SURENDRA SODHI IS NOT A DOCTOR DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! THE MAN IS A FRAUD AND WAS SACKED FROM ETIHAD AIRWAYS WHEN THEY FOUND OUT WHAT HE WAS DOING!!

The Company does not pay salary to the staff. They literally make life miserable for the staff working for their clients.While they chase their clients for advance payment.... That money doesnt reach the actual staff.There is absolutely no transparency or clarity with respect to actual salary for staff vis a vis commission by Zoctr. The staff is informed later about how much they might get in hand which is at times a shock to the staff.For the last three months, I patiently tried to connect directly with the CEO and the team to support them ...but despite multiple follow ups and tough conversations.. issues of payment to staff are not resolved.The CEO also has the audacity to indicate that it is not the clients business of how she runs her shop in terms of payment to staff.... Quite disappointing. The clients are directly impacted in services such as baby care if the staff is not paid on time... Morale of staff falls and so would the service levels.

Such bad service, first they say they do provide service in your location then their coordinator will send you profiles, then on the final day some other person will come and the coordinator wont pick up your phone ... this will continue for two three days and you will not get any help and find yourself in harassing situation... my suggestion to them is if you cant provide service to a particular location admit it...dont create false hope and recruit some reliable service providers

Company does not pay to the staff. They harass the staff working with them. The staff who are working are hand to mouth they make them run from pillar to post

This is an unprofessional company.Gets the documents signed from the client for providing services but later fails and dont responds.

Worst service and they didnt pay staff payment really bad service and bad system I hate this company.

They are never pay staff payment, Zoctr is a fraud company.
