I found this comfortable, helping and genuine.Staff behaviour is good and i found it very satisfying.Very much near to Green park metro station,just walking for 3-4 minutes.It is just near to HDFC bank,H block.

I have worst experience at focus imaging. I went to the lab for ct scan, x-ray and ultrasound. Firstly the behaviour of the staff was very rude . They dont even know how to behave. The kind of language they were using was very absurd.Secondly they kept me waiting till 5pm for ultrasound. I havent ate anything for the whole day and at end of the day they said kal aana .Secondly they have misplaced my previous reports which I have given for comparison study . And when I approached the manager .MR. NAVNEET TYAGI he misbheaed with me and said Jo bigadna h bigad lo nhi de rhe .Thirdly the staff is not trained during the process of cannulation they pricked me many a times and even after that cannula was not inserted.Kindly dont waste you money . They are fraud . Please dont go there .

Plz avoid as much as possible, very worst management,even Govt hospital r better managed..first u hav to go for registeration (start @ 8AM but u hav to go atleast 1 hr before,otherwise very long queue will be waiting for u,just for registration) then u hv to pay..I went for USG Obs & after payment cashier said u hav to come @ 10 AM for usg to be done.When enquired about exact queue number,He advised this will be decided by Co-ordinator..but co-ordinator was not came even @8:50 AM.so just for payment u hav to waste 2-3 hrs & u didnt know when ur test will actually done(They only say USG will start from 10AM)..U shud come here only if u hav ample free time.

Pathetic service from focus imaging. Pathology staff is untrained over there and and have no sense of etiquette. I went there for blood test and the lab person was struggling for the same ( blood literally came out while inserting needle) I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE. Poor service.

I am writing here a genuine review. In December 2019, an ultrasound of my son carried out by focus. According to report surgeon of specialist performed operation but the report was false and my son diagnosed with other chronic disease. So please be careful as they are doing their job in negligence way. Specially empannelled patients be careful. Thanks God, my son is ok now but follow up treatment still going on.

Worst service. If youre free then visit. Otherwise waste of time. No proper staff, no proper checking, no healthy environment, nothing good in here. As much as possible please avoid this place.

Im a specialist at Safdarjung hospital. Used to sometimes refer patients incase of long dates in our setup. But I went there myself for my family USG. Technical staffs there are very rude with no skills and etiquette, especially the lady who sits with radiologist. Despite having us wait for entire day to get a USG done , she told us to get report next day when it would just take 5 mins. Reluctantly and rudely , she complied knowing Im a doctor myself. I wonder how they treat other general public. The administration is poorly managed. With LED board displaying economic package of HRCT + MRI etc.. its not an Amazon sale . I suggest , public should find more reliable imaging centre as the Radiologists seems to be overworked , hence very curt and not patient friendly. He doesnt seem to bother about the reporting systems. Just performs the imaging and let the lady write up then off he goes.

Worst lab in this area, they dont care patient conditions. Only motto is to earn money. Customer service is worst. For taking appointment you need to go around 8 AM but doctor confirmation theyll do after 9 AM. Please improve the service quality else so some other business...

They told that report will be ready by evening of the day I gave sample. I have been calling the customer care. Nobody is responding. I requested to give my report through emailThey have sent report of someone else who has tested covid positive. Interestingly I have given sample for hba1c and gtt and an ultrasound. The staff are also not coordial and behaving rudely.

This is the worst center ever. They are not following any covid-19 rule no social distancing no tempreture taking. There were around 150 patient and only single window was operating. Highly crowded center in covid times..... And even they were not giving priority to emergency patients. Very rude staff that i had met ever. Dont go there at any how.

I went there for USG.. I took token early in morning and when I went for my USG they asked me, Did you make booking at the reception and I told told I have token they said it is not sufficient. You have to made booking after taking token but I was totally unaware of that so i told them to make a booking now I have a token...they refused and said time has been passed...then I requested plz display this information so that everybody will know about this...but the boy at the counter refused by saying that Kya Kya display karenge very unprofessional...i was not the only one who have experienced this there are many more like me.....very bad experience.

Very bad experience in this lab. i m visited this lab for some blood, ECG and ultrasound. Very slow service. During covid-19, No social distancing rules are followed here. There is 8-10 staff except doctors, and all of the staff members are rude. Receptionists are very slow like a sloth. They behave like illiterate. you can say like a govt. hospital staff. They cant even handle 100 people a day. I dont think handling 100 people a day and doing their registrations should be this much slow. There ultrasound doctor is really rude. if patient wear handkerchief or muflar in place of mask, doctor directly said Get-out without test.You will spend for every test here, but the staff of focus will show such behavior as if they are doing the test for free. There is no mic for the announcement. Muje called for ultrasound at 7:30. My token was 17 but my number arrived at 11:00. Despite having a token number, these people test their known people without first getting a token.

