Doctors are well experienced and helpful. Hospital infrastructure is good but the management is pathetic. They keep on finding ways to rob the patients. Even for CGHS card holders, there are too many unreasonable charges. Literally charged us Rs. 145 extra for the gloves used by the doctor during check up. That is how low they can fall to extract money from the patients.
The management in terms of nursing and other staff including floor managers attitude and behavior is pathetic. Half of the problems go way once these people behave nicely with patients and their attendants. If having option one should not visit this hospital
Hygiene and very cooperative staff. Great Dr. to take care with .
Worst experience in this hospital. Theyll say share the feedback via email but they dont respond on the email. totally fraud hospital.
If there was an option of negative stars I will give negative 5 stars. They just want to make money and not pay the doctors. Worst hospital in Delhi. Patient care is worse than government hospital. Dont tell me to write a feedback. You didnt pay me for my work. I called at least 50 times. I sent WhatsApp massages, I wrote emails. But you didnt pay me and talked to me very rudely. If you are a patient or a doctor, avoid this hospital at all costs. Doctors wont get paid. If you are a young JR, you have many options. Avoid this hospital.
The hospital is located in between the embassies. I booked the appointment for 4 PM but doctor attended me at 4.45 PM. But the way doctor met me,, it was like he is in great hurry. I waited for over a hour not just for 1 minute of interaction. He was not having patience to listen to me. The hospital looks like a big places.. There is a restaurant at the counter area. Prices are very high.
Got my 1st dose of CoviShield vaccine here. The process was smooth and the staff courteous to ease you into an experience that can otherwise induce nerves in any stable human. The waiting area, an outdoor setting in a portion of the park, was a brilliant idea. It was a soothing 30 minutes wait on a breezy morning, with birds chirping in the background. Couldnt have asked for more after isolating for 2 months in my home.Great work guys!
Do not opt for this hospital for vaccination. pathetic arrangement and indifferent staff. No social distancing, No separation of people struggling for billing and those who waiting for vaccination to be done. Overall very bad experience. They should improve it. Will never recommend. Avoid it
Dr. Nisha Ohri, who is more than worst gaynocologist had a very harsh approach towards me. she was not letting me complete and didnt even bother to listen to my problems. It was very disappointing as doctors are there for helping the patients and not for giving them discomfort.
SHAME! I had gone at 4am with severe migraine to the emergency section. The nurse, the doctor everyone were so rude and unprofessional. The so called doctor, didnt even check using a stethoscope, and gave a tablet and asked me to leave. She didnt even answer if the pharmacy was open and the 24*7 pharmacy was not open. Had to go to CP to find one. When I explained to her that I have a history of migraines, and sometimes it becomes worse and I need not take a CT scan, she insisted me to come in the morning and take a CT scan. Those who have more serious emergencies, never go there, no one bats an eye.
Worst hospital in this area. Please dont visit if you want to save your life. Dr Anurag Saxena dont know how to treat patients. Hospital should educate him properly. Nurses behaves like goons. Multiple complaint has been dont but Dr. Anurag was busy in making money from patients. We people treat doctors as God but they dont care. Bills were overcharged and no one is ready to hear any complaints. They have started medical tourism for international patients so they are busy in making money from that only. Thats why they dont care Indians. Foods are worst. They dont even know which type of food can be given to which patients. Also they manipulated lab reports so dont rely on their reports. Some doctors are really good here but Dr. Anurag Saxena from Internal medicine come from management quota and dont know anything. Please visit nearest govt hospital they are far better than this one.
Dont go for this hospital, worst hospital ever, its look like big from ourtside but inside the way of doctors to treat patients is really poor instead of this hospital you can go govt. Hospital atleast they listen us and gives treatment better.
My father was admitted here with post Covid issues which was unfortunately left half treated by another famous hospital. The pulmonary team is excellent and know their stuff. The treatment is balanced and not pushed by lab reports. The best part is the patient -doctor connect missing in many other hospitals is very present here. A lot of visits by all strata of the fraternity. This hospital has constraints in its infra ( being small) and the top management. Competent doctors join but leave. Hope they realise to retain good doctors you must pay a price. Nursing management is the lacuna here. Good nurses but not managed well.t
Very clean and peaceful environment. Parking charges a bit costly. Vaccination arrangements are very much decent. Front desk staff and nurses, all are very cooperative and helpful. Waiting area, after vaccination, is also very peaceful and clean. Overall, very good experience while visiting this hospital for vaccination.
