I booked this place for my 4 nights this was my experience:-1. On the day one - THERE WAS NO WATER in most of the rooms.2. Super slow service for everything.3. They made pay for three damaged towels saying they were damaged by haldi.These towels were not even new used 100 times and asked Rs 300 per towel.First time heard this.4. On day two - THERE WAS NO HOT WATER in any of the room. They said that our guy will give you a bucket at your door 🙄 Seriously bucket??5. Staff was rude.6. No bath mats, leakage in washrooms.7. Nobody came to clean the room daily until you call them.8. There were no batteries in the remote, tata sky was disconnected due to the non-payment.9. Music system at the terrace was so old it wasnt even supporting a Pendrive.The only thing good was the food.Do not book this hotel for keeping large number of guests.They will be disappointed.Overall - NOT A NICE EXPERIENCE.

Nice neet and clean. Food was good sorry didnt get chance to click pic was occupied in so many things. Rest enough space for small gathering to get a small function done wonderfully. So all in all food was good and quality is also good

I booked this place for my 30 guests for two days and let me share my experience :1. On the day one - THERE WAS NO WATER in most of the rooms.2. On the same day I ordered tea for 30 people - it came after 2 HOURS (same with the rest of the orders)3. On day two - I was asked to change the rooms on different floors due to this water issue.4. Overall Pathetic Service- I will avoid if they dont improve.1) No Hot water facility in winter made it overall poor for me.2) Rooms and location is good.3) Services are poor- they provide bucket hot water 😂 and other facilities are also not up to mark ‼️

A good place for a get-together of around 50-60 people.food was too good and the presenation was amazing as well.bartender was polite and knew what he is doing.Staff is humble and courtous.only thing i didnt like the space of bathroom in the hall.

I have come here for the first time. I had searched for the best 3 star hotels on Google search and found Hotel Eternity on the top . So tried to have a one night stay here. And on the first day experience I found myself so much at home that I have decided to extend my stay for another 4 days. A great find by me indeed ! Strongly recommend to one and all and especially those who value quality in life.

Best hotel around this place

Location was the priority for the Bikers. They had to leave early morning for Amritsar. Bring suggested by @Red Fort Harley Davidson. The property was good.

A very nice hotel in the heart of New Delhi. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They always go the extra mile for everything. The hotel is clean. Just be sure to ask for hot water before you want to take a shower. The wifi was a bit of a problem the last time but the staff try their best. The food at the hotel is also top with a big variety!

One of the best place in Delhi to do functions like birthday party, engagement ceremony. Hospitality is great. Top class food quality. You can blindly trust Eternity. I would highly recommend.

Hotel Eternity has been my choice for the past four years travelling with family and I did write a good reviews when I first stayed there in 2016 till my latest visit in Dec 2019. The hotel standard seem to be deteriorating, the bed pillow casing were torn and black, so were the towels. Had to ask for replacements which were no better resorted to using our own towels. The study desk and chair had food stains and had to get the housekeeping to clean it up upon check-in. The bathroom had poor water pressure when the hot water was turned on, which was not hot at all! The engineering staff who looked into the matter messed up the room with foot prints all over. Had to clean it my myself after having waited for someone to come do it. Front desk service was satisfactory, not friendly the breakfast food was the only exception that brought smile on our faces. The biggest disgust was when a group of mixed male, female and children were singing/shouting/dancing to a very loud DHOL (musical instrument drum like) in front of the hotel and that too at 11.55 pm! They were apparently guests staying in the hotel I was told the next morning. This showed NO regard for other guest fast asleep at that time. The hotel front desk did nothing to stop them which showed the kind of respect and hospitality they had for other paying guest. Will not recommend ever to stay there! If there was a star below POOR I will award that!

Its good for small size rooms.There are total 16 rooms hotel but for public is 14 available only.There also have banquet where maximum 100 people gathering space.

Poor customer service

It is a good *** star hotel. I had the occasion to be invited for a party on the tarres. There is a closed small conference for about 30 persons with the facilities of the slide projection. Out side on the roof top the dinner is served where some 50 persons can easily be accommodated. Actually the roof top is meant for a gathering of about 60 persons and out of them some 20 persons can inside the canopy.Overall it is a good place for medium type gathering. There are actually two more restaurants for medium type of gathering.The food at this place is good. The service is excellent.

