I bought this Hitachi 1.5 split AC based on the Hitachi reputation on 19th Aug and it got installed on 20th August.It has been just 3 days and this AC is not working. This is really really disappointing. I dont want this very very bad quality and cheap quality AC. Please take it back.Moreover, it took the technician 4-5 hrs to install the AC like seriously. Does it seriously take that much of time.I have made a big blunder purchasing this Hitachi AC.I dont think I will ever purchase Hitachi AC in future nor I will suggest anyone to buy.

Very poor service system. I contacted for my window AC service. they came and tell other person will come on next day. no one turns up.But for renewal of AMC they will contact frequently and will come at our convenient time.But for service, no body bothers.

Very poor service, they try and fleece the customers by first putting a sticker on the Refrigerator no Stablizer required, and when the PCB fails the engineer says why the stablizer was not installed. the PCB is priced at 11000/- no GST bill no mention of the price on the box. you write emails no response.

I had purchased ac 1.5 ton split.from electronic paradise ..Recently on 2june it stopped working , I registered a complaint regarding the same with your customer care..One of the technician visit our place in ghaziabad Indirapuram Uttar Pradesh..Firstly he took 1 hour to diagnose the problem then he said all the components are faulty .then he said another senior technician will visit and will check again.Finaly another senior technician visited and checked and reverted that controller needs to be changed and that is under warranty..Initially they told that it will be arranged in 2 days.. day after day they kept delaying it..I called several times at your customer care and service centre to ask for resolution of my problem.So many days gone by and still no revert..I have asked them to mail me regarding how much time it will take it to get repaired.I had spend 80000 on Hitachi ac and I am getting this kind of service..

Avoid Hitachi products. A sincere recommendation to every Indian.Hitachi has sold or outsourced its Indian business to Johnsons Control (an Irish company).The product quality of Hitachi products especially air conditioner is far far below than even chinese or locally manufactured items.The installation and after sales service is provided by novice Technicians who are not able to fix anything. Infact apart from pre-existing faults, new problems develop after repair or service.The complaints are closed automatically without customers approval.The escalation mechanism doesnt allow you to go beyond level I escalation.Hopefully, all Indians read this review before buying Hitachi/ Johnsons Control products

Hitachi is loosing its sheen by offering Sub-standard products. We bought AC with closed eyes considering the reputation of Hitachi but are feeling cheated. Looks like they just stamped QC tested OK and then sell it to customers, and let customer suffer for Hitachis non-performance.. Just review their Code of Conduct which talks about customer care... all just to write on paper as statement and make fool of customers...

This is about customer care service in Delhi. The customer care is very very pathetic. I am not commenting about the quality because it has been good, but the way hitachi deal with customers in warranty period is very poor. Dont know on what basis they hire customer care representatives and service men who are nothing but retards and unprofessional.

Very bad experience. I bought a Hitachi split AC on 4th April 2016 and since then I have been trying to get the product registered by sending an email to the address provided in the only pamphlet I got in the box. Their e-mailbox does not accept mail and the postmaster gave up delivery after trying for three days. There was no manual or warranty card provided in the box containing the product. God forbid something should go wrong with the AC. I am concerned if anybody will come to look it up even.

One of the Best company for ACs and Refrigerators.My AC is working brilliantly from 5 years whereas other Korean brands which I am using have been deteriorated performance wise.One of the major Advantage of Hitachi AC is Power Saving. (Maybe coz of Japanese Quality).Service is a little slow sometimes but if you plan your service before the season then it will be a win win situation(that is my personal advise, actually it becomes difficult for any company top cater when demand becomes too high ie, High Summer in Delhi.)

Horrible service from Ice Energy dealer in Noida2 split AC were bought on 16th and installation was done on 18th. However one of the AC is not working and I have been raising this issue for the past 10 days but Ice Energy is not able to provide any supportWe bought Hitachi AC and not Ice energy. Dealer is just a medium for buying and supplying. However service part is suppose to be given by Hitachi2 untrained people were sent to my place for installation. These were dealer guys and they charged me 3700 towards installation.One AC is not functioning. Moreover the installation guys never gave a demo. They had no idea on the usage and could not explain how to operate.