Never visit here please. Its a humble request. The staff and doctors make it way more worse. They just know how to make money out of patients and ideally at the end declare them dead. They all have already booked their places in hell and I hope they are tortured to the core to know how it feels like to lose a family member of their own. Zero class hospital
It is a good hospital with various departments. The OPD now has evening timings too, from 5 pm to 8 pm. And is also open on Sundays. They also have a Pharmacy, pathology lab, MRI and CT in the OPD itself. You can also call them to book an appointment before hand. Doctors are very patient and listen to your concerns.
Very gooddoctors, counter employ very carelessxray staff behaviour was not good, cleaning staff very hardworking
It is an average hospital. Building looks superb but doctors have very little experience. I am unhappy with their diagnosis.
If you want to dicide to take tka treatment in this hospital it, s your mistakes all of the doctor of this hospital only want to make money if your patient is normal then they will admit in normal word after few days they will decide your patient is going in ICU because of the hips condition is critical after 3-4 days in ICU they will say they will say you your patient is not well we have to do instantly in ventilator because of its going to very very serious so if you want to plan this hospital its very pathetic all the doctors or only money eater it your money will sip my house house has been sold because of this hospital has taken my all of money if you decide to discharge your patient they will think they will say they will feel to you you are taking a free treatment and they will you make cry because of you its not a very good place after after change this hospital I go in AIIMS then we realise and doctor say its only gastric problem and they give a injection and he is finally very very good and he is working and now is live so its not good place please dont go hereso Ill give this feedback all of people please please please dont visit in this hospital they are cheap and very crying criminal are doctors please dont go in this hospital
Over-hyped hospital, where nobody cares for the patient. The attendants outside Department of Orthopaedic are openly seen changing the queue number of patients. The worse part is that nobody cares about such mismanagement , neither doctors nor the so called management .
If you are cghs card holder....pls prefer some other hospital like max or some. Had there been option of zero or negative stars...i would have given those as they deserve it
Aug 25: Went to Primus because we thought, erroneously, that my sisters and wifes Covid Certificates were not showing up on the COWIN site because of a mistake by Primus. The mistake was ours. The person at the reception, Mr Aman Arora (I trust I have his name right) was exceptional in his responses, and he patiently explained to us where the problem was, and how we could rectify it. His behaviour was oustanding. We have managed to sort out one half of the problem, and Im confident we will sort out the second also. Thank you Primus. For this you get five stars.
100% misguiding hospital- they are masters in looting Govt money: because Govt insurance penal allow in this looting hospital. They will do all possible test of lakhs of rupees but will not find the illness. Once your patient is critical- they will call you at midnight to take you patient to other hospital.
Their entire system is so messed up. I was given an appointment for 11.30 a.m. with a neurosurgeon. First of all the doctor came late, then he went for his medical round while 10 other people who took appointments were waiting. I understand he had to go for a medical round which is equally important but why did they give appointments to 10 other people for that time when he was away on his medical round? Why do you have to waste our time?
Extremely poor experience with this hospital. I had my first covid shot here on 5 March. There was complete chaos. They were unable to upload information to the website. I had to return to them for the second shot so that I could get my final certificate. I did that after writing the the Medical Superintendant. He assured me that everything would be fine. I was given a certificate after the 2nd vaccination on 22 April, which is an invalid certificate as per the governement records. I have written and spoken to the MS of the institution and he has done nothing to put things right.Any one who checks my certificate will think that it is fake because there is no record of my vaccinations on the official government records. The Cowin website says I have not had any vaccination yet. Also, they had put the covid ward with covid patients in it in the same area where they were doing vaccinations earlier. When I went for my second shot I walked into the covid ward because there were no warning signs that this had now become the covid ward. And there were no signs giving directions that the vaccination area was now on the other side of the building. This hospital reeks of inefficiency and irresponsibility.Despite my many entreaties, they are not putting the record right.
I had a good experience with covid 19 vaccination for my whole family at this hospital, the staff and nurses were cooperative though there were some issues related to parking. Overall nice and decent place.
Very nice and excellent services and arrangements for covid vaccination frontline workers very cooperative. Reception staff is also good /cooperative even during such a touch time during covid 19.
Excellent service ..special thanx to Dr Bali and his team who provided special care to our patient.we were feeling that we were at our home.....God Bless u Dr Bali
Got our Vaccination today. Great experience and extremely helpful staff. Minimal waiting and extremely efficient management. Very grateful!
