Called & emailed many times for NCB Certificate, however till date not received hard copy of my NCB Certificate at my registered address. Such a poor and unprofessional working. THIS IS TYPICAL GOVERNMENT OFFICE AND IT IS OUR LUCK IF WE GET THE WORK DONE.

Trying to call, but no one pick up the call. No replies to mails. I need no claim bonus certificate. If anyone knows how to get, please help. I am not from delhi, so cant visit personally too.

Ms Mandakini Balodhi the agent doesnt pick call or reply to mails, till date I have not received reply to my mails yet. My experience with the company was really bad and will never book policy again from here. I suggest please dont book insurance from oriental. Very poor customer service. Disappointed.2

Visited there for policy transfer. Everyone was really helpful.

Staff is friendly and supportive. It’s on the road. It’s a government and old looking office. There’s possibility for more cleanness.

Never take the policy from oriental

Unlike other people my experience was fantastic. Had gone there to take a NCB certificate and it took them just 15 mins flat to issue one.