Nice and clean facilities; nice and helpful staff.They arranged a pick up 4 am in the morning when I arrived, and they also arranged a car service for a whole day at a reasonable price (1200ruppes for 8 hours).only issue is its location. Its kinda far from Delhi center. But considering the super cheap taxi in Delhi (about 250 ruppe to Delhi center), this shouldnt be much a problem.

I Booked the hotel with an expectation of a good service and humble staff however it turned to be a complete disaster. This hotel is Nasty and the staff is RUDE to a fault. They are well over priced for the place and service that it is.Breakfast is really below expectation. Staff is not trustworthy and I had my safety issues.Hotel is based at a very inappropriate location and very close to the slum area. Pretty much many things were wrong with this hotel. AVOID.”

Good hotel to stay near Rajouri garden.Developed and ideal for conferences small get togethers. Valet Parking is available but normally parking is on the road .Food quality and taste is ok but services are too slow . Normally they are ideal only for small get togethers.Rooms are ok but comparative basic rooms .

Nice and spacious, located right on the main road near Rajouri garden metro station. Reasonably priced and the food is average.

I have not booked or used any rooms but have used the basement hall for parties. The food is really good especially the snacks. The staff is quick in service and does not disappoint you. Just that the hall is not big enough to accommodate over 200 people.

Hotel eternity is located 20 mins from Delhi airport and is well connected. The rooms are spacious and maintained well. The services are prompt. They have a sumptuous breakfast and the meals are tasty too.

That was a cocktail party I was invited to, but due to this Modi issue, the license for alcohol wasnt granted at the last moment and the party was ruined, the hotel staff was helpful and cooperative and the food was yummy(tasty).

Excellent management. Excellent food quality, well supported by efficient staff. Perfect venue for holding parties but only uptown 120 guests. I wish they had bigger hall to hold big wedding parties.

With no hesitation, worth of 5 star rating. Though a small property, its cleanliness, large and comfortable rooms and most importantly staffs makes your stay comfortable. No hot water for 4 days , keys dont work , bathroom clogged , seepages on the wall. Last year I stayed and it was good but it has detiorated beyond imagination in a span of just one year . No maintaince at all .

The stay was all good. All services of this hotel are good. Room and food are good too. Satisfied with the all arrangements. Location is approachable, near metro station. No hassles as such. Rooms were neat, clean and well maintained. Altogether it was a nice stay.

Rooms are now tired and need refreshing. Towels and linens all need to be thrown and replaced. Water needs to be on 24/7 rather than on request, and air conditioning filters need replacing as the smell of smog. Shame as this hotel really has a nice homely feel and was wonderful around 5 years ago.

It was a very bad experience. Room was stinking, light was very dull and bath was having multiple defects. Toilet comod was leaking all the time, shower handle was broken, bath towels were in bad shape and rough. Inspite of Complaining no action was taken by management. It was worst when my wife gave her pyjama for wash and it was tourned by the hotel laundary and the staff just said sorry about the incident. They did not even gave us the pyjamas back. I will not recommend this hotel at allNo standards maintained

Decent rooms.But not sure what was their problem with their service. Horrible is one word.First for my entire stay for 4 days, there was no hot water and during the month of novemeber the room service comes up with an hilarious excuse its too cold thats why.1) We requested hot water a night before, still we call then twice in the morning for the same.2) on requesting wifi password, the front desk gives you different password and room service gives a different password.Really do not know if my requests were out of the world ?I would not recommend staying in the hotel.

Worst experience ever in my lifeHad gone to attend a friends function to this place on 16th Jun 2018. We had lifes worst experience going over to this place. Had given our car in the valet parking and we being the first guest car was parked in the compound of the hotel. In the middle of the function we get to know that the left hand back window glass is broken and there was a bag over there which has been taken. The hotel staff was so rude and in turn put allegations on us that we coerced them. Would not recommend anyone to go to this place.
