When it comes to selling the insurance they are on top of it and when it comes to making a claim their surveyor does not respond on time. Very disappointed to see very poor service provided by them. Never recommend. You can instead go for any other Insurance who are quick in service and have much better claiming process. Mishandling of paper work submitted by customer, not following up on customer car claim. I just had a night mare making a small claim on my Car, it took ages to get in touch with surveyor and after one week time Surveyor says the documents are incomplete. I will make an escalation shortly after I get my car back from the work shop. Car was handed over to Workshop on 27/01/2021 and till date 11/02/2021 I have not received the car because of mistake of Surveyor and Workshop Servicing Team.Name of Surveyor - Harmeet Mobile No - 997***589.