Very nice and excellent service and arrangements for covid vaccination cooperative attitude of the staff and health workers,Great menegment.
Very bad hospital. Chest team is killer. Rahul Roshan doctor is very bad
It is a wrost hospital in the world , because the doctors did not do their work properly and its service are not well at all. They are playing with the life of patient. Dont go and recommend anyone to go this hospital. (#gandahospital ). 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿🤮🤮🤮👎🏿👎🏿
No system of keeping promise for appintment, no ultrasound facility in such a big size hospital. Extra management but poor in terms of service. How a hospital can run without ultra sound fecility.
Nice location & ample parking space both free & paid. But opd is very crowded & time consuming. Too much waiting time at registration counters.Emergency services are good & prompt.Nursing staff is good but unexperienced.
Went for vaccination..V poor arrangements...No distancing..Poor management....Staff not trained properly...Disgusting....Must learn covid related norms from hospitals like Holy Family in okhla...or even management in govt.schools..
In this hospital no one can help. Every person say you go there and there. I take appointment and my no is 1 when i reach hospital no one guide for registration, payment. After some time i made payment then in opd i waiting for 15 to 20 mintunes.and the person who hendle the opd slip he send hi hospital staff first.
Extremely pathetic arrangement for covid vaccination. More than 1 hour is waiting time and counter lady attitude was very rude 👎.
This is worst hospital I have ever seen before.. My father passed away yesterday. Doctors dont know how to do a treatment everyones insensitive and playing with a patients life and overall its just a money vending machine. Dont go here if you really want your patient to live more. They dont pick calls and even if they do, the staff is so rude they misguide us and disconnect if we ask for any answers. And specifically Dr. Sheikh Ahmed and Dr. Pravin Gupta are the doctors that you would always want to stay away from. May they dont in hell.In short it is not a hospital its a hotel with 3rd class facilities...Shame of you Primus👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
We want reports after discharge.... But after 28days we dont have..... Its not good for patient.... My father is Cancer patient he is in 3rd stage.... We goto in max .... Max doctor are saying we need reports then start treatment but its my 8th round but right now we dont have reports nd my father is waiting reports for treatment..... result is Govt hospital better then Primus...
As of today Primus is releasing only 1 - Dose2 slot per day and 49 - Dose 1 slots. Please be aware that there are people who have to complete their vaccination and increase the number of Dose 2 slots to have some fairness.
It’s the worst hospital that you can ever visit. The faculty is the worst and shame on all the doctors and the faculty as they do not know how to heal the patient. Will never visit this hospital again and would never recommend anyone to visit if they really want to live more.
Best hospital near chankyaa puri
Third class hospital.Chest specialist Rahul Roshan is not a qualified doctor. He give wrong guidance. He deserve a place in HELL.
No value of patients time (Neurology Department)Had an appointment for 12 oclock guess what its already 2 oclock waiting in the queue.
Rahul Roshan Chest Specialist is very incompetent. He give false manipulative guidance.Do not visit this hospital for Chest Problem.
Very nice and excellent service and arrangements for covid vaccination cooperative attitude of the staff and health workers. Specially Mr Aman Arora who guided us to get vaccinated Great menegment.
Never ever visit this hospital for Chest Problem.Pulmonologist here dont care about patient health. They will make your health worst. If you even have normal cold and cough they will first perform Bronchoscopy and then put you on ventilator.BEWARE MY DEAR FRIENDS!This is not a HOSPITAL.
Best arrangements for vaccination areaNice and polite reception staff.
Primus is a very good service provider. Environment here is very nice and well maintained.
Good experience...Got my self vaccinated with ease ! Staff was cooperative specially Mr Aman who helped us.
Doctors here treat with money making approach.Pros:-i) At good location. Good building.BUT THIS IS NOT THE PRIORITY OF A PATIENT. WHEN SOMEONE IN MEDICAL CRISIS APPROACH HOSPITAL THINKING DOCTORS GOD. HE EXPECTS GOOD CARE.Cons:-1. If your are under any panel (CGHS, DGHS etc.) be ready for unnecessary (risky) procedure even for small diseases. Reason for which is very obvious 💸 big procedures fetch good money to hospital accounts. They may misguide you.. create panic environment..which will ultimately convince you to proceed for very risky allopathic procedures.2. Doctors dont listen to patient concerns carefully. (perhaps in case of panelled patient not sure about others).SERIOUS ADVICE:--NEVER EVER VISIT THIS HOSPITAL FOR RESPIRATORY ILLNESS. PULMONOLOGIST HERE THE SO CALLED CHEST SPECIALIST WILL RUIN LIFE OF YOUR LOVED ONES.
