This place is very neat and clean environment

If there was an option to select 0 stars, I would do that. Royal Sundaram is the worst Insurance Company I have come across. They dont even give genuine claims. Such a pathetic experience with ROYAL SUNDARAM.I would recommend everyone not to buy any policy from Royal Sundaram.Surveyer- Arun Vats, Sr. Executive - Sunil and Sachin...All are really pathetic. They will just play around with words.

No one picking call in c.p office delhi. Customer care totally zero.....

Third Class insurance company in the world pathetic customer services they are selling insurance only..fooling customers i had purchased 2 policies of them 1. mediclaim policy and second hospital cash benefit policy i was admitted in the hospital due to viral fever for 4 days in six month they didnt provided me hospital cash benefit and after six month they told me your claim has been rejected even the hospital was in network panel. really pathetic services by them dont purchase any policy of them.
