Post submitted the insurance documents they send us letter back and asking for pending documents again we have submitted the documents then finally gave the reason due to not registered hospital we are rejected your claim however as per delhi govt rules there is no provision for clinic to registered which they know already however as per customers care executive said please provide the documents on letter head with doctor stamps... Very bad experienced...

Post hospitalisation claim form full of ambiguities and irrelevant info cum details have been demanded by them. Upon being ask about relevancy of Suh details , the reply received was full of ambiguities. Post hospitalisation form is not meant for general people. Requesting you all pls go through the form and share your experiences.

It is ridiculous.Charged more than what it has to be in cashless claim and it is still pending even after 3 months of follow up.It deserves a negative rating.

I have a corporate policy. The contact persons mr Mosin and vinod is very supportive and always trying help the employee.

They will drag you for claims, will not check documents thoroughly, will give you deficiency letter against them till you call them and email them multiple times to tell them that the documents have already been sent.It is so very difficult to make them understand or talk to them. There is no internal communication. I have had pathetic service with them twice.AVOID this TPA in your insurances. I have had much better experiences with other TPAs.

Treated employees like dogs and slaves. This is inside of company. Politics , discrimination and abusive behaviour and language or seniors. Once I was an employee there.

Paramount HS office in Okhla needs to provide more ventilation and natural light which are essential for health of their employees. The front desk personnel was courteous and helpful.

Third grade customer support. Pathetic response. I regret the day i took insurance and did not know that this Paramount TPA is such a worthless TPA.

MY FATHER WAS ADMITTED FOR COVID19. IT TOOK THEM 24HOURS+ TO CLEAR THE CLAIM AMOUNT WHICH IS JUST HARASSING THE CLIENT. THERE WAS NO RESPONSE FROM THE CUSTOMER CARE DESK. ALL THEY HAD TO SAY WAS WE WILL TRY TO CLEAR THE CLAIM AT THE EARLIEST.THIS IS 2ND TIME IM HAVING A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM.

Paramount tpa is a very bad tpa. They dont even approve a genuine claim. Dont purchase the policy in which company paramount is a TPA for claim settlement.

Pathetic service ! Most unresponsive company/employees. I lodged claim in OCT 2018 and till today it is showing as under process. After hours of repeated trys if you are lucky you may be able to connect with with their call centre which only dishes out standard reply under process even after three months. Company website does not have any other numbers / e mail addresses of senior staff for escalation. God only can help the hapless clients. Company does not deserve even one star.

Very bad services. Hospital listed in the website is not ready to admit the patient stating that they are not linked to the Paramount TPA. Further, the customer care executives of Paramount are not ready to help by saying that they are not having any information whether the hospital is listed or not. And if the hospital is not giving admission, either make the payment or change the hospital. They are just apathetic. Very bad. If they wont help, who else will?
