We used services of Ms Meeta Pandey, caregiver for 41 days at a stretch. Very punctual, always trying to make the patient (my aunt,74) happy, and very frank and honest. Leaves her own problems at home and does her job sincerely and diligently.We also used services of Dr. Asif, Physiotherapist for 15 days and we found him to be very effective and sincere in his approach to helping patients in their recovery.Mr Aditya Prakash the care manager was a wonderful person to talk to and was very helpful in resolving all the issues pertaining to services we utilised or billing etc. Very prompt very courteous.

Worst attendant service.. The attendent stole stuff of my mother who was a patient and couldnt walk also.. The attendent came for one day and stole our stuff and never turned up after that.. Care24 has very bad service nd bad attendants.. Thieves basically.. Highly Disappointed

If only I could give it 0 star! Horrible to the core, they dont do background research on their nurses. We were unfortunate enough to come across one such nurse, Ramkesh Meena, for my terminally ill father. The care manager, Rahul Srivastav assured me that the nurse was good when I expressed my concerns about getting a male nurse as it was just me and my mother in the house in addition to the patient. They fleeced us to give 2 days worth of money. We used their service only for one night, and the nurse basically slept through the night in the living room. He refused to serve the patient in his bedroom. We paid Rs. 3000+ for the man to sleep! The horrible conduct of the nurse increased my fathers stress levels and he had to be taken to emergency the very next morning to Fortis hospital. The nurse actually took a free ride on the ambulance! The care manager only had to offer apologies for the nurses conduct, nothing else! Did not even offer to refund the money for the night that we did not use their service, forget about the terrible night we spent with Ramkesh! Please choose a different service. I have lost my father already, if I could go back in time, I wouldnt have taken their services. If I could I would sue this company, and may be I will! Please save yourself - AVOID THEM!

I was looking for a caregiver for my grandmother and i got in touch with Care 24. I had to see their services first and hence booked 2 days service for 12 hrs. The first day was ok, however i was not happy with the attendant and said pls give me another attendant for 2nd day. I also told them i would now book for long duration. Thankfully did not make the payment, as the attendant did not turn up on the 2nd day. The manager assigned to me did not pick up the phone till 10 am. Post which he answered the call and was trying to cover by saying lies, which i corrected by giving point by point answer to his lies!. Another attendant was assigned to me who said will reach by 1230 to 1300 hrs. Pay for 12 hrs services and get a service for 7 hrs!! I said i am not interested and hence given back my money. I dont think they will do that. I am happy i did not book for long term. I called up another group and immed got an attendant.I get very few leave and Care 24 manged to spoil my entire day with such poor services!! My day went for toss.

I booked nursing service for my grandmother, From Care 24 team i have received call for the confirmation and from the next day nurse was at my home. Dr.Sakeb was good at his job and provided excellent physiotherapy as required. Very cooperative and was able to identify the root cause clearly. All sessions gave me very good relief and cure

My mother got her knee replacement surgery done. I requested care 24 to provide physiotherapist for her. Dr. Nelson Debbarma has been deputed by Care 24. He is doing physiotherapy of my mother to her entire satisfaction putting in lot of effort due to which she is recovering very fast. Dr. Nelson knows his job very well and I wish him all the success in his career.

Very poor and negligible services provided to the customer. They are not providing services in time. In fact they have no alternative back up to provide you service in case the staff assigned to u is absent. I have appointed nursing staff from Care 24 for my 85 years old father who is very sick. But suddenly i got a call from the staff assigned for my father that he will not come. And to my utter surprise the Care 24 people also refused to provide me alternative staff saying that they have no back up. It is totally dishghusting and very shocking also as i was totally dependent on their service and my father was suffering a lot due to this and we cant even give him his high dose of injection at time. I will advise people not to take services from this organisation. They will harrass you. I must say that very horrible and pathatic service.

After reading online reviews, I showed interest to try services from Care24 however there customer service is not transparent and miscommunicate. I was told that physiotherapy assessment is free, please try the session however I didnt experience the service. They themselves booked it for free trial and later raised the invoice for me. Seeing this experience can not trust the organisation and service itself. I am doubtful about the positive feedback also. These are misleading as well. So use your discretion and be careful before engaging their services.

We have Dr Vikesh Singh visit us for physiotherapy of my father for Parkinsonism. He takes time with his patients and modules his line of treatment accordingly. Besides, he educates them on benefits of exercises and how it regenerates movements. We have observed considerable change in my father caring for his own health.

Around Sep, 2018 end I fell on my back 2-3 times due to fainting. I called Dr. Farah through care24. She came early on request as I was in a lot of pain. I took the therapy for 5 days and my back pain was ok and I started walking comfortably. The exercises she suggested helped me increase movement. Farha is a very sharp doctor she understands the problem well and suggests the right things to do. I shared with her my discomfort during walking and she helped me out and encouraged me to keep walking. I thank her for the care and service she has given me.

I was suffering from a abcess infection in my leg and couldnt straight my knee since so long..after trying hard and bearing alott of problems i got to know about this care24 home service...it just took couple of minutes to book a therapist for right after next day....and the treatment given by a physiotherapist dr.nelson was so helpful. he was knowledgeable,professional and well experienced.a big thanx to him :)

Highly unprofessional company. . They leave you stranded as caregivers dont turn up. Last minute they will call you and express regrets and inability to find a replacement. Have been let down twice in a week, despite making payment. They are run by a bunch of English speaking, smooth talking individuals on the telephone, with no backend efficiency. The carers assigned were inexperienced despite their paper qualification. All calls to them meet a standard response of we are working at it. By dealing with them you are not helping your patient, but are likely to become one yourself. My suggestion- Keep off them .
