Good range of products. bought mobile phone from them. overall good experience. however would be better if staff is more attentive. maybe they cannot handle rush time as staff is less. ambience is good, well maintained. parking sometimes is a problem though the location is very good.

Very bad experience with mi company, I bought a new mi note 10 the phone is defective, camera quality very blur, voice not audible, and phone system hanging every time in just 1 single day. I went to store they ask we cant do anything I go to services centre I waited there 30-40 mins after that, they said to come tomorrow, such a time waste their employees are very rude and unprofessional. Disgusting and wrost services.

I like the ambiance and the range of products available here but somethings need to improve like the way of talking of their employees because if some illiterate people visit there, their staff doesnt consult them appropriately. And next is their rates on different products are keep hiking.

The complete commercial area is in poor condition. A little effort to maintain the roads, clean the area, removing the unhealthy food kiosks around the area will create an ambiance for other viable commercial establishments to come. Due to mismanagement of the area, the houses in the area has been turned into commercial establishments. Many of the big shops are lying vacant. There is no proper parking areas, though there is enough space. Only wine shops are flourishing. To stop further deterioration of the area steps must be taken. Someone must be held responsibile for misuse of the area and develop.ent target should be set. Pray to God.

Worst Mi home probably. They shutdown at exact 6:30pm, I reached at 6:31pm.Though the store was open, they didnt allow me in as it was 1 min past 6:30pm!!I just asked Is Mi box is available, I will come tomorrow to buyResponse - We cant tell, store is closed! come tomorrow to ask!!
