Worst theatre. Worst staff. Lift are broken not in operational. The watchmen behaviour were rude. They judge the film goer with there dress. If someone has worn branded cloths they talk with them very nicely. If someone is looking middle class they dont pay attention to them.Other thing that they display on their food menu combo of 2 regular pop corn and 2 pepsi at the rate of 299 but when someone want to purchase they give the excuse by saying that it is available only when you purchase the ticket at their counter. Ticket purchased online are not eligible for this scheme.Harrasment are in the blood of movie time - Pitampura staff. I had a 10gm of prasad (a devotional offering) they pick that Prasad and did not allowed me to take it inside. I requested them several time but all went vain.3rd thing I want to tell you that the premises is secluded and horrible. 2 wine and beer shop is here where lots of people you will see here buying and drinking in the premises. Not safe for women and girls. Photos are attached in proof. Guards also involved in drinking there.4th thing that infrastructure is totally barren. Lift is not operational. Photos are attached.5th thing that the staff are totally irresponsible. The day I visited, it started raining heavily and their exit gate do not have any arrangements for escaping from the rain. The stairs are almost open where nobody can escape from the getting wet. The entry gate is quite good and can escape from the rain water but exit gate is horrible. No cab, auto can come at exit. If someone ask the staff to exit from the entrance they dont allow even such kind of bad weather and heavy rain. Manager says we cant offer.However the ticket are very cheaper than all other multiplexes in Delhi but you can understand that why the ticket are cheaper.The movie time theatre Pitampura is very good option for hooligans and badmash. Not good for family and couples

The mall is bad. No proper maintenance but the movie hall is very good.. good cinematic experience. 3D glasses were ok, not the best. Overall a good theatre.

It’s difficult to believe that such a pathetically maintained mall and cinema hall exists in a decent locality of Delhi. The mall seems abandoned. It’s filthy and stinks. There is an escalator in the lobby which does not work.The cinema hall is also in bad shape. It becomes clear as soon as one enters the lobby. The auditorium, seating, interiors etc every thing seems to be in bad shape. The worst part is hygiene. The auditorium had a smell of dampness. Despite these shortcomings, the prices are still at par with better maintained cinema halls in the city.

This cinema hall is not like a good one. I went to many halls before where there is better time management, better hall, better size, etc. But this cinema hall didnt have any of these things positive. They are not having a good time management at all because of which our movie showtime is late. Also there is a small hall.The only part that is good of going there is the movie. Golden ambience screen 3 is good you can enjoy if get seat in top most middle,, screen quality needs improvement, dull appearance low quality picture sound is ok, seats are comfortable, just needed better picture quality to enjoy.

Worst property ever dont ever prefer to go here , we paid for movie but didnt went to watch just because of the hell environment. Even asked to Book my show to replace the location if possible but they denied said its not our fault if property is bad. It means they dont check property before listing on there aap.

Never had such a worst experience! This movie time Pitampura is the dirtiest movie hall across ! The pictures speak a lot 😠 Moreover the last A row is safety hazardous too as in case of any mishap, people sitting in this last row can not get evacuated easily. Simply wonders, how licensing agencies are overlooking this dirty and unsafe movie hall. The place was stinking like hell too.

Location is not too far away from metro station. Auto-rickshaw will take 10-15 minutes to reach here. Cinemas infrastructure is very poor, most of the seats are old and broken and not comfortable at all. Person sitting behind you will face problem when you will try to sit comfortably. Screen quality is also below average.

It was a good option to go for a movie if you dont wanna spent much since the ticket prices are low but now it feel like ruins since the Pacific Mall Pitampura, which contains it, is almost nonoperational. Most of the business are shut there. Quality of the auditoriums isnt very good either. Not recommended if you are looking for a good experience. But if you want privacy, you are most welcome here coz you wont find more than 15-20 persons in the auditorium.:)

Actually the mall in which theatre is like kandar or fully smelly or 3 class mall in which elevator in not working but the theatre is good on my personal expeirence . The seat are good . Amazing movietime cinema for good movie multiplex Experience. Liked the ambience food thier and sitting available here. Liked the picture quality on screen. Watching Luka Chuppi and enjoying it. The tickets are affordable, so really loved the overall Experience.

Hello Guys, I have visited this place on 28 December 2019 for watching Good News Movie. The place is in Pitampura so that near by people can visit easily. Movie Times Cinema is on first floor of mall and elevator was not working that time and there is Structure work is going on ground floor so you have to go Cinemas by stairs.First floor is pretty good, you can have lot of things to eat and drink. Seats are comfortable and pretty good, you can watch movie with relax mind and sleep position.

