Technician staff is good otherwise all staff behaviour is not good and theyre not understand whats the matter for customer call, if I need appointment I need to - 3-5 call after that shes reply my call, Rajouri Garden branch specially not good not listen properly and call attended and reception staff cant help and take quick action all lazy staff and talk with additut its not good way of talking. After pick my call kon bol rhi h very badway of talking

After taking money for online consultation i didnt receive any call from there side... pathetic service

Overall good experience and technicians are very well trained, soft spoken and well verse with their work. Especially sangeeta, who go extra mile to accommodate and handle clients pretty well. Good place for hair laser. I must recommend.

I took 3 different treatments and not worth. Tried dandruff treatment and there was zero result and their doctor recommended me Scalp Pro shampoo for dandruff. Paid almost 15k-16k and I got positive result from Scalp Pro and not from their treatment. Every time they will try to recommend you any treatment or medicine (which will cost atleast 2k for 1 medicine).I will never recommend even a free visit to this place as they will recommend you for a service which will cost you atleast₹15000-₹20000.Also, they ask their customers to post review on Google in front of them so that people can give good rating and survey even if they are not satisfied.

I had visited this place for laser hair removal and have had 6 sessions. Hair growth has reduced and the process was almost pain free. Post that I had also consulted for hair fall issues for which they recommended TST for hairfall and anagrow for increasing hair health. I’ve seen major improvements in hair health and hair loss has somewhat reduced.

The TST sessions (excellently done by shefali and sangeeta) along with HHT for hairfall (done by shefali- excellently) are very helpful for hairfall. It takes time but hairfall gets reduced. I have been using their hair oil and shampoo and its effective. Staff is really co-operative. Also i have taken up laser hair reduction sessions (done by Sangeeta again an excellent staff) is good. Overall my experience is good😊. Would love to recommend.

About rajouri garden clinic.. the staff is too greedy and making money in different different ways. They are selling their products without showing any pemplets and asking to pay for single single products.. i have hair fall problem it has been 1 month n still didnt get bill from there. 0% improvement in hair fallMy suggestion is for everyone first think very carefully then take treatment, if you have lots of credit cards n debit cards then take treatment from there,else they will ruin you..

Do not waste your money on these people. They have super bad customer service once you start using there service. It’s a total waste of money. It’s better to go and see someone who is expert in hair transplant and have knowledge. The girls sitting inside pretend to be a doctor. They are not and not knowledgable. Got my laser treatment from here. Absolutely recommend it. I was facing hirsutism problems which has reduced a lot extent now. Right after initial seatings i could see results of it. Sangeeta, the person who performs this session is a wonderful lady and helps you get through the seating very comfortably.

The Doctor consultations, therapy and administration staff are quite professional and the whole process is quite well coordinated. The administration staffs followups and courtesy is overwhelming.

Worst ever experience I have ever experienced. Totally wastage of money and time. Though i have fine growth but the doctor told that the result will be attained in 9-10 sitting with 100% reduction in hair growth and now whats the result is its only20-30% reduction and more surprisingly the doctor told me took an extra package for further treatment with additional charge and they will give no surity. At the time of appointment they will assure you all the surities but once you start the treatment all surities were just in words not in reality. They are not responsible if your body is not responding and you didnt get the result. You yourself are responsible for paying them.So make sure and ask everything before you start your treatment..,......