Receptionists are very slow like a sloth. They cant even handle 100 people a day. I dont think handling 100 people a day and doing their registrations should be this much slow. For this this they literally take awa day. Havent they been to AIIMS or any other hospitals. Those guys does registerations so fast. Here, people spend about their 90% time just for registration.

There ultrasound female doctor is really rude.. I had prescription with me but still she was continuously asking me question regarding my personal life. And then she was judging me for certain things.I would say if u r unmarried and have certain complexities regarding your stomach do not go there.

Too much time. I came here for my brothers test as advised by Doctor from Safdarjung Hospital. I reached here at 9:15 am. It took almost 2 hrs and 30 minutes for the receptionist to book appointment for the tests. People often go to some other places as waiting time is too much. I dont recomend this Imaging Centre to those who wants their test to be done on urgent basis. Please visit somewhere else

Bad experience,,taking too much time to put the online reports...even for that test which requires not more than 4 hrs to report...increasing inconvenience for the customer to come and collect the report from front desk...we admitt that today due to decrease staff there is problem..but u can improve ur work efficiency with capable staff and waiting time for cardio test is also too long atleast 2 hrs.

The staff was professional & helpful. The X-ray lab entry is quite congested though. But, pathetic services over phone call. I waited for almost 15 minutes a couple of times and eventually hang up when they didnt connect.

I went there for MRI and seriously people there were so helpful. I have claustrophobia. I was scared to go inside the MRI machine, they changed my position so that my face remains more towards outside and allowed my husband to sit there along with me. I was so thankful.Center is neat and clean 👌. Heavy rush is there for all the test. Best thing this all tests are performed under one roof

The review is specifically for the green Park branch The Facilities are conveniently accessible. The staff and doctors and extremely cooperative. The management is very efficient when it comes to the waiting period for different tests. Reports take a maximum one day to arrive. Yes the place is crowded but the management of affairs is very smooth. Strongly recommended.

I am giving one star because there is no less option than this. Please do not come here for any investigation or scan. They take ur money by 7.30am for investigation and will do the investigation by 5pm only. No doctors are there till 2pm. They keep saying we will call u wait in ur seat and when u fight they next you only but they will never call u. The staffs here are very rude and no one will bother to give explanation once u pay the money.... One of the worst cl diagnostic centre in Delhi.... Please do not waste your time and energy here.I booked an appointment for my wifeultrasound for 8am.Reached there on time and asked at the reception.they told me to take a token for registration. I told them I already have an appointment.they said first you have to do registration and then you only you can get your ultrasound done.I waited till 10.30 for my token and then finally the registration happened.i made the payment.Then they said you have to wait for 4 more hours to get your turn.I told them again that appointment was for 8am.Whats the point of booking an appointment then?Then they asked me to go to their 2nd building. I took my 9 month pregnant wife there.The staff there was even worse.They said female doctor is not available till 3pm.I told them that i want to speak to their Management and that we have wasted so much time.They said no one is available.I finally took a refund and left after wasting 3 and half hours.So please save your time and go to a different hospital.

I reported for my ECG at the centre at 12 oclock, my number was 27th in waiting, I was told to return at 3:00pm or later for my turn. After returning at 3:00pm, I checked the register where my turn had been listed, I couldnt make out from the register how many had gone through the test & how many in waiting, there was no one to tell when my turn would come, no announcement or token system being followed, employees of the centre were floating around & just nodding their heads without any confirmation of how things were moving, all patients were disturbed & concerned but it didnt seem to affect the staff. There seems to be no system in place, theyre just making money by queuing up patients refered by various hospitals and doctors on their panel, they dont seem to value customers time.

We paid 8000rs for MRI-kub, the technician did not even know what slices are to be taken, we were told the reports would be sent by email, so we went back to our city. And they send an incomplete report, saying sorry for the technician. We were not refunded any money/neither did they bother to pick up the phone ever since.Better to go some other place, technician does not even know anything, neither did the doctor bothered to see the prescription of the doctor.Patient had inguinal hernia, they wrote umblical hernia in their report.Money minting cheaters, please all the other worst stars given below.

Badly mismanaged on weekends. For ultra sound only one doctor was available and expect around 4-6 hours waiting. I registered myself at 8.30am on Sunday morning forfultra sound. My turn came at 2pm. This also happens because the staff puts their reference patients in between the waiting time. Pretty rude staff. Think twice before going to this lab.