Hospital has good infrastructure, and the doctors are all good and are excel in their fields...All its come at the implementation/operating level... As the nursing staff there are not at all coperative nor caring... Few of them are very corrupt...
Got our vaccination Today. Very great full Experience For Mr. Aman Sankhla he is best in Primus super speciality hospital he is very corporative . Great management.
Very poorly managed covid vaccination center, no ques utter chaos, you will get Infected if you arent yet...The staff is busy making database of future customer...Will ask u to fill form and wait for 1 hour fir payment And another hour for your shot....Even rural PHC centers are better managed than this place.....!!
My mother underwent knee surgery under Dr C S Yadav. She is recuperating at home. Doctor and his very capable team are excellent. The paramedics and nurses need crash course in patient care. One nurse it seems is trainee and attempted to give injection to my mother. She still has black spot around that area.Billing and other departments are good.Special thanks to Ms Shivani Chief coordinator for knee replacement department.
Nice hospital very clean hospital waiting area for vaccination very peaceful polite staff spl Ritika aman Vandana Abhishek Rizwan .
In the night the care for patient was much better than day
Top class hospital in Delhi NCR
My Parents gone through the vaccination process in Primus very well coordinated things were streamlined just increase the vaccine room rest all hospital staff were friendly following guidelines to govt. Keep up the good work. Cheers.
The doctor i consulted with was not happy and behaved very rudely with me because i did the MRI test from outside. I did it because the hospitals MRI machine was out of order and informed that it would take three days to get it repaired. and since i couldnt take any risk with my health i did my test from outside. I believe i have the right to do it. bad experience.
My experience with the staff wasnt good. The staff waa kind of passive and not very keen to help out. No proper direction or guidance regarding the vaccine was given by anyone. And all of this despite the fact that there was no rush in the hospital at that time . They did not issue mw a vaccination certificate nor updated the same online .Now the staff is talking to me as if its my fault that i wasnt given any instructions. Their exactl words Aisa ho hi nahi sakra ki aapko vaccination certificate ka nessage na aaya ho. None of my family members in any other hospital experienced this kind of behavior .Unprofessional. wont recommend.
Hospital staff - doctors, nurses, others have been extremely polite. Specially Aman Arora, he always guided us and made our experience at Primus hassle free in current pandemic times. From admitting my father in law in Oct 2020 for Covid to my own vaccination in May 2021 he has been extremely helpful and informative about Primus processes
My father visited the hospital last week for covid vaccination and he is very satisfied with the staff and the arrangements there. Excellent hospital with excellent facility. Overall good performance from entire team.
Very nice and excellent services and arrangements for Covid Vaccination. Visited today for getting vaccinated .Pleased to see the very caring , cooperative attitude of the frontline staff and health workers. very greatful experience for Mr Aman he is very corporative. Great menagement.
Very Nice hospital very neat & clean hospital waiting area for vaccination very peaceful polite staff spl Ritika ji Aman ji Vandana ji Abhishek ji Rizwan BhaiNurse / frontline workers very cooperative. Words r not enough for their kind behaviour.Top of all reception staff is also good / cooperative even during such a tough time during COVID-19GOD BLESS THEM ALL WITH GOOD HEALTH 🙏
Kudos for setting up a camp to offer free tests of basic needs at the PUSA Krishi Vigyan Mela 2020. I am hopeful a lot of visitors and residents of PUSA would have taken the benefit. It would have been specially meaningful because most of the visitors were farmers from remote areas in different states.
Worst hospital I have ever visited. They do not care about the patients health, all they care about is taking huge sums of money. In order to take a lot of money from us they told my grandmother (CGHS) that there is a chance that she has cancer and earlier even recommended her for eye operation. They were not giving us the reports when asked about the same. They said their policy is not to give reports because we cannot consult outside this hospital.Worst hospital. Why shouldnt i get a second opinion from some other hospital. It is my body and it is my right to take report and take treatment from somewhere else.Doctors are not educated here. I recommend you go to a place where doctors are good, professional and humane. Not to Primus where they care only about money.
