A large garden cum banquet hosting marriages and other gatherings and also having rooms for stay.Rooms are spacious and well maintained but party halls are not maintained properly,very old decoration needs maintenance and improvements

Spacious resort with well behaved and cooperative staff, Special emphasis on cleanliness. A nice place for tourists stay, marriage occasions with royal ambience. As far as food is concerned; food quality is awesome with delicious snacks or starters. As I entered into the resort it felt like i went into another world with lots of greenery and ample parking space for cars with wheel chair accessible entrance. Central ballroom is pretty much accommodating for huge gatherings with attached lawn ( in case anyone wants peace of mind at the same time) having swimming pool too (with neat, clean and fresh water). Staff is punctual and well coordinated. Rooms are properly sanitized and cleaned after the guests check-out.

Worst hotel ever, staff Especially -Vipin dont have manners how to respect the guests ,avoid coming in this hotel to ruin ur enjoyment.. if u have to waste ur money most welcome .. while booking room, staff provide all facilities including pool but after money the back step to provide facilities

Staff is quite friendly and helpful ,I had my exams and they accomodated me in a quiet room and later in an even better room becoz 1st one was really old and had some electronic issues , food was good and more than I required.... overall nice experience!!!

Choosen This Place For Brothers Marriage.Took Pool Side Lawn For Marriage.Food There Were Pathetic, AC In The Dining Hall Was Not Working Fine.Reported To Staff About AC Several Time But They Did Nothing. Food There Was Big Disappointment. Not Even A Single Dish Tasted Good. Service Staff Except Few Were Not Listening. Asked For Chilled Water Even That Was Not Served Properly During Whole Night Stay.

A fully AC and spacious nice place for indoor marriage ceremony and other such large scale gatherings with ample rooms to stay also.

Had a peaceful environment and the best hospitality service given right at the start of the hotel when we entered. We were welcomed with smiles and it was such a positive environment to begin our wedding occasion. Raj who manages the front house was extremely polite and helpful he made sure the rooms were allocated nearest possible and he was just a call away whenever we required anything.Now coming to the food Rana chef made sure our taste buds are treated well!Rooms were amazing Pramod who manages the housekeeping made sure the rooms were neat and clean always equipped with amenities Rahul was always there to help proactively.It was definitely a wonderful stay! We enjoyed the wedding overall and would love to visit Tivoli after getting such services! Kudos! See you soon Tivoli 🙃

Enjoyed the wedding in this hotel... i cant thank enough Raj the manager at reception who made sure that we dont face any problems during our stay.. he personally greeted all of us and gave the contact details so we can all reach out... food was fine...rooms were also fine.... can never forget the hospitality giving when we reached and left the hotel!! I have attended a marriage party on 21st July,It was very horrible time for all guests.AC was not working properly on such a humid day.No chilled water and chilled soft drinks.Toilet were so dirty no attended was there.

Room lock was not working properly as well as lights were not working... Issue faced at reception for payment... They charged extra amount for nothing.

It is rightly near the by pass. Nowadays construction work for the flyover is under place so you need to take a Little long cut for Tivoli. Nice big place. As usual fancy but taste is not that good for sure. Plus parking facility if big but unorganised.

I think they are charging according to a 4 star property but they are not serving as major 3 mistakes as restaurant1. There was a mosquito in vinegar2. I specially said no honey in chilli potato but it was full of honey3. I ordered pineapple raita he was there with vegetable raitaAnd also a thing to notice was gaurd was roaming here are there leaving the entry gate vacant.

Good place , but not so good management

It was awesome. The marriages there feels like that in the movies. Everything was on another level. The variety of food items, serving, decoration,space was legendary. Although the area outside is not that much safe and you should not go alone there, but otherwise that place is great!

Five party halls at one venue according to your need n budget, location is prime on GT Karnal road, suitable for Haryana/ UP locals for their celebrations. Food is at par with location n demand. Pool is available as well as rooms for longer stays n utilities. staff is cordial and friendly. Service is satisfactory. Budget wise on upper side but worth it. Overall, good experience.

Recently attended a wedding here. I liked the decorations. What needs additional mention is the food here. The food was really good. I have attended quite a few weddings this season but none could beat the food of this resort.

We attended a wedding there.The food quality was terrible. Each one of us had major stomach issues after eating the food there.There were houseflies everywhere hovering over the food and surroundings.Zero cleanliness and hygiene.

It was a decent stay. The food was good, but very limited options. Housekeeping & F&B services very slow. The place needs maintenance in many areas.

Im a Wedding planner. This is the worst property ever seen & worked on. They dont even know how to talk, services are literally 3rd class. Their electricians are so lack of skills that voltage was getting low, lights are fluctuating & sound got off. Their faults might give us a loss of 80-90 lacs coz as the whole electricity was fluctuating the light sound setup could have exploded. They did everything to make my clients wedding horrible. I wont suggest anyone to book this property.

Decent party hall and the open lawns for the wedding. Decent food. Parking is bit less if all the lawns and halls are occupied.They have rooms and pool as well.

Pathetic service. No trained staff including the managers, general managers, reception. They organize 3-4 parties all at a time and dont have staff to cater to all the parties. Managing even 40 guests is troublesome for them. Food is bland and no taste. No ward boy to take your luggage from one place to other. No floor boy/ floor manager to cater to your needs. Intercoms, ac, geysers dont work.

I m giving 4 stars to Trivoli Grand GT Karnal road because of good food , big parking space , good facilities but only staff boys were not upto date properly and some boys were not showing awareness without following safety rules on the ongoing pandamic carona virus spreading

Worst place to look for functions if you and your relatives are looking for a Classy Place. GM is what an Arrogant guy he feels like as if he is the GM of multi Billion dollar company. If you are there he wont even look at you noticing that customer is waiting. So i was there and was with another girl who was helping me out, this GM came without knocking the door opened the Almirah behind the girl and started taking out some registeres took the one which he needed and threw rest others on the table in front of us🤣I dont understand how the owner of this is hiring such staff.May God help him in finding some sensible staff

I never write a review but this time it was special! So basically, to all who those have been wondering to on how to get out of our homes during work amidst the current situation and where to travel after staying put in one place for so long, search no more...for this resort comes in handy for a luxurious as well as relaxing . My period of stay was for two nights and right from the booking procedure till the time of checkout, everything was neat and smooth from the great team Mr.Vipin And Raj that they have at the reception along with the behind artists that includes chefs, waiters, bell boy, housekeeping and room service team. Each and every person was so humble and helpful. Even I was a bit worried on how to travel in the midst of current time’s havoc but they just made it easy and possible. Each staff member wore shields, masks and gloves to cover their faces which just gives us assurances and makes us worry free relating to the safety issues. Also, the room also quite spacious and exactly like what they have shown in the images of their website. Mine was a deluxe room .The entire resort has many corners to explore. If nothing at all then the least you can do is walk around all day surrounded by the lush greenery. The food was also reasonably good, especially, the restaurant by the pool serves best taste in food ever. ( Lions of punjab restaurant) Overall they just made the trip worth the bucks! A special shoutout to all the Team working at the resort who according to me our the backbone of this entire property which made our stay effortlessly comforting!

I traveled for business. Hotel location is great and close the business I was visiting. Stay was comfortable. Staff were very helpful and went extra miles to make my stay pleasant. In room dining options were fantastic. Breakfast spread can improve to be more relevant.