Excellent centre for PET CT. They have almost all the investigations available. Its on panel of Delhi government.

Good Laboratory almost all type of medical tests are available here. However, the waiting time right from your waiting for registration is more because of large number of people coming here for tests.Staff polite and courteous.Parking is one of the major problem. If you are lucky you may get some parking space otherwise you are to park at Arvind Marg parking or Green Park market parking @ Rs 20/- per hour.

I had to wait for around 3-4 hours for ultrasound then they said me to collect report in the evening but they haven’t prepared in the evening and not till the 10-11am of next day just wait wait and wait.And they are not picking uo calls at all i have been trying from 3-4 hours.If your time is important please ignore Focus Image and Research Centre.

This has to be one of the most pathetic diagnostic centers in Delhi. Firstly after quoting a price for a specific test at the time of appointment they quoted a 40% higher price for the same. After giving an appointment they asked us to wait for two hours and we said thats fine.As doctors ourselves we understand a bit of rescheduling. But then after two hours they asked us to wait for another two hours. The staff was progressively rude as well. This had all the pains of a government set up with the pricing of a private player. Specifically Mr Vimal and Mr Badal from the administration side were extremely rude and unprofessional.Please avoid this ill managed place. If they are treating doctors as fools I am just wondering how much they are fleecing other patients

Horrendous staff. Very rude, blame their incompetence on the customer. We arrived on time, the entry staffed billed me incorrectly, blaming us for not telling them everything, and then made us wait for one hour telling us that the IT staff was booting up their system.

This place is run very unprofessionally. I had to do a blood test for thyroid, inwas informed that i’ll get the report around 10 pm. I went there and i was told that, i’ll get the report the next day around 8:30, which was again postponed to 11:30 am and then to 12:30. I had an appointment in AIIMS and i almost missed that because of them. After reaching the hospital, the doctor told me that Out of the two reports, one of the report was a wrong test. The doctor told me the come on wednesday. Since i was not planning to stay in Delhi for a longtime, i had already booked my return flight on wednesday. Because of the lab carelessness, i had to cancel my flight and rebook it for a different date. I have wasted two whole day and around rs8000 for my flight cancellation just for a blood test. I would advice everyone to avoid this place unless you have lots of free time because u will have to make multiple trips to the lab.

Poor software for registration, most of the servers are down. Around 100 people visit daily and the receptionists are too slow, they do their registrations till 1 PM. TOO SLOW! Other hospitals does more than thousand patients registrations daily and they even dont take this much time.

They charge 350 rupees for doctor fees to do PAP smear and it is done by a X-ray technician on a cold makeshift X-ray table without any hygiene cover.Restrooms to give urine samples are worse than on a railway stationComplete Blood work does not include simple blood sugar levels test. ( charge is 3000/- )

Untrained Apathetic staff.The place embodies chaos. The staff is seen running around as though there is a firecracker up their bums.The girl taking blood samples follows a technique that by which she will surely punture her hands with a used needleThe person applying band aid on the spot pricked places his finger on the sterilized medicated area.The nurses have no clue how to administer a canula... They end up rupturing the vein and cause excruciating pain.The doctors and nurses treat a patient as an object... As opposed to a human being who, due to unfortunate circumstances, has ended up on lying on a strecher in a wreched place which calls itself a medical establishment.If looking for a diagnostic / imaging center, please avoid this place and keep looking. The people at Focus will waste your time and money, and their untrained staff can cause you harm.

Today I went Focus imagining Center for 2D echo and ECG test I consult to receptionist about test told me 2D Echo is 4000/- and ECG is 500/-, but actual price of this test are between 1500-2000/- and ECG 150 to 250/- only. Focus imagining center make fool to all costumers, which test from focus imagining center

It was worst experience of my life as far as blood test is concerned. It seems that the technician was not skilled enough to take blood sample independently. Despite my repeated mentioning about my specific request to take bood sample from a specific arm only, he kept on trying to extract blood from the other arm by pricking needle insesitively and failed. Finalily, other other lady technician had to intervene to did the job. Such level of unprofessional behaviour is not expected from Focus Imaging. Please hire some skilled and trained people. I am sure I will never visit this place again.

I had gone to Green Park lab on 7.7.2019 (morning). The young lady who collected blood in the blood sample collection room (sitting in front of the supervisor)in their Green Park Lab (1st floor) is so uncivilised, ill-mannered, illtempered, that i felt very bed throughout the day due to his behaviour.