As you can see there are two coolers... For such a big hallThere is no AC, so you can imagine how much suffocating it is.

Cineplex is good, but ambience is not so...... Ambience is totally less than 3rd class!!

It is a very good budget and medium cinema hall having small theatre and average picture quality but it is worth your money

Finally they have taken there brand a bit seriously... And finally my last experience was good. Seats got rework now more comfortable than last few times. Neat and clean. And good washroom now. Do overall experience was fantastic this time. Hope to see these improvements on regular basis.

Stinky upholstery although i found more comfortable than other cinema halls. Ticketing counter person are bit late or found irresponsible to their own responsibilities despite that they use to say namastey to every customers. Price of the eatables are bit higher and Popcorn Combo’s are not worthy though so, experiencing the movies may be quite enjoyable.

I watched movie avengers the end game...the place is worst.. not suggest to watch movie in this cinema.. The picture quality of 3D movie was bad..3D glasses which we were given were unclean... Timing of movie was 4:10 but technically it was started at 4:40.. in starting the picture was not clear.. screen was giving the pink red colour images.. all wastage..spoil the weekend.. no management system...

There were two big coolers visible..AC was not working. Underground parking is available. Snacks facilities with serving is available. Screen is good enough. Place itself is not that clean. Staircase is not properly cleaned. Overall..it good enough to watch movie here.

I watched movie Captain Marvel along with my friends. All of us hold the view that:1. The 3D picture quality was bad (it was significantly blurry, thus annoying)2. The quality of the sound was not good, it was a little bit unclear.3. 3D glasses which we were given were unclean (the blurriness of the picture quality, mentioned above, was not due to the unclean glasses. It was fault of the display itself). We had to rub the glasses with significant pressure (for about 1 minute each of the glasses) to make them usable.Overall, it was a simple cinema hall.

The theatre is old and needs renovation. The seat next to me was broken. The crowd is not that good. Dont at all consider this place to even watch Shawshank Redemption (greatest movie) here if you got the ticket even as low as ₹0.This is not a theatre. This is a place with broken escalator, broken chairs, worse speakers and bad picture quality.This is situated in a mall with this 3rd class theatre and a Wine/Beer Shop.Not meant for families, couples, singles, etc.I dont know, this theatre is just meant for the staff to watch latest movies while being paid for doing nothing.Almost forgot: What a contrary, this theatre is in a mall with next to City Park (which is by the way a great hotel and a banquet hall).Consider visiting City Park if you by chance landed at Movie Time just to criticise it and appreciate City Park.

This Theatre is always a disappointment. Poor hygiene. Smelly toilets. Dirty floors. Theatre passage adjoins open gents washroom with males visible standing n peeing. So female safety is little issue. Management should look after it or else they should shut down. Their focus is only on making money.

From inside its interiors is good and chair, sound quality and screen is good inside the hall. But the malls exterior need to be done good.

Movie Time Cinemas is a cinema hall which has 4 auditoriums. It is located just near the Hotel City Park. It has all variety of food items like Popcorn, Burger, Nacho, Sandwich , Cup Cakes and so on. It also has food stalls offering tea, coffee, bhel , pizza and pasta. The timings of shows are flexible enough as per ones suitability. The seats are good and comfortable , earlier it didnt had but after the makeover the whole place has become upto the level.

General crowd. Some may create ruckus during movie screening. Economically affordable prices. A little less hygienic.

The place is economical. The ticket prices are probably the lowest you will ever find. But the condition of the mall in which the cinema Hall is situated is pathetic. Cleanliness is poor. Escalators dont work at all. There are glitches in payment methods at the ticket counter. The hall itself is very dirty. Seat covers are torn, and they are of small size. The air conditioning is also less than average. Lighting is also poor. Its either fully dark or fully lit. The seat numbers arent clearly written.

Movies are delayed, the location where the theatre is terrible, seats are little uncomfortable. The waiting area is quite messy and hot(No ac maybe) .

Poor service and as customers we faced difficulties to find our seats. Our seats were accommodated by someone and authorities failed to accommodate us properly. We were not compensated for that. It is an utter failure and we had a bad experience with this cinema theatre.

The mall in which the Movie Time Cinema is situated is simply Pathetic, in very very bad condition. Same goes with the parking area I dont know for what they are charging for the parking. The parking area is very poorly managed by the parking staff. People pissing all around its pathetic to park the car, now about the movie hall well its okay but not very good seats are not comfy at all but popcorn is good.
