Crowd management Is big issue there, though treatment is really effective and doctors are excellent

Very bad hospital.. facility is also very bad...icu nursing staff is not responsible. Im daughter of the patient and I personally feel the trust make this hospital as a business place. Where u have to come and pay alot.. bhele hi aapka patient tik ho ya na.. ye hospital 1 star ke b layak nhi h.. plz dont came .. as my opinion. Some Doctors in icu like manish kumar doesnt have any sense how to talk to attendent, when i asked to him sir my patient having pain in his back , is it possible to give her some medicine, he said idhar aao, kisi din na gaali khaoge tum dont talk in front of patient, Im saying what the patient told me , i dont know what i said wrong , it is thease civic sense , i think we r denying continous for operation as he said to go a particular location that he told but we say we take treatment first for disease we r come here then go for operation in government hospital as it was major one and we cant afford that much amount of moneyAnd last but not the least these doctors take cbc, kft and lft 5 times in 3 days, I dont why is it require......?But a good thing head of hospital give us discount after a requestAnd i writing means nothing is false

Pathelic service always think about money nothing doing anything for patients, always blame on other, department, no care for patients and there family. It is my personal experience.

Mr. Pradeep from MRD Department has been an awesome person. I never expected that I would my mothers certificate so quickly. On top of that I also felt he was very helpful and really does his work well. You do not get these type of people very often.

My father was admitted to ICU. But the consulting doctors were very helpful. Every day they used to explain to us the problems and how they are treating my father. It was a relief to know such helpful doctors exist. When my fathers was stable then doctor shifted to my father in 3rd floor .there are one staff her name is Sister Payal .she is really very nice staff of that hospital very polite nature everytime she smiling really .good job keep it up guys smile 😊

Staff is very cooperative. Mostly problems were solved by single phone.. Also you can get updates on phone.

Worst Service, they are not able to pick up the call anytime. They are directly inviting COVID in their premises by gathering the crowd for a single query, which can be easily take care over phone as well... I think the management is very lazy. If you have a single query which can be easily take care over phone, for that also you have to visit hospital, because no one is bothering to respond you. And one by one becomes crowd. At one side, our renowned Mr. PM, is fighting for disease free country, and at other side these kinds of hospitals, are just spoiling him practice.....

Fortunately no ventilator was required and discharge done early than expected. TPA and mediclaim settlement was hassle free. Its trust hospital so charges are genuine. They are cheater. They are taking amount for TPA insurance company and same amount they are taking from customer. Also they never justify your billing amount. Dont go there for treatment because cheaters are working there. Facility is average but doesnt work as charitable hospital, unnecessary charges included in the bill, for small illness they make you admit for 2-3 days. Please see other option to get better care.

Google should give option to give 0 star.If you are under CGHS panel please dont go here it is a fraud hospital will take you as CGHS patient but while billing they will create the bill for general patient. Worst experience faced with TPA service. As per them they have shared claim file but as confirmed by our insurance customer help they havent received any claim detail. How irresponsible are TPA team. Maharaja Agrasen management should involve on it

Unprofessional behaviour in OPD. First they told the OPD will start at 9am and when we reached there they told no doctor is available u need to wait for 2-3 hours. I mean really can a pregnant woman wait for so much time.

Highly unprofessional, way of talking starting from billing desk to doctors and specially doctors assistant in emergency is pathetic. Treats and talk to you like dog on road side. Complete humanity loss seen in this hospital maharaja agrasen. I have no idea who is behind this noble cause of running hospital but it is handeded over to super uneducated and unprofessional ppl.All trustees of this hospital should have idea how it is running. Opening hospital is not all OK untill unless you cant provide care patient.I strongly believe entire managent is like this only cos things gets downloaded from top to bottom and its complete chain of dual faces personalities.
