thousands for emergency but if you suffer from fever nurse in emergency ground floor said you should check it at home.