Very nice and excellent services and arrangements for Covid Vaccination. Visited today for getting vaccinated .Pleased to see the very caring , cooperative attitude of the frontline staff and health workers. Indeed very efficient. The management and administration of the PSSH deserve the applaud. Thanks
All facilities are zero. room services not good.food quality zero stale food give the patient.
I had a good experience getting vaccinated here...Mr. Aman who guided us and helped me to get vaccinated at the earliest.
I was under the care of Dr Nisha Ohri. From my first visit with her in Primus, I found her manner to be excellent, she was professional and gave me the best of care. I was seen on time for my appointments. Throughout my pregnancy the care that she gave to me was excellent, she ensured I was well looked after and gave excellent guidance on my physical well being, as well as great nutritional advice. As a foreigner living in India I felt happy at all times and recieved the best service. I would highly recommend Dr. Ohri.
Near super speciality private hospital where COVID jabs are available
Nursing care for post operative patients are very much disappointing. They use to play with their mobile only. They even do not bother to attend patient even though admitted patients are ringing bell for help.nursing sisters feels very irritated if you rang a bell for help. In all orthopedic surgeries post operative care is most important part for well recovery.so please think twice to came her.
Very nice and excellent services and arrangements for Covid Vaccination .Pleased to see the very caring , cooperative attitude of the frontline staff and health workers. Indeed very efficient. The management and administration of the PSSH deserve the applaud.
Dr.SS Ahmed of gastro not seems to update him self with latest trend of medicines. He prescribe medicines,Which supply has been stopped and no body keep them for sale.Such as ointment Debosil.Dr. not available on phone to talk in regard.Reception operators remains absent and are rude with public.
A well organized system of token generation for billing counters. However less seating space. Good doctors, but to reach a doctor and then again going for billing for investigations is a tedious and time consuming process.
Worst hospital for dailysis patient, always training staff available, they dont know how to use needle as well.
Got vaccinated here. Staff was cooperative and everything was well arranged
Went for the vaccination, the drive is being conducted in a very well organised manner keeping all the saftey of patients and doctors are very polite and experienced. My experience was very good . Highly recommended.
I have been trying to reach this hospital through email still there is no response
One of the most excellent places where my patient was provided with best facilities, taking care of his comfort. Special thanks to Mr.Sushil Sharma,GM of the hospital who is down to earth one of the most nicest person with a good sense of humour and is best in his profession.Very grateful to him and his team
I consulted ENT specialist . They were excellent Doctors and gave perfect treatment. But the experience was worst with OPD slip counters. It took almost more than 1 hour . There were almost 60-70 patients waiting and only four counters were working. I also requested to open more counters but they ignored. It is my humble suggestion that more counter should be open to deal with patients during peak hours i.e. between 10 am to 12 pm for their convenience.
This hospital is such a scamIn emergency they charge Rs 900 charges for doctor fee and what you find is CMO onlyNot only this they will charge Rs 200 for nursing what the hell is this and if you dont have any panel/insurance they will recommend several tests to make moneyI will complaint for charging OPD charges in emergency to delhi health ministryZero star hospital
My father visitited the hospital for chest pain. And he is now felling well. And appreciate the treatment of staff and doctor
Professional Doctor CS Yadav & His team were excellent well coordinated caring team good facility. Nursing team helped us in our sorrow, physio team excercise & mobilzation. Floor manager helped us and professional Attitude.
Good place.Good doctor..but no support from volenteers.
They are charging so much money without any reason and also dont give treatment
I and my spouse visited Primus Hospital for COVID_19 vaccination. The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. Thanks Mr Sanjit and Harshita for taking good care!
Very poor facilities of RT PCR Testing.staff...Testing staff very rude...APDA ME AVSAR
Primus hospital helped us through the covid-19 vaccination derive and made us comfortable through the certification process as well. The vaccination process was very smooth.
The hospital was well neat ,clean and properly sanitized.Wheelchair facility was also available for the patient.
Things got changed, carelessness is there.ICU Doctors are not trained and qualified. Looks like they got job on internal approach without experience. Always busy with family issue and on whatsapp.First two days my mother situation got critical due to there carelessness as untrained nurses.Given bedsore to my mother. How careless they can be. If they know patient is unconscious then should provide air bed.Its due to Hospitals given to promoters now.Wont recommend to go there.
The worst facilities for EWS patientsThey just ignore EWS patients like hellThe emergency services is just worst and one of the nurse is behaving very bad with my father kindly take action dont behave bad with EWS patients they also have right to take good treatment as well.😡😡😡😡
