Located on Rafi Marg, Sansad Marg, behind RBI Bank, New Delhi, Delhi 110001 the Constitution Club of India was opened in February 1947 with the objectives & purposes of fostering social contacts and providing usual amenities of a club life for the benefit of the members of the Indian Constituent Assembly. AND WHEREAS the Constitution Club of India has effectively emerged as an enviable forum providing platform for interaction amongst the Past & Present member of Parliament. And wheres it has been found expedient to constitute a Society for the furtherance of its main aims and objectives. NOW Therefore, we the Signatories to this Memorandum of Association have agreed to form this society by the name Constitution Club of India

This place is awesome, I went there for a business meeting. The hostel rooms are spacious with comfy furniture.I have seen mostly political figures coming in here.Even business people also come here. Good for some fruitful meetings.

The Constitution Club of India is an iconic institution of the National Capital, frequented by serving and former members of Parliament and a cross section of the movers and shakers in different walks of life, who hold their important political, academic and social events at this prestigious address.Since 1965, the Club is located at Vithal Bhai Patel Houseabutting Sansad Marg and Rafi Ahmad Kidwai Marg in New Delhi. The facility is equipped with all the required amenities, which are not the best in class, but are quite adequate. It is managed by a committee headed by the Speaker of Lok Sabha. The Clubs main hall accommodates 700 participants.I had the occasion to attend on November 26, 2012 the founding convention of the Aam Aadmi Party, which was established after the ideological split in the India Against Corruption movement on the question of participation in electoral politics. Although I belonged to the small minority headed by Anna Hazare that opposed the transformation of the IAA movement into a political party, I was invited to be one of its 100 founders. While refusing to deviate from my position, I agreed to attend the convention to wish all the luck to my erstwhile comrades in arms.It was truly a historic moment that has left an indelible mark on the national politics, and on life in the National Capital in particular.

The cake shop inside is cute and the staff is friendly but the cakes are extremely sweet for my likes. Also, they use colours in the cakes not flavours which I was not expecting from such a sophisticated looking patisserie.I have also attended wedding functions here . The food was fine but the service was poor. Washrooms were horrible. Wont recommend this place for wedding events or alike.But is a nice place for conferences and some coffee.

I reccomend the Constitution Club of India for events. Its centraly located with proximity to the metro station. All arrangements are good but the tea served at large functions is not at all acceptable...that needs to be changed. Also the restrooms need repair and maintenance.

Constitution Club of India is a club kind of building having cafeterias , auditorium , halls to conduct any type of business activities or workshops or may be by the members of parliament. I visited there for a workshop by JoshTalks.It was a good experience where the surroundings were cleaned and maintained. There was greenery around and at night the view was nice. It was a privilege to be there at the central Delhi spending my good time there.

Its Article 21 in Constitution club of India. Its a very calm place to dine . Pretty clean n nice place . I ordered their cutlet ,lasagna , paneer salad , spaghetti pasta,chilli paneer , noodles, manchow soup ,hot chocolate desert n tea . everything was good but manchow soup ,chilli paneer n noodles n spaghetti pasta were perfectly made n tasty.They have almost everything good and very reasonable. A must visit place .

I never could make out, why is this place there at the first place? The restaurant is not open most of the time. There is scarcity of staff. The booking process is very tough. Obviously they want to discourage business in there. Then whats the point of blocking space on such a prime location?

A nice place at the core of Delhi for organizing events for your needs. Had their for the school alumni meet and the kind of hospitality was great. Kudos to the staff!

Very nice place to organize meetings, events and conferences. It has vast halls, stage, cafeteria, parking, beautiful garden, bakery shop inside, diligent washroom, beautiful interior, good seating arrangement. If you want to organise any function you can book this place in advance.

Visited the place as a delegate for a seminar. Very centrally located. The premises are well laid out and have amply spacious halls/auditoriums for conducting meetings/seminars/discussions etc. The cafeteria was clean and have ample space for sitting. Food was good, tasty, served piping hot which waa great on one of the coldest days in Delhi. The toilets were very clean. Last but most important.

The constitution club on Rafi Marg, New Delhi is a very popular place for holding conferences and press meets. The place has very big conference hall with a sitting capacity of around 800-1000 people.

Zero maintenance. Horrible to say the least. A small storm and look what happened to my friends car. Even the auditorium is not maintained properly.

It is near Central Secretariat metro station. Excellent location. Very nice small garden. The quality of food items is very nice and the staff is also courteous. Strongly recommended for all sarkari karmchaari working in the zone. Menu prices are moderate. Best part is availability of sufficient parking in such a crowded place.
