The Resturant ruined my birthday party. Almost everyone of my friends was complaining that food quality was tasteless. Especially main course. Every a cheap dhaba will have a better taste than Nook. Nook should be snatched away from 5 star rating. I have visited so many 5 star restaurants but never felt having such terrible food . Just imagine the disgrace I have faced when all Birthday invites complained of food and it’s quality. They were mocking and making fun of me. The whole birthday spoiled coz of this . They all thought that I picked this Resturant coz of saving money. But good know it was not like that. When we complained the manager about it , he called on head chef and he tried to compensate by making kadai chicken for us but that too didn’t met our expectations. I have eating buffet in other 5 star but never ever I had so tasteless food. Make decorative buffet and so many menus on list doesn’t makes things right.On the other side the service was very poor. Manager was hardly seen. Service stewards takes almost 10 min to bring one naan/ bread.Horrible experience. I advised people to think once before visiting it..

I enjoyed the dinner buffet. Pita bread was soft and fresh. They have lots of dips. Starter - chicken wings, deep fried shredded fish, panner were just so good. Hats off to chef Gurave Sharma & Ashish. Generally all of them were very good. Will surely visit again.

Located inside the Aloft hotel aerocity. The interior looks modern and nice. There is not much of food options but it is worth considering the price you pay for dining. The staff is very professional and attentive. Overall the dining experience at Nook was pleasant.

Went there for celebrating my belated birthday. Although I was apprehensive about it in the beginning, it turned out to be an amazing lunch. Started off with a nourishing bowl of wild mushroom soup with sprinkling of white truffle oil. The soup which was a blend of portobello, porcini and button mushrooms was blended to a flavoursome perfection. Next, we had our main course- oven roasted chicken with broccoli puree and fondant potatoes. crispy on the outside and succulent inside, I will call the chicken well baked. And finally, a full serving of pasta chicken Romana.The portion size, unlike other 5 star restaurants, was not disappointing. In fact, ordering only the above three dishes satisfied our stomachs to the fullest without a doubt.Maybe this restaurants is not as well known as Andaaz by Hyatt in the Aero City. but this surely deserves a lots of accolades from my side.Surely a mesmerizing experience to be there once in a while.

The food at Nook, Aloft Hotels was well worth it. The breakfast buffet had a lot of offerings, Indian and otherwise, and was incredibly tasty and satisfying. The staff was courteous and quick to act on ones request. The dinner buffet was good too - but some dishes were cold or bland.Overall, definitely eat here if youre spending time at Aloft hotel or otherwise, do come for the breakfast buffet.The place is inside Aloft hotel but Google maps incorrectly shows it near novotel hotel.

Not worth ,food variety is not much and poor service. Quality of food is not at all worth

I mean if they are a small restaurant in delhi some where like punjbi bagh then its Ok but they are based out of Aerocity so one has to live upto the standard. They try to give a very elaborate menu but they fall short on perspective fo e.g. their live counter did not include mushroom 🍄or spring onion. Only has a noodles and rice in live counter !!! Where is pasta ? Where are vegetable? Staff is nice and Dont get me wrong they try to give you a nice experience by trying as much as they can do but it seems thier budget is an issue. For Quality of rice is again a challenge. They are running a restaurant in a shop based in metro train premises but a reputed hotel in Aerocity.

The food was pathetic at Nook restaurant.... The menu was the worst for a hotel.. .. The ambience is low key too. I guess this is one of the least maintained hotels in the Aerocity

Food is good but staff not co operative at all , food rating 5/5 but staff behavior to the customer 1/5 , I told someone to give me this thing and some other person come up with the thing , I called someone and some other person comes , no manager was there to host me , poor hospitality service , aloft should see did their staff listen to the customers , I feel hurt due to this also whole time I ate lunch buffet AC was very low as I feel hot over there , one should work on these things and I was the first guest of lunch buffet so they should listen to mine thing and I want a straw and it took them 15 minutes to get a straw , 3 times I have told to them , I took a bad decision to come here and most imp. they have to serve me water but I have to do it on my own every time , aloft should change some people in the staff otherwise they loose their customer s .

I tried to order through swiggy, first 10 minutes my order was not confirmed, I called the hotel but no-one picked up and I couldnt connect to the restaurant to give some very important food instructions. Eventually I had to cancel the order
